From the initial appointment to the actual service call, the customer service was excellent. We were concerned about a drip noise, required an inspection of the dishwasher outflow, and had two faucets replaced. The plumbers were pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient in their work. I particularly liked the text reminders, the picture of the technician they send ahead of time, and the way they do their estimates. Crawford Plumbing Service will undoubtedly be used again in the future!

We had a clogged drain. Not an emergency. I called this company because of positive reviews. The operator set up an appointment and informed me the service call was $120. I figured it may be that or a little more based on what he finds. The technician came out in a fairly quick manner. He was very pleasant and respectful, professional, and did a great job. I have no complaints about his work. He told me the repair came to 175. Great, thank you, have a nice day.A few minutes later the billing department called me and told me the charge was $295. Which of course works out to the service fee plus the repairs. Shocked, but I paid it and voiced my concerns. I felt they should’ve told me up front that it was going to be $120 PLUS any repairs. Lesson learned. At least the wife will be happy the sink drains.

Cost was given and agreed upon, and very fair. He did great work and showed us the work done and explained what he did. We will call them again..

Ive hired Crawford Plumbing Service many times (simple toilet repairs, replacing a water heater, and most importantly helping me out after my dishwasher got serious leak) and have always been impressed with their efficiency and cleanliness. The plumbers are polite, friendly, and punctual. They will get the job done right the first time, something that cant be said about other plumbers Ive used in the past. You really cant go wrong with these guys.

My drains have never emptied so quickly in the 15 years that Ive owned my home. Not only did he do excellent work, but he also cleaned up after himself very nicely.
