Called IR plumbing for my periodic gas inspection LL152. They put us on schedule quickly and their price was cheaper than all of the other company’s I inquired with. They took care of all paperwork with the DOB and made it a breeze. I highly recommend and will be using IR plumbing again for sure.

Had service done today by IR plumbing. I called them around 1pm they arrived to my bar at 2pm. Our water heater went and we had to upgrade a few faucets. They arrived fast, They were very clean and got the job done at a great price. I will definitely be using them again.

We had an emergency situation late at night where water was coming up from the pipes through our sink and flooding our entire bathroom. When we called, they gave us an estimated response time within 5 minutes and then arrived within the estimated response time (which was within one hour). They were very professional and able to determine the root cause of the problem. I definitely would recommend them for reliable, professional and courteous service!

I called Roto rooter prior to this company. They gave me a 4 hour time frame. I waited for them 4 hours and 30 minutes to get a price of almost $1000 to remove and snake my toilet. So I asked them to leave. Fromthere I called IR Plumbing and within 1 hour they had a technician to my house as well as better prices. Technician was very nice.

I called they were extremely responsive. I told them it’s a small job it’s only a 7 x 5 bathroom but I needed help they came promptly they quoted it and it was right. Job was done good I recommend them and I’m not looking forward to but if I have to, I will use them again for my plumbing needs.

Both my shower and tub were clogged and started backing up 🤢. Called Jason and he responded quickly and was able to have someone come by the same day ( thankfully they were able to fit me in their schedule). Staff was friendly, nice and got the job done quickly 🙂

They repaired a hot water valve ive been trying to get down for months. Other plumbers gave me push back because the job was too difficult or quoted crazy prices. They made it super easy and were very professional. Everything was done as it should have been and service was very nice. I like the whole team and would definitely hire again for future jobs. I was recommended by this place from a friend. I was absolutely in aww with the way my kitchen and bathroom came out. Yusef was on time and very knowledgable about what he was doing. I needed repairs in my bathroom and kitchen and he went the extra mile to ensure BOTH my kitchen and bathroom was done correctly, on time and he cleaned up. He is very clean with his work. I would recommend his service, and if I ever need any other repairs done, I will gladly request his service.

We decided to find someone 5 star rated because the job we needed done we couldn’t risk having a screw up. The drain outside wasn’t working and water was coming in the house and now we want to finish the basement. My boss said I should use them. Seems like they really know what they’re doin. I have no doubt that if some issue comes up he would send his guys to fix without hesitation. We will be using them again for other stuff!

The customer service was Top Notch, from the time I discovered that my water heater was leaking I knew that I had to find a reputable plumber.The guys at IR Plumbing were responsive and rather than sending a technician out to do work that I would be charged twice for they made sure that I understood that being patient would reap rewards and not cost me the bank.On the first day that the replacement water heater was available the technician came by and completed the replacement at a reasonable cost and in a timely manner helping to restore our hot water.He removed the waste material and cleaned up his work area which was impressive to see a young technician do.Payment was also a breeze I called the head office, provided my card information and within minutes an invoice was both texted and emailed to me.All in all I would say that this was an amazing experience and if I have any other plumbing needs I will be using IR Plumbing in the future.I also want to add that there is a $75 fee that is applied to any work done so you can put your mind at ease that there will not be any price gouging involved.
