We had a toilet bowl overflow on Christmas Day and flood half our house with sewage. 24 HR Flood Pros was not only the first company to answer the phone, but their response time would’ve been impressive on a regular day. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping us “1st timers”filing a homeowners insurance claim. They did great work and were extremely respectful of our home. We were especially impressed with how quickly they were able to pack up the rooms that were flooded. The insurance company even complimented their work after the fact. Highly recommend them if you ever find yourself in need.

The team from 24 hour flood pros just finished a huge water damage project on my home. The ceiling over my living room and bedroom burst open and water flooded everything. Apparently, the leak had been building up for a while because once the guys from 24 hour flood pros removed the rest of the ceiling there was black mold everywhere. They immediately took care of removing the mold and then began the process of cleaning up the mess. If you are lucky enough to get Percy and Omar as your team you can rest easy. They take care of everything. They never even let me take down a curtain! They handled it all. They were courteous and respectful in addition to being genuinely kind and caring. They cleaned up their mess each day and always checked to see if I needed anything before they left.The icing on the cake was Johnathan! He took care of dealing with my insurance company right from the start. Just listening to him talk with my insurance adjuster about what needed to be done I knew I could never have done it. He took all the stress off of my shoulders and just handled it.I would highly recommend 24 hour flood pros.

But they intended to leave the vent open for an extended period of time, potentially allow the rat enter my crawl space again. Fortunately I was there to correct it. They need to pay attention to details like this.Otherwise, they are professional and courteous.

They arrived within an hour of being contacted (roughly 9:00 P.M.) and were fast and efficient in eliminating all standing water, installing fans and dehumidifiers, and using sensors to detect water that had penetrated the walls, floors, and ceiling.On top of that, they were extremely polite, respectful, and sensitive to the chaos and concerns that accompanied the burst pipe. We remain grateful that they were on the scene and can’t imagine better or more professional service. We haven’t commented on the value, as the costs were borne by the insurance company.

We had a leak from the shower that drained to my office wood floor. I was concerned about mold and the cleanup that went along with it. I saw many excellent reviews for 24 Hour Flood Pros of Nevada and decided to call them. The owner (Matthew) picked up right away; I told him about the leak and my concerns about mold. He sent his product Mgr. (Dawaun) to my house to inspect the damage. Dawuan told me exactly what they would do to help me. It was an outstanding presentation. I was emailed an estimate for the work. The price was reasonable and fair. It was a no brainer, this was the company we chose to help us. The owner said his crew would be at my house 9:00 am sharp. They showed up at 8:30 am with a crew of 6 including the owner ready to do the job. Theydid such an amazing job that I have to name them all: Dawaun, Roan, Brandon, Kristopher, Drake, and the owner, Matthew. They covered my floors with plastic and long felt pads. They also put plastic barriers with zippers (to go in and out as needed) on the door ways they were working on. This insured a clean house for us. They came back 3 days later (as promised) with a strong water sprayer to wash out (and clean) my driveway and walkway to insure an extremely clean area. I highly recommend this business if you are experiencing water damage of any magnitude. This trained team will arrive and professionally, efficiently, and expertly take care of the problem.
