    Thanking Robert for his quick response and personable demeanor when assisting me with my plumbing issues back In August. Robert replaced the faucet on my overflow sink in my basement and my outdoor water hose knob. Robert was prompt, knowledgeable, fair and very helpful.     I called RK Plumbing at 10:00am, scheduled an appointment for 3:00pm, and within 2 hours my water heater was replaced, along with a toilet repair. Robert is an exceptional plumber. Clean, clear and a craftsman! Thank you! Btw, the cost was very reasonable.

    AMAZING! Robert is a true professional and is very knowledgeable. Robert came in, remove and installed a water tank, fixed my boiler, removed and installed a new washer and dryer within just a few hours. More so, he communicated with me the whole way through, worked around my tricky schedule and limited space. Robert gave me tips and tricks to maintain my appliances and more importantly gave me a fair price. Truly grateful for his service. Thank you Robert!

    I had issues with my AC unit and Robert responded immediately after I had requested. He took his time and properly explained options but it was his going the extra mile that allowed him to identify the issue and rectify the situation. I have had other companies come for the same situation before I found RK Plumbing and HVAC, and I found their pricing much more affordable and not looking to just sell additional services not necessary to do the job correctly. I will be looking to have Robert for many other needs in my home when required. Highly recommended!

    Excellent service from Robert！My kitchens sink was clogged very bad，I used drain solution and snaked all didnt work. Called Robert to fix it，he‘s very efficient，professional and kind，not only fix the issue but also gave me suggests to prevent the clog in the future. Highly recommend his service for anyone needs.

    We had an issue with our AC system. Robert came and helped us out! He got the job done quickly, smoothly and of course successfully. This was our first time meeting Robert but we know if we ever have any AC issues we will be calling him again! 10/10 recommend.

    We had a nasty sewer line clog that ended up giving us water in the basement, coming back from the pipes leading to the street. A friend recommended Robert, who I called at 6am, and surprisingly he answered and was at my house in 20 minutes. He was able to clear the paper build up quickly, and then went into the pipe again, further out, and removed tree roots that were clogging it as well. He explained everything clearly, got the job done, cleaned up and double checked all of his work before he left. Great guy, awesome work. I would highly recommend, couldnt have asked for better.

    We have been using Rob for 13 years now since we moved into our home. We had a small flood within the first week that we called him for and have been using him ever since for any plumbing and HVAC issues. He comes over quickly, day or night depending on the emergency, and typically fixes the problem immediately in a reasonable amount of time and at a very fair price. Most importantly he is professional, courteous, and makes sure the job is done right. There is never a mess when he is done. Very clean work.

    Robert is a true professional and great person. He came to fix my boiler when I had no heat. He replaced the control box but then realized my vents were completely covered in soot and my house had dangerous levels of carbon monoxide. Even though cleaning it is a huge and terrible job, Robert did it on a Sunday (typically his day off) just bc he was worried about the health and well-being of my family and new born. He went above and beyond my expectations. On top of his quality hard work and compassion, he is also very fairly priced. Robert comes highly recommended from me and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Infact, my whole family already uses him bc of his honesty and quality work. Thanks Robert!

    Robert is truly the best there is. This past summer he has: fixed my AC Unit, Installed my shower (tub, shower body, diverter, shower head, handheld shower and handle bar, as well as tub spout, new drain and trap), as well as installed my new bathroom faucet and new toilet for my new bathroom. He fixed the water main dial, which was missing, ran new pipes from the garage to the outside of the house for my hose, or you couldnt park the car in the garage during the summer. Additionally, he has helped a friend and my mom as well. His work ethic is impeccable; hes always honest and professional, moreover, hes reasonably priced and punctual. You will not find a better man for all of your plumbing and HVAC needs. I highly recommend him.

    My moms furnace kept shutting off now and then. When I spoke to Robert from RK Plumbing & HVAC he was amazing. I have never called a company where the technician tried to walk me through the problem before having to come. He was kind, courteous and most importantly professional. He did come and for the first time I had someone be honest and fix the problem immediately. He stayed for a little while to be sure it was working and said if there were any other problems to call him. I would highly recommend Robert to anyone who needs an honest professional who knows exactly what he is doing.
