    We needed emergency service on our boiler late Sunday night as we had no heat.     I have a rental property with a gas wall oven that stopped working. The oven is 40 years old so I wasnt putting any money into it in the form of repairs. I had the old oven removed and ordered and received a new wall oven. I called Anthony at Precise Plumbing. He answers the phone. He fit my job into his schedule and installed the oven the same day. After installing we found out there was no electric at the receptacle the oven was plugged into. Anthony removed the oven so I could have an electrician repair the receptacle. It turned out to be a broken wire somewhere in the electric line, which was repaired. Anthony came back and reinstalled the oven as part of the job , no additional charge. He is prompt, courteous and good at his job. BTW this is the second project Precise Plumbing did for me. A couple of years prior he replaced both Hot Water Heaters in my rental property. He did a neat and clean job getting the hot water restored to my tenants.

    While I was conducting a research online to find a plumber to replace my water heater I came across Precise Plumbing & Heating Corp. Found out that their price was reasonable. When I spoke with Anthony he assured me of his experience and expertise in installing water heaters. He offer to come on a Saturday morning to replace my old tank. He also took my old tank out (Picture 1) to give me time to cork and paint the area where the tank was. I am very thankful that he gave me the time to do it. Anthony also did my next door neighbors water tank on the same day. He took 3 hours to complete both jobs. His work is very efficient and the quality is superb.     Anthony at Precise Plumbing and heating did an amazing job replacing my old boiler and hot water heater. He came on a Friday to discuss options. He priced out a conventional boiler vs. a Navien tankless combi unit that would also replace both my dead boiler and my 14 yo ailing hot water heater. I thought his pricing was excellent, based on my sons experience in replacing his boiler in another state just a month prior. I immediately settled on the Navien. He came in the following day, removed the boiler and hot water heater, and installed a temporary electric hot water heater so we could have hot water for the next few days. He later built a wall to mount the system, changed the cold water feed to a bigger one so the system could work more efficiently, and his work is about the neatest plumbing job Ive ever seen. I highly recommend Anthony. Ill be calling him for all future work.

He provided me with different options on brands and found the one I preferred.He gave me a quote and stuck to that amount.He was very accommodating and understanding when, due to my car (garage install of heater) not being able start was blocking the install, he tried to help start it and then left to return later the same day when I was able to move the car so he can preform the install.I totally recommend him to help you on your project.

    My 40 gal water heater (with power vent) busted today and had flooded the basement. After getting price quotes from a few different contractors, I gave the job to Anthony of Precise Plumbing & Heating. He showed up in 30 minutes, replaced the unit, and everything was back to normal.     My house is over 80 years old so when our 60 year old furnace started leaking we knew it was time to replace. I called three plumbers and was most impressed with Anthonys knowledge and professionalism. He showed me the boiler he installs and also recommended we replace our 10 plus year old hot water heater offering us a discount to install. We didnt want to have to deal with a flood so we agreed. He worked efficiently, quickly and cleaned up upon completion. What impressed me the most is he does the work and knows what he is up against and is prepared.     Tony and Sal came in on Tuesday 6/19 to give me an estimate on installing a tankless water heater. right from the start they were professional. upon entry into my house they provided me with a product brochure and explained the product, features, and the process. The water heater was installed on Friday (6/22). The guys came in as discussed, at 9:30, removed the old unit, installed the new unit, and cleaned up the place. Excellent job. highly recommend.

    Water heater began leaking spreading water throughout basement on a Friday evening. Called Precise and Anthony answered phone and within an hour tech was here / drained the tank, dismantled it and prepared area for new water tank. Anthony who had been on another call came to ensure all was well and he and Chris removed old heater. Early Saturday morning, came as promised, and new heater was installed within an hour. Also helped resolve a bathroom problem. They removed all debris. All this was accomplished in a professional, timely and pleasant manner. Technical as well as inter personnel skills were excellent.     Excellent service very professional prompt they showed up right away just as they said they would both Anthony & Sal are very professional friendly and good at what they do. I purchased a proline model A/O Smith water heater, probably the only thing I would have done differently had I known that I could have was purchased a proline master or proline xe. I would not hesitate to recommend precise plumbing to anyone.Unfortunately 5 years into a 10 year water heater the unit went bad. Then 4 months into another AO Smith water heater that one went bad. Looking back 5 years later now and a couple of thousand dollars later. I wouldn’t recommend an AO Smith water heater!

    Excellent Service, Anthony was really wonderful to work with. I called in the morning as my hot water heater stopped working, by the afternoon on the same day it was installed! I have a narrow staircase to my basement but Anthony and his brother were able to get the large 50 gallon tank into place with no problems. The pipe work and connections look great, you can tell that they really care about their work. I will most certainly use them again in the future.     Anthony and Sal are professionals and their work is excellent. They took the time to answer all my questions and concerns and made feel very comfortable.I called Precise Plumbing and spoke with Anthony I had a sink I needed removed from one location and installed in a new location. We set a date for an estimate Anthony and Sal met me on time the price was very fair.The removal was very simple the installation was more involved as the space was tight and the pipes needed to be run through the wall. The installation went very smoothly other than the sink installed you would not have known they were there.     Anthony did an exceptional job with my oil to gas conversion. He handled all the permits, inspection, and old boiler removal without any issues and within a very quick time frame. Installation of the new boiler was done perfectly. He also afforded me a very reasonable price for the job, by far the cheapest of all the estimates I received (most were 1-2k higher). He even made sure my basement was perfectly clean after he completed the job. I would highly recommend Precise Plumbing. Thanks again!!

    I am writing this review at 10:57 am on New Years Day, which coincidentally is my birthday! At 7:00 am I received a call from a tenant with no heat. I had a friend check to see if it was the thermostat or pilot but it was fine. After doing a Google search I found Anthony at Precise Plumbing. Because of his exceptional rating, I gave him a call. He answered, told me he can be there in about 2 hours and said hed call me when he got close. And he did. 10 minutes after he arrived he fixed the boiler. I had no problem paying for the service call, even if it was just a 10 minute job. Why? Because I was paying Anthony for his knowledge, expertise and professionalism.     Its Friday. Our water heater is leaking. After doing some quick online research, I realized it needed to be replaced. I called our plumber who took over 2 hours to respond only to schedule for Tuesday. Tried Lowes who offers next day install (they sub out installations) but in the end, had to deal with my local store, which took 2 hours of calling to get through only to find the person who could help me had left for the day.Now, its 5pm. Ive spent the last 6 hours working to solve this and havent. A friend suggested Googling emergency plumbers. I called 3 that came up with good reviews. The first two required a technician to come evaluate the problem and give an estimate. The following week.Thankfully, I called Precise Plumbing. Anthony made it easy! After spending 6 hours trying to resolve the problem, one call to Anthony and I got an immediate quote, and he was here, installed and took away the old water heater within 3 hours. Phew!I highly recommend Precise Plumbing. Quick, professional, and fair. I anticipated paying a premium for an emergency install on a Friday evening/weekend, but the price was reasonable.     The guys at Precise Plumbing were great, I had our water heater stop igniting weeks ago, and they quickly responded on a Sunday morning with options and although we got it to light again, we had issues again 2 weeks later. They came out at 9pm on a Saturday night and replaced our water heater, hauled away the old, and replaced a substandard refrigerator line hookup with proper connections. Been over two weeks and still working great. They stand by their installation and said they cover the installation for a few years. Better service and better quality install than the big box store contractor installers, and much better ratings.

    Precise Plumbing has Anthony who if I could actually rate it more than five star he would get unlimited stars but unfortunately you can only rate the highest five. He installed my boiler which was replacing the original 1976 boiler. He ran into some problems which were no fault of his it was how the previous person wired the boiler. Anthony not only corrected the problem but went way out of his way to correct all the problems that were there. I have two boilers due to having a tenant and he corrected those problems also.. Anthony is a very hard worker and spent 14 hours at my house redoing other peoples work.After all said and done did not charge me extra for the time he spent here, we had a contract and he did abide by the contract. He is a man of his word what he tells you as an agreement he stands behind his word. He also gave me one of the best prices after getting at least a dozen estimates and stood behind his word. He does not criticize other peoples work even since that was the reason why he had to spend so many extra hours repairing other peoples work.I have the highest respect for Anthony for not criticizing - he just went along and corrected everything.I would not be telling the truth if I said he was not a bit up set but he just hung in there and did what he had to do.I recommend Precise Plumbing very highly he works on Residential and Commercial - Licensed Bonded and Insured.I get no kick back for speaking the truth but if I ever needed a plumber again Anthony Precise Plumbing and heating is the only one I would call. Now a days it is very hard to find honest people in any field but Anthony is my guy dependable, reliable and most of all honest. Thank you Anthony for doing such a spectacular job.

    I had picked Precise sort of at random for an emergency gas line repair, and Anthony made short work of it, so when my boiler kerploded, his number was handy.Anthony talked me through the available options, and answered all my questions at length. He was responsive, helpful, and made every effort to do the job quickly. He left my boiler room cleaner than he found it, and did a very thorough and attractive job installing my new tankless water heater.I honestly have no idea how his prices compare, as i didnt have the patience or presence of mind to go collecting other quotes, but the work done was certainly top shelf.     This is my first time writing a review. The folks at Precise Plumbing did such an excellent job I just had to write one. The water main shut off valve for my house broke in the off position. By the time I got his number we were without water for two days. I had been disappointed by several plumbers. I had to practically beg the other plumbers to show up. They promised over and over to stop by and never showed up. One guy did show up and gave me a $3,200 bill. One other gave me a $1,500 bill over the phone. Anthony from Precise showed up exactly when he said he would.He looked at the problem and told me the cheapest I could get it done from the competitors would be $1,200, and he was right. The lowest quote I got was $1,500. He clearly explained the process and all the challenges. After negotiating for a few minutes he agreed to do it for just under $600. His work was neat, professional, and prompt. He even cleaned up after himself. After starting work, additional problems presented itself, but Anthony did not increase the price. He even installed and additional shutoff valve on the other side of water meter with additional charge.If you have any plumbing issues, call him first. He did not take advantage of my situation and did exactly what he said he would, and did not try to up-sell me.     Anthony is number 1 in my book!! He saved my parents from spending $10,000!! Another company I wontt mention told my Mom she needed to replace the boiler, when the told us the price I said that is alot of money to spend without a second opinion. I researched the boiler they were recommending it was only $3,100 and it was supposed to be a equal swap with minimal pipe replacement. So basically $7,000 in labor. I felt uncomfortable with this, because we have never had heating issue this was just a yearly tune up for the Winter. I gave Precise a call Anthony was kind enought to consult me on the phone with pictures of the unit and then came by later that night to turn the unit back on and there is nothing wrong with it...He told me straight out that he could offer to replace it, its ab old system been in the house prior to my parents purchase of it but there is nothing wrong.     My water heater (wh) reached the end of its lifespan, started leaking and no longer functioned. Coincidentally, water heaters at this time were in short supply due to all the flooding by the remnants of Hurricane Ida. I called Precise Plumbing in the morning and Anthony, who was already on a job took my info and got back to me once finished. He was able to find me a (wh) and was ready to remove the old one and install the new one right away. Unfortunately, I was not at home and almost missed the opportunity to have the installation performed....but I was able to let Anthony in my house through a smart lock. They got straight to work to remove the broken water heater. When leaving momentarily to scrap the old one and pick up the new (wh), Anthony let me know to lock the door on their way out. Once back with the new (wh) he asked me to unlock the door again. Open Sesame He rerouted the copper tubing, the exhaust pipes and added an electrical junction box to provide electricity to the power vent of the tall (wh). Wow, more than just plumbing speaks volumes! Overall a clean, professional installation. And they were practically done by the time I arrived home. What a great experience it is to have a company as knowledgeable, trustworthy, timely and professional as precise Plumbing. Thanks again Anthony.

    I used them the other day. My Water heater blew up late night. I called them he stayed on and taught me what pipe to close over the phone. Set up a time early morning and was there on the dot.. he was very understanding money was and very kewl guy.. my old heater was rusted and he said he might have to leave it if he cant drain it. He worked on it and got it drained after alittle while I was grateful. Took the old one put in a new one and now my water heat is better then ever.     For once an HONEST contractor. I called Precise to schedule an appointment to check my Navien combo unit that kept tripping my breaker and Precise is one of the very few manufacturer certified Navien technicians on the island. When I explained my situation, the guys at precise told me about a simple workaround that I could do my self to fix problem and it worked. They could have easily scheduled an appointment and charged me for a service call but they were honest enough to tell me it was a common problem with tankless heaters and told me how I could fix it myself over the phone.I will Definitely be calling Precise for any future plumbing needs based on this experience alone

    Excellent Service, Precise Plumbing & Heating was really wonderful to work with. Anthony and Chris installed a tankless water heater/ boiler combo and replaced a very very old boiler/hot water heater. They cleaned up all the connections as the old installations had pipes everywhere. The pipe work and connections are very neat and you can tell that they really care about the small details in their work. Anthony also installed the 3 nest thermostats that we ordered for the whole house. With the space we saved going tankless we can finish this part of the basement. We will most certainly use them again in the future and recommend them 100%. Thank you for everything!

    I used to have broken pipes every winter for 7 years. I had several plumbers that came to break my walls and tiles to put insulation, but without an end to the broken pipes.     Weve had consistent problems with our combo boiler for the past two years and it had this knack for dying on us in the dead of winter for weeks at a time leaving us without heat and hot water the entire time. The service we were using previously had to go back and forth several times just to get our unit up and running replacing many parts. It was pretty obvious that they didnt know what they were doing.We then decided to replace the unit and found Precise Plumbing. The reviews were great and theyre certified by Navien so we decided to ask them to see if they can help us with getting a quote and replacing the unit neatly. Anthony and Sal came over checked out our boiler and gave us a quote on how much it would cost and walked us through what the financing options would be. We got qualified for the loan right then and there for the boiler.They came the next week to do the installation and not only did they replace the boiler they replaced all the piping, and ensured that all the exhaust and air intakes were vented properly. The job took two days and it they did an excellent job. Everything looks brand new and they did a VERY neat job that looks very professional. They were also patient with answering all our questions before and during the installation which meant a lot since weve had a terrible experience before with our old unit constantly failing and our previous service giving us really vague answers.Lastly, they are super responsive. We called them the next day because the hot water was going in and out a little. They came over immediately and calibrated the unit a little and got everything running fine. For those of you curious, it was an issue with our faucets that was restricting the flow of the water hence the hot water wasnt coming through.I highly recommend them if youre thinking of getting a new boiler/combo unit installed. They know what theyre doing and theyll come over and fix the any issue you may have quickly though a situation where your boiler stops working would rarely happen.
