Search no more. The best in the business. My hot water heater started leaking, I called PAC and from the moment they answered the phone I know I made the right choice. They were at my house in no time, evaluated the issue and replaced my tank and associated parts in record time. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Louie V and Jimmy were awesome and excellent. They explained everything to me and gave me a wide range of options trying to give me the best products and also saving me time and money. They were not only professionals but also super clean and efficient. PAC really care about their customers and quality of work. Best quality work I have had so far. Louie worked very hard. Professional and courteous.After his work on the clogged bathtub drain, the water was draining well with no buildup of water.He recommended a strainer for the drain which I thought was a very good idea.The real test will come over the next few weeks to see if the problem really was fixed.I also expect he will be good to his word and email me invoice and all other documents I signed in his tablet.At this point I commend his work and give 5 stars.

I am so glad that I reached out to PAC. They responded within minutes, and immediately booked someone for my first availability the next day. I didnt wait for the entire avail window, Bob arrived within 20 min of the start time (they give a 3 hour service window like most places, but unlike most - they landed right at the beginning of the window).Bobby walked me through the issue - listed to the context (3 year old threw shark bath toy down toilet), and gave options that made sense. Didnt feel like I was being given a hard sell or pushed/rushed. Toilet is working great now - really appreciate the experience and would recommend.

I tried P.A.C. Plumbing for the first time to when I needed to connect my gas stove. They initially didn’t have any plumbers available but they were able to send someone immediately after I told them how urgent it was. James P. was competent and professional. He explained every step he was taking and properly cleaned up after himself. He took extra care to not leave a mess by bringing his own shoe covers.They have fully embraced technology and text you every step of the way from scheduling of the appointment to after the job has been complete. I chose this company because it has been in business for over 45 years and has high ratings and now I know why.

Once again, P.A.C. does an outstanding job in fixing my HVAC problem. They did a great job installing my new HVAC system. However, there was a glitch in the wiring due to a very old original wiring system, which caused the air conditioning part of the new unit to not operate as expected. Once again, they sent Jevon, an experienced professional, who corrected the issue in less than thirty minutes. Now, the whole unit is working great. I would highly recommend P.A.C. Plumbing to anyone with an HVAC problem.

Awesome in every aspect. From the customer service to the work. There was so much patience and professionalism from start to finish. I had a burst pipe below the concrete slab which the house is built. Bob and Alex came in and repaired, closed and with the help of Jim and Lou even installed a new hot water heater all in one day. I was very impressed with the entire process starting with my initial calls to the office, signing up for the yearly plan and ease of making my appointment. Everyone I spoke to was very professional. It is with great pleasure that I write this review of two projects I have experienced with PAC.PAC provided the plumbing for renovation of a bathroom with shower and renovation of a washer-dryer room.I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and expertise. All of the staff, whether they were in the office or performing the plumbing work, were always friendly, courteous, neat, careful, and diligent. The workmanship was first class. They provided prompt service and worked very well with the general contractor. I appreciated how concerned they were with coordinating their schedule with mine and keeping me informed of when they would arrive.While I was very pleased with all of the workers, including Alex, I especially want to express my appreciation for Ken. I cannot overemphasize my appreciation for his professionalism, courtesy, consideration, and advice. It became immediately obvious to me that he has a tremendous wealth of experience, knowledge, and judgment. His workmanship was flawless and his advice was accurate and based on years of experience.All in all, I cannot recommend PAC too highly.

I asked Luis if he can fix my Fujuitsu Mini Split A/C unit. I had others look at it and they said I needed a new unit. 3-5 grand. Luis of PAC came and analyzed it and said yes. Guaranteed. Louie the service tech arrived at our home as scheduled on time friendly and highly capable‼️He tried save our furnace but that was not possible after 4+ hours and consulting with a senior team member. I’m having to replace my highly efficient furnace of 27 years‼️I had other contractors look at it but they did not know how it worked and left it emitting gas and carbon monoxide. Im extremely grateful to P.A.C and wouldvhighly recommend this team👏10/30/24 Today 2 very competent plumbing and heating men did a plumbing inspection and pinpointed a sink and plumbing that needed replacing due to a dangerous situation. I can always count on the PAC contractors for expertise and honesty🙏🌈🌝11/1/24 Bobby and his partner removed upstairs bathroom sink to replace with mew sink and vanity. My son did not wantvthe nee sink instead he wanted to save the old blue sink Bobby and partner immediately tried to add old sink to vanity in an efgort to please my son who is handicapped. These two men are amazing trying so hard to make my son happy ; they did all in their power to customize the job. I had called P.A.C. fairly recently to replace an elbow pipe in my kitchen sink and was very pleased, which is why I called them when sewage backed up from a drain in my basement. I called and spoke with Matt, who knew we had done business before and said he would put our request next on the list for his techs (est. arr. between 12 & 3 p.m.). Bobby and Jim arrived a little after noon and took care of our problem quickly and efficiently. They were knowledgeable and explained the process thoroughly. I had not expected to find that the basement would be in such good shape when they were done. They cleaned the bathroom and basement floor and put the stinky towels I had used to sop up the mess in my washing machine. Yes, I did have some additional cleaning to do, but they made my job so much easier! I entered into an agreement with P.A.C. which will assure that any requests for service will be prioritized, we will not be charged a service fee, and will be able to take advantage of discounts. We’ve been having a major leak problem with the condensate pump and drain line since the beginning of this extremely hot summer, and our basement and the area around the AC unit has been flooded quite a few times. Not only that, but he was also kind enough to help us vacuum up the water that has pooled underneath the AC unit! Water heater went suddenly and P.A.C. came to the rescue. Ken and Alex showed up same day and were unbelievable good and helpful. Very trustworthy too. Great guys. The office also helped me with payment program. Thank you P.A.C of Staten Island!

Ken came to do a regular plumbing maintenance (as a member they do these routinely) appointment. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Did the inspection, taking time to explain and show me things as the homeowner I should know (but I did not- thanks to Ken, now I do!) Took care of some items that came up and did a fantastic job, clean and professionally done! Overall great experience with Ken today…could not say enough complimentary things about him and PAC! 😊

James was patient with questions and provided thorough explanations. James checked thermostat at each level of the house, adjusted the temperature and time for each thermostat and explained how to use - these were new thermostats and were set to military time - he set to standard time to avoid confusion for anyone. He waited until the second floor adjusted to heat to be sure all was working accordingly. I appreciated that James put on his booties while working. Thankyou for your service.Chris explained the annual plumbing checkup. He took his time in each area. There was an issue with toilet and he replaced the part. He cleaned up and provided estimate for future projects. Very much appreciated his visit. thank youChris arrived on time to unclog shower drain. He snaked through the clog and found the culprit. Chris left the area cleaned. He checked all the bathrooms and kitchen sink to be sure that all was in working order. I appreciated Chris wearing disposable booties over his work boots when walking inside house.Thank you!Luis arrived promptly for our annual heater inspection before the autumns chill turns to winters artic cold. Luis checked and ignited light which turned blue as it should be. Thank you again Luis/PAC.Luis was professional and respectful of home. I appreciated that he put on indoor booties to walk into house and down to basement. Luis asked about filter and proceeded to check that first. It was clean with some discoloration but I had another for him to change. Luis cleared the white pipe that was clogged which he said was a usual occurrence. He checked the temperature and unit was cool and dry. He mentioned that there may be some water residue and I said that I would leave the towel down and would check throughout the day and thereafter. What a relief! Thank you again for the prompt service.September 13, 2022Victor was on time and explained what he was going to do. He went to task on checking AC filter which he replaced and the AC main unit outside. Victor was polite and professional.John was professional and explained options for AC unit. Since the unit is over 20 years old, we scheduled a new unit to be installed.May 25, 2022Devran explained situation and worked on resolving sewer drainage clean up. Devran and his partner will return tomorrow to install a new valve check (I believe that is what it is called).Jimmy was on time; his first stop of the day, and wore his booties as a sign of respect when entering our home. Jimmy went to task on our scheduled plumbing check. He reviewed all work details and answered my questions thoroughly. Always a pleasure!Andrew arrived early and went right to work on removing ancient boiler and water tank. Andrew and his crew worked as a team throughout the day until work was completed. Questions were answered as needed and explanations of parts installed were provided. They cleaned work area and removed all trash. Totally satisfied and relieved to know that we are prepared for next winter.Thank you for looking out for your loyal customers. When possible, I prefer to have the same workers and Ken and Alex completed the work with exemplary results. Ken and Alex were professional, explained the work involved and answered all my questions. What a great and unexpectedly pleasant experience. The servicemen that came were identified prior to coming. They came on time. Bob is very good at what he does and he kept me advised every step of the way. They took pictures and text me details on a regular basis. The men were very professional, considerate and friendly. On one occasion, I had a tankless water heater installed. On this last occasion, I had pipes replaced in my 100+ year old home. I highly recommend this service.

Kerry and chris were great. He came in ten mins from when i called and put me at ease. Installation setup for tomorrow morning. Update: they cane on early and on time. The guys were great and straight to the point boiler installed and finished in about an hour. Job well doneNothing to do with them but one complaint i have is the price it was a lil overpriced in my opinion. Other than that i am satisfied
