    We reached out to Bears Plumbing early this year after noticing their local sign and reading the positive reviews on Google, and were so glad we did. The customer service was excellent, and Colby and Mason truly impressed us. They arrived right on time to replace our original toilet and even discovered a leak in the other bathroom coming from behind the wall, which they quickly fixed as well. Unlike many other service companies, they were exceptionally neat, polite, and thorough, making sure to clean up after themselves. They kept us informed throughout the process and were straightforward, with no hassle or gamesā€”just great work.     I would definitely recommend Bears Plumbing!! I called in the morning to get them to come take a look at my hot water heater. They came a few hours later. David was very helpful and regrettably told me that I needed a new hot water heater because of crappy work that a different plumber had caused when I installing a new exhaust flue for me. He quickly got everything replaced and hot water heater connected. He told me that he could come back and give me an estimate for a new flue, which was the cause of all the problems, if I decided to. It rained the next night that flue dripped all over the new heater so I called right away and had David come back. He was there in a few hours, gave me a very fair estimate and redid everything and I have had no more problems with rain coming in through the flue and dripping on hot water heater. Bears plumbing will definitely be my go to plumbers!

    Honest, fairly priced, speedy service, and great communication!I had a backed up drain that was flowing backwards so I called up Bear and they originally said they could be out the next day, but then luckily had an opening to get out the same day.Jose came out and was able to fix the issue as well as a couple other issues Id asked about on the phone. The communication with Bear was great, they kept me up to date, sent me a photo of Jose before he got to my house, and the repairs were completed quickly. And while paying for any kind of home repairs sucks, the cost of repairs was very fair and Im very happy with the job overall.Definitely worth calling Bear for your plumbing needs!

    Bears replaced my last water heater, 18.5 years ago (the average life of a water heater is 12-15 years), so I called them again when it failed. I left a message before 8am and promptly got a callback. They said someone would be there between 11-2. The crew arrived by 10am and were done by 1pm. Efficient, on time and very courteous. Iā€™ll use Bears again.

    Our water heater went out. Bears Plumbing came out and replaced it the same day we called. The guys were very professional. William even gave me some advice on another issue we have that was super helpful. The price was about $500 cheaper than another company we got a quote from. Will be calling them the next time we have plumbing problems. Definitely would recommend.

    I LOVE these guys. I know that sounds extra. But honestly.. what are we without working plumbing?Let me break this down for you. I met Brears Plumbing through a contractor who was fully redoing my main bathroom. The plumber who worked on it, David, stayed till 8 p.m. one night to make sure it was done right. The team from the company finished my bathroom and did a stellar job. BUUUUUUT.... my husband decided to drill through a water line in our closet. (long story) the floor was flooded. we had to turn off the water. it was a mess. Bears came out within 90 minutes of us asking for help. They fixed it quickly. fixed it well and it was super affordable. If you have a problem- theyre the ones to call.

    Were new to the area, so I had multiple neighbors recommend Bears Plumbing when we asked around. I called them up and was looking at installing a natural gas quick disconnect for a generator I had just purchased (Post Hurricane Beryl). They came out, disconnected an old hot tub heater (from the previous homeowners), tested the gas line, installed the quick disconnect, hooked up my brand new generator (still in the shipping box), and got it running to verify the gas quick disconnect and lines were working with my generator. AMAZING!!! Super friendly and knowledgeable and a great price for all that work. I couldnt recommend them more! Ill be a customer with this company forever.

    We had several leaks discovered by the gas company when investigating low vapor pressure for standby generator. William and Isaac came this morning and worked like machines in this ridiculous heat. They arrived just before 0900 and finished just before 5PM. Both were pleasant, professional, and cleaned up their areas. 5 leaks repaired, some required some major upgrades as the house is old. They thoroughly tested the system before leaving and found one more repair to be done and dud the repair so we can get gas back after 5 days without. We appreciate Bears Plumbing and especially William abd Isaac so much!

Four days were forcasted for the attic repipe, but only one and a half days were needed. Amazing.     Cant say enough great things about Bears Plumbing Service. Allow me to set the scene--a dreadful leak in the bathroom. First, I called a handyman. The handyman charged over $200 to calk in all the wrong places. The leak continued. Second, I called another plumbing company that scheduled for over a week away and then never bothered to show up or call on the day they were due. And then in steps Bears Plumbing to the rescue. They were HIGHLY recommended by my neighbor, and I only wish I had asked the neighbor first! William and his assistant arrived the very next day after I called and on the very hour they promised to arrive. They gave a thorough look, a detailed report, and a fair figure, the same cost, in fact, as the original handyman who didnt do anything. They replaced the necessary parts, cleaned up the area, took only about 30 minutes to do it all, and were courteous and professional the whole time. They had some recommendations for other non-emergency issues I inquired about, so I look forward to doing more business with them in the future. Lesson learned: CALL BEARS PLUMBING FIRST!

With almost everyone in the Houston area needing a plumber after the winter storm of 2021, I knew they were going to be backed up like all the other plumbers are in Texas right now.     Love the way this company works! Called them on Friday they came in by Monday and installed a water heater. I love how they have prices posted online and didnt waste my time like other places I called by coming in one day just to look at my old water heater and give me a quote than schedule another appointment for installation, who has this kind of time. Ive had few other companies come in and and they wanted to charge twice as much, some never even showed up after scheduling to come in. My wife loved how technicians would put shoe covers every time they walked inside out house while working. Nothing but 5 STARS for Bears Pluming!!! Would definitely refer my family and friends!!!

    Tried to fix a running toilet myself and failed. I contacted Bears Plumbing to help me and they worked me into the schedule the same day. The guys who come out are so sweet and polite and they remember me if they have worked on my house before. They fully explain everything they are doing and why. I trust them 100% so they really dont have to explain anything to me. I wouldnt want any other plumbing company. Yes, we may pay a little more than other companies, but you get what you pay for! They stand behind EVERYTHING they do, they are local and family-owned, and their customer service cant be beat. When you are a repeat customer, they know your home, your preferences, and they treat your home as well as their own and leave their work area as clean if not CLEANER than it was when they came in.     I had a vertical pipe leak going to the kitchen sink. I called several plumbers including one of the larger plumbing companies and their prices were ridiculous.     1 year ago Bear replaced me water heater, a few days ago the gas control valve went out, I called Bear and they put me on the schedule, when they got here the repairmen got right on the problem had it replaced within 30min and had the water heat working. And then didn even charge me a fee due to the water heater only being a year old. I really liike these guys, they do good work.

    I used another plumbing service exclusively since 2008, spending many thousands with them for their services during several remodels. For the last one they messed up in reseating a toilet due to the raise in height over the flange due to new tile. When they removed it prior to the restoration work, they never said anything about the flange being at the wrong height. Since the restoration was extensive, I called in Bears for a second opinion. They pointed out the flange problem right away (and I verified what they said with google searches).The first plumbing service refused to reseat my toilet due to the fact that they had no record of doing it. They messed up in their record keeping and I was left holding the bag.I called back Bears to reseat the toilet. They did an excellent job, and while they werent cheap, I dont think they were out of line with other plumbing services. I also like that they will give you a free estimate.They are now my go-to plumbing company.

First, I had an issue getting my walk in tub installed and the guys stayed on it until it was done. Second.     5/7/2021 Update: Once again, Bearā€™s Plumbing to the rescue. We moved into a newly built house just over two years ago, but developed a leak with the ball valve for the main water line coming into the garage. Instead of calling the plumbing company that the builder used to pipe the house, I called Bearā€™s. Iā€™m glad I did. The work the original company the builder used was lazy, and as a result caused this leak. Bearā€™s not only replaced the valve, but the piping around it to make sure it was all in proper working order to ensure years of leak-free service. These folks care about their customers and making sure the job is done right. Just another example of why we wonā€™t use anyone else.Absolutely, by far, the best experience weve had with any contractor coming out to the house. Our water heater finally gave out after 11 years. We called Bears Plumbing at the recommendation from some friends. They came out very quickly, which was a blessing since my wife was almost full term in her pregnancy. We are thoroughly impressed with the quality of the job they did. No joke, this is the first time we have ever had a contractor come out to our house and leave it in better shape than when they got here. Every drop of water from the attic to the front door was cleaned up. We will definitely be using Bears for all of our plumbing needs.     I am so glad I discovered this company, located near my home. They came out to my house in March to fix a garbage disposal that was leaking slightly because it had not been installed properly. The plumber came out with his assistant.. they were quick, professional and very knowledgeable. Today we had an issue with pressure in our pipes. We called to get some information. The phone was answered promptly, I was quickly put on the line with the manager who listened well and knew exactly what the problem was. He had me text a picture of the faucet giving us a problem and immediately responded with the answer. All solved in 15 minutes with a phone call and a text! I am so happy with the service and I will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues!
