    Called American Water Resources and had an appointment booked for today between 1-3. Received updated texts messages and Tech Gary Powerflo Sewer Service arrived at 1:15 to unclog main sewer drain out street. Totally professional and answered all questions. Very satisfied customer.

    We had an emergency and they came to help right away. Very friendly over the phone. The worker that came was very knowledgeable. He took extra time to keep the area clean. And I took note that he spent extra time to ensure he wasn’t damaging my door frame which I very much appreciate. He cleared the blockage and stayed longer to answer all of my questions.     Initial call was answered by courteous operator, plumbers showed up on time, assessed problem, fixed slow drainage. They prepped work area to keep clean and cleaned up after work completion and they stayed to see if slow drainage was corrected.     I have been using Powerflo Sewer services for about a decade now and could not be happier! They have saved my life (and my home) on multiple occasions (most often late nights, weekends, holidays…even Christmas Eve at 1am!). It doesn’t matter when I call they are always there quickly and they always fix everything. I have always had awesome technicians who are kind, friendly and great at what they do! I have had other companies through insurance programs come in with rude and unreliable technicians and often had to call Powerflo to come redo the job anyway! They are always great and the technician they have sent for my last 2 backups, Victor C, was amazing! He got there fast, was super kind and patient, very knowledgeable and explained every step of what he did and why! He also gave recommendations on things to do to help avoid problems in the future (and cleaned up anything he thought he left dirty)!     I just bought a house in the Island, after being in the house for 3weeks the drain in the tub and the drain in the kitchen started to drain very slow. I called a friend of mine that owns his own plumbing company. He doesn’t snake out drains and referred me too two companies one being Powerflow. I decided to take the chance and picked powerflow based on their 5 star reviews. I don’t write reviews occasionally, but I needed to give credit where credit is deserved. At the same time help someone else that’s in the situation I was in. They dispatched a technician by the name Joe Lambardo. Joe came in within an hour from the initial call. Joe greeted me look at both locations and gave me a quote. I agreed and to work he went. I have to say, Joe Lambardo was different from other workers I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with many in my life. His professionalism, his cleanliness before and after the job was superb! I couldn’t tell someone had been in my house to work. Did I mention even booties to protect my floors! All I can say Powerflow, you have a new client for life. If I ever have an issue, Powerflow is on my speed dial! Thank you for running a Company so great with such a great technicians as Joe Lambardo. He is an asset to your company.     In 1/3/24, my husband & I needed our upstairs bathroom sink and shower spout cartridge to be changed. Victor & his assistant were professional, kind, knowledgeable & arrived within the time frame (2pm for 12-3 pm time slot). The hot & cold tubes that my husband bought for our sink were installed. They found a problem with the flange of the sink, told us we needed a new sink, what size to buy & that we can call them to install. As for the shower spout cartridge, they went went back to the warehouse for the part (it helped that the warehouse is close to our residence!). It also helped time-wise so that we didn’t have to go out & buy the part! Every time they left the house & came back in, they wore paper boots. Victor also showed us how to take off the spout, what screwdriver head to use, explained that left is hot & right is cold for the notches in the cartridge if we wanted to change the temperature! Victor & his assistant left the packaging for the cartridge so we’d know what part to buy. They left their business card. I wish I took a picture with the video to show how well & patient Victor was explaining how to adjust cartridge.I highly recommend them!

    Tom was great. He was used twice- once to use a camera to find out what was wrong with the lines. The second time, he cleaned out both lines with high-powered water jetting. He would run the camera again and clean the lines as many times as needed to make sure that everything was cleared. He and his partner, both times were very professional, respectful of your property and cleaned up after themselves. They were prompt and if there were any issues, they were very professional in contacting me. The prices are very reasonable and Tom never seemed rushed to complete the job. He made sure that the job was done right and he explained everything to me so I had a better understanding of how the sewage lines ran in my house.     I tried to push back fixing my toilet for several weeks which resulted in me breaking the valve to shut off the water to my toilet. I needed someone who could come in ASAP to fix it. He was very professional and very informative. He provided me with all different solutions for the issue. The valve fix was quick and has been working well. Today, Luke, he installed the new toilet for me and took the old one away. He was very helpful and informative as well. He made sure to clean up everything so the only thing I have to worry about is doing a quick swifter mop which is a great thing!     Tom and his team fixed a broken pipe in our apartment. They did there best to be creative and try to salvage as much of our tile as possible. They explained what they needed to do at each step and worked into the evening to complete the job. Cleaned up after themselves and protected as much of our apartment as possible to prevent to minimize the mess. Very happy with their services

    Professional Service, honest and Knowledgeable company.Problem it was terrible smell on the basement, I called 2 company today and talked with them, but they dont want to come, I called the PowerFlo today 9:30pm and wasnt sure they will pick up the phone, I thought maybe voicemail, but somebody pick up the phone and about 1/2 hour they are appeared. I talked with 2 guys, one name is John, they were both professional, knowledgeable and friendly and they told me sewer trap cover is the problem and has to be replace even they didnt charge anything. This smell is bothering me more than one month and they diagnose the problem in a second. If you need any sewer or plumping job they are the best on Island. Thank you guys again.

    You never know when you calling up a new plumber. Ive had many negative life experiences with plumbers.
