They completed their scope of work efficiently and in a very timely manner. They were offered overtime and they refused it and still completed the work ahead of schedule. I would be glad to use Alexander Mechanical again and I highly recommend them. This project was in a warehouse environment and made sure that when they left, their workspace was clean & orderly.

We were in a real pickle. The power company changed out our gas meter and in the process shook loose a bad joint in one of the gas lines under our house. They shut down our gas and told us we needed to get a licensed plumber out to fix it before they could restore our sevice. THIS WAS AT THE END OF JANUARY! No heat! I spoke with Mark on the phone, we pulled a permit with the city and he sent Byron and Kaleb out to get us fixed right away. Mark also came by the house to make sure everything was going smoothly and called after to make sure NV Energy got us turned back on. Were very happy.I will be calling them again to run gas to our backyard for the BBQ and firepit this Summer.
