WoW! Contacted Michael of Cypress Plumbing early (7:00 am) with unknown water heater issue. Fit me in, arrived at my home by 10:00 am. Quickly assessed issue, which was still under warranty. Michael was immediately on phone w/company to advocate and resolve part issue on behalf of my family. Parts shipped overnight, Michael returned next day to install and make sure we had hot water again. Extremely accommodating. Thank you so much. -
