They took the time to ensure I understood the problems that I was facing and the severity. So in the end, they solved my pipe leakage as well as other pipe issues around my home that I would have otherwise neglected.

My drains were backing up recently I couldn’t fix the issue myself so started calling professionals to fix the problem. The first company I called came to my house and a quoted me a predatory amount of money (5x the amount which Keli charged me to fix a clogged drain). When I spoke to Keli I could tell he was honest and competent guy. When he came over with his coworker they were both respectful and fixed the issue immediately and thoroughly. It was as good of an experience I could ask for with the problem I had, would strongly recommend.

They are very nice, good workers. Even though I didn’t buy anything or use them for work yet, they did fix my hot water heater. A+ and 5 stars. I am extremely happy with the service I received from Rapid Rooter on 12/9/2022. I called them a little after 9 am to look into a upstairs bathroom leak that was leaking into the middle of our kitchen. They came over within 15 minutes to assess the problem. They found the issue and took time to carefully explain the issue and answered all my novice questions about other items I thought may be an issue. They did a thorough inspection, ruled out and explained to me why these other items I thought were an issue, were actually not an issue at all. They took pictures of the troubled area as proof of the issue source and promptly went to work to perform the fix. They stayed to test the situation throughly to ensure their job was done and resolved the problem. They even looked out for potential hazards caused by the leak like our collapsing dry wall ceiling chunks and cleared out all the larger pieces that could potentially fall and hit us while cooking in the kitchen. Their service manner was excellent and they showed they cared about the quality of their work and the service they provide.“The customers are the boss and we have to take time to explain the issue and treat them fairly”. That’s a direct quote from the service experts that resolved my leaky toilet. I will be hiring them again to do some of the larger work that we plan to do in the near future. In a world where many plumbers on Staten Island charge a hefty fee for a service call just to look at the problem. Rapid Rooter gave us a free estimate. I have been recommending this company to every person I have spoken to in the past two days. As I was cleaning the toilet, the cleaning sponge popped off of the clorox toilet wand and flushed down the toilet. My heart never beat so fast in my entire life. We randomly picked an emergency repair company when we discovered our water heater spewing water everywhere. Boy did we get lucky. Within 30 minutes They were at our house to give us a free estimate on the cost of a water heater replacement and installation. The price was fair. After all was said and done we had a new water heater installed and the whole process from beginning to end was less than three hours.
