Warren called me and walked me through what I needed to do in order to stop the noise from the pipes that was driving me crazy. I had someone already scheduled to come out and guaranteed to charge a service charge. It is awesome to have some good honest plumbers we can rely. Thank you again for everything.

Warrens Plumbing installed two water heaters for us. Lou Warren was very cordial, competent, and willing to share his plumbing knowledge. At my request, he performed our job on a quoted hourly rate. This allowed me to drain our old water heaters (a time consuming task) and disconnect them in advance. He made a fair Master Plumber rate for the reduced time he needed to do a quality installation. We have a quality installation at a fair cost.

Our water heater went out and we knew of Lou from our community on FB that he had done work for several of our neighbors. We had already ordered a new WH when we contacted him last Friday. He told us to take photos of information on our unit and send it to him. He called back to say you don’t need a new one I can order the part and have it repaired on Monday......obviously this was way cheaper than buying a new one. He was very nice, knowledgable, and reasonable, he also answered other miscellaneous plumbing questions for us. We will undoubtedly use him for any future plumbing problems and highly recommend him. Called 3 other plumbers with house water shutoff. They were all booked for weeks. Warrens said they could be here in 90 minutes. Rang doorbell 10 minutes early, had the right part and left an hour later with water back on in house. Bill was very reasonable for the quick service. Warrens is my new go to plumber.

Highly recommended! Good old fashioned honesty and integrity are a rare commodity nowadays. Lou has it and just installed a new high quality gas water heater in our house for a very reasonable price and did an excellent job. I have been ripped off in the past by ARS Rescue Rooter and other such big companies. Give him a call, he deserves your business and you will be glad you did.
