I came back from being away on business to find that the air coming out of my A/C unit was not very cold and not able to cool the house down with these hot days. I called them on a Friday morning and despite them being booked up they had a cancellation and were able to squeeze me in. The tech arrived earlier than estimated. He evaluated my system and discovered that the refrigerant was at about 40% capacity and since I have a 20+ year old system that still uses the old R22 freon that was banned a number of years ago, I didnt have a lot of options, but I decided to go with a new A/C.They had a crew of 3 here the following Monday morning to install it. The installers were on time, professional, courteous, and did very nice work.They didnt make a big mess, they cleaned up everything when they were done and even hauled away the old unit. I would definitely recommend giving these guys a call for your next emergency.

He performed the work quickly despite the chaos and got the job done with professionalism and great workmanship. All Hours Air is dependable, very easy to work with and considering our extenuating circumstances, extremely patient. I can’t say enough good things about this company. My 30 year old AC unit died on Sunday . These guys were at my house within an hour to diagnose the problem. We wanted to upgrade our 27 yr old furnace and resolve a couple of leaky outdoor faucet issues. So, we ended up having two separate calls on the same morning. Both service calls very positive experiences. The service technicians were very professional, and very likeable. They communicated clearly regarding all that they would be doing along the way. And they reviewed everything I needed to know when they completed the work. It was a very positive experience.

Updated review: We had another emergent situation with our water heater on a Friday evening and All Hours Air saved the day again. They were out to us within an hour again and fixed the issue that was caused by the home builder. Chance was our tech again and he’s awesome with educating us about maintenance, answering all of our questions and getting it done in a timely manner with a positive attitude. Naomi took my initial call in and was so amazing and really bent over backwards to ensure we had someone to come out this evening. You could tell she cared just as much as we do. I had a plumbing 🪠 emergency at 5:30am, tank somehow came loose from its mount, water 💦 everywhere! I called All Hours Air, Plumbing etc. and they sent Chance out by 9:30, I was thrilled they could accommodate me so quickly!! I went ahead and had him replace all 3 toilets 🚽, better safe than sorry, don’t want anymore surprises 😱 He was very knowledgeable, professional, personable and did an amazing job and cleaned up once done. I now have a new plumbing and hvac company to take care of my needs. My previous company recently went from “mom and pop” to corporate so am very glad to be back with a locally owned business. Water heater finally gave up on Friday afternoon. Contacted a company and they assured me they would be in shortly but never showed up. Called another company but I was told it was too late and I had to wait till Monday.I finally called All Hours Air and the tech showed up around 8 pm. After troubleshooting it he explained to me the 13 year old water heater had reached its limits and needed replacement but since it was already past 9 pm he needed to come back on Saturday to replace the 75 gal propane water heater.He came on Saturday morning, installed the water heater and code updated all the connections.My wife and I are very satisfied not only with the service the technician provided but also how knowledgeable and professional he is but most important, how fast he completed the job taking in consideration my wifes health issues.I dont normally do reviews online but this is an experience that needs sharing.Thank you so much.Tim B

All Hours Air always has the best communication skills. I had a person come out to do the yearly maintenance on my AC and he explained to me to get different filters so I have better airflow and more efficiency. He explained things thoroughly and educated me about not having filters with so many layers. I now will get correct filters for my system and hopefully experience my house staying cooler during the hot summer months due to the increased airflow.I had a leak behind my water heater and called All Hours Air the next morning. On that very same day a technician was able to come to my house first thing in the morning and fix the problem. I was amazed how fast the service was. Originally, I called the office and they said they could schedule something in the afternoon. Five minutes later I get a phone call back and they said they could get a technician out there right away. The prices are a little higher, but they also offered to flush out the water heater during the repair. Communication is stellar and the technicians are knowledgeable and experienced. If you need something fixed right away you can’t go wrong calling All Hours Air for service.

We had a broken waterline that needed to be replaced. We had bought a protection policy that was supposed to be able to do that for us, but all they did was stall and make us wait. We had All Hours come out give us an estimate and get to work the following day. Service personnel, Trent, worked tirelessly for four days and got us back up and running. This is the second time All Hours Air has helped us through a plumbing disaster. The quality of the work Is beyond question. First class all the way! All our thanks!

A big thank you to All Hours Air! Our unit stopped working during one of the hottest weeks we’ve had so far. I called three other places including the business we purchased our original unit from and nobody could get to us that day. Most had a wait of a week or two. I’m thankful I called All hours Air they came out that day explained what we needed to get our old (24yrs) unit running again. We decided to replace the unit but until it came in, Issac fixed it so we wouldn’t be without air for 4 days. We had our new unit installed and the techs Kevin and Kyle did a great job and were very professional. I will recommend All Hours Air to friends and family.

Dave helped schedule my appointment which I was so happy was the day after I called. It’s been HOT. Service tech Brandon was great. Our capacitor went out during a bad heatwave and he diagnosed and fixed it quickly. One of the people answering the phones seemed stressed and annoyed at the fact that she had to answer the phones (I don’t want to post her name). Maybe she was having a bad day. I was trying to be really nice and respectful but she was having none of it.

Updated review:As mentioned below, we had our furnace serviced by All Hours Air in September 2022. We spent approximately $1300 replacing the circuit board. Mike the technician was great and had encouraged us to just replace the furnace, but we unwisely chose the middle-priced repair option. Mike told us he couldn’t guarantee that the new circuit board would permanently fix the problem since it was an old furnace. So, several months later, when the furnace went out completely, I called All Hours Air again and Nick was our service advisor this time. He was awesome too. We decided to replace our furnace this time and Nick gave us a full credit for the previous repair. He did not have to do that, and we really appreciated it. Brandon and Cesar were our technicians and they were both clean and nice and and they did a very professional installation. They hauled away the old furnace, cleaned up the area and ensured everything was working properly before they left. Our new furnace has been working like a champ ever since and with all the snow we’ve had this winter we have been very warm and grateful. I highly recommend All Hours Air.Prior review:Mike was our technician and he was great. He diagnosed the problem with our furnace right away and gave us three different options for repair. After he completed the furnace repair, at a very fair rate, he also ensured our A/C was working before he left.
