Rob came out and was dedicated to snake out our main sewer line. He worked well past 10pm and was determined to finish the job. We received a video of the inside of the sewer line from another employee Justin and were able to see where the problems are. Took so long because our line was 85 feet long but Rob was professional and courteous and was willing to go the extra mile.We have also used Hoffman dumpster services and received excellent service. Thank you Justin and Rob for your kindness and attention to detail.

Roberto was our technician. He was pleasant and assessed our problem. We needed new faucets installed in the kitchen and 3 bathroom sinks. My husband had installed two of the faucets but wasnt sure of the drain on the third one because it was angled. Roberto fixed the 3rd drain and looked over the work my husband did. We recommend them.

I always call Hoffman Plumbing when I need an honest, fair priced, dependable and caring company to help solve a plumbing issue. When I was faced with a big problem with water backing up all over my floors I called them to take a look and give me an estimate. I took a deep breath! We discussed the solution to my issue in understandable details. They were to the point and quite positive that my issue would be solved. My next question was how much, when and how long would it take. The estimate was costly but more than fair. I already knew that they did quality work so I agreed to have it done. I was shocked when they started work the day after we agreed to go ahead and then finished up the next day in a few hours . Long story short, all my old carroded drainage lines were replaced, better than new and my problems were solved. If you need someone that will give you the assurance you need, call Hoffman Plumbing. They are the best.

I highly recommend Hoffman Plumbing. The technician they sent out, Justin was very friendly, extremely efficient and did a very thorough job showing us what was damaged and what he had to repair. He explained everything in detail and in a manner that was easy to understand. He kept a very clean work space and made sure he thoroughly cleaned up after himself when he was finished. Again I highly recommend Hoffman Plumbing and I also highly recommend asking for Justin. I also feel Hoffman Plumbing was very reasonable in what they charged for an after hours emergency repair on a Friday night / Saturday morning. They have definitely earned a repeat customer.

I sent a website request at around 5:30 AM to schedule a visit to discuss replacing an existing toilet. Hannah called me around 10 AM and said a person would be available in the next hour or two. Ray called me when he was on the way and asked if I needed a toilet or if I already had one, and I asked him to pick one up. The entire job was done in around an hour, including testing, disposal, and cleanup. VERY reasonably priced and fast service, and excellent staff including Ray and Hannah. A locally-owned business definitely worth supporting!!

Awesome company to work with! They were able to replace my water heater the next day after my call. Their technician, Justin, was very knowlegeable and took the time to explain the repair in detail to me. He was very patient with my questions as well.I choose this company because after sending pictures of my current water heater, they gave me a set, upfront price. Other companies I contacted for estimates would only give a ballpark estimate and said additional costs could occur. They were also extremely price competitive compared to other bids I received. They texted me when they were on the way and arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Once the job was finished, they cleaned up the worksite and hauled away the old heater and parts. I am planning to call them again to change out some bathroom faucets.

Ray was awesome! During the early afternoon, I called for my leaky faucet that ended up leaking through the floor/ceiling. Ray was there by early evening and got things squared away. Just recently purchased a home and during my remodel I found a pipe in the wall that had a small crack in it. Water was ever so slowly weeping out of it but still, it was a leak. I opened up more of the wall and crawled under the home to confirm my findings before I called for a plumber. Other plumbers that I called were quoting me around 6 hours of labor for a job that was 1hr-1.5hrs MAX. I gave Hoffman Plumbing a call and explained the situation and was able to schedule for them to come out the next day. Next day comes and like I had expected, it was fixed in an hour. The two gentlemen that performed the work were very kind and professional. If I ever need more plumbing work done on my home, I know exactly who I’m calling. A tenant of my rental house moved out and left a nasty clogged toilet. I hired another plumber first and he tried with auger but it didnt work. He insisted that I have to hire some biohazard company to clean it up first before anything else could be done, and he wanted to charge me $250 just for the uncompleted job. Graden was excellent and certainly deserving of a 5 star service. He communicated before coming to the house to do some research on the part that was probably needed so he can have it on hand rather than having to order and come back a 2nd time. He was prompt, courteous, communicative and efficient in repairing the kitchen sink issue and a clogged bathroom sink. Although it may not be a cheap repair, he was certainly fair on the billing and it was a great experience. The scheduling wasnt perfect since the office set up an appmt for a Wednesday morning and he called at 5pm saying he was on his way. However, we had dinner plans so instead had to reschedule. This issue seems to be quite common among many businesses. In fact, I almost expect it now and am shocked when they show up at the time promised. Despite this, Graden certainly made up for that mishap and will definitely reach out to him again without a 2nd thought.
