Kitchen sinks backed up. Mike and Matt arrived to worked on this issue, crawling under the house in a tight, wet, cold crawl space. They discovered a 5’ section of pipe that was heavily damaged and needed to be replaced.Our insurance company was fighting about paying for the repair while the guys waited patiently. After two hours, we finally received approval and they completed the job. Matt and Mike were professional, knowledgeable, explained everything so I could understand the issues and how they fixed it. These guys are great! We would recommend them in a heartbeat. Silver State Plumbing is fortunate to have these guys work for them.

Silver State was the third plumber to address our problem and they were wonderful. We had warm water coming out of cold faucets but really no hot water at all. Mike and Matt discovered that we needed a new hot water heater. Mikes brilliant notes to our home warranty company was the determining factor in our getting a virtually free replacement. They replaced it and left that area cleaner than when they started. Silver State is the only plumber we’d ever call!

Matt and Mike came to fix a leaking dishwasher and noticed the hot water was super hot. They were showing me how to turn the setting down when they noticed the connections were not the correct materials and would fail. And that the drain was improper This house was a flip and apparently they used old materials and just slapped in a new water heater. Sharp eyes! Likely saved my daughter a huge mess and expense downstream! Gotta love Silver State!

Plus they saw another problem not having a shut off valve. Safety. These are top notch best I’ve seen. Silver State keep these guys give them a raise. They went above and beyond their job here. Matt and Mike are AMAZING!! I had a back up in my kitchen sink that I just couldn’t get with my minimal knowledge and tools! I called silver state Wednesday afternoon and was given a time slot between 8-12 the next day! I got a text around 10 saying they were on their way!! They arrived and quickly assessed the situation!! 48 feet of snake later, the block was removed!! They made sure everything was running great before they left! The work took less than an hour, and I couldn’t be happier with their service!! I will definitely be calling them in the future for any/all of my plumbing needs!! THANKS MATT AND MIKE!!!

Our garbage disposal was broken and we called our home warranty company to arrange a repair. They hooked us up with Silver State Plumbing, and within two hours, they called us to schedule. The dispatcher said they were running ahead of schedule and could come today, before the Labor Day weekend! By 3:30 they were here, and by 4:30 a brand new, quieter disposal was installed. Now THAT is service!! This is my second time having Silver State come out, and both times, they’ve been responsive, fast, and polite. They also are conscientious about wearing shoe coverings, which I SO appreciate!!!

Not only did they give us an estimate they were able to get us hot water same day until the day of install of new system. I called Silver State Plumbing for a busted pipe during a Snow storm in the middle of the evening. Within 15 minutes I had a call back after leaving a message with their answering service. I had my appointment scheduled to be with in a 2 hour time frame which is easier to manage. Bradley arrive at my house. He was professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through the whole process, answered all my questions. My house is over 100 years old. He was also thorough with explaining what all would be done for the repairs and what work wouldnt.The job was completed the same day he came. For a reasonably price. He took the time to clean up all of the work area except sweeping a very small area. He then did a walk through going over exactly what he did and the warranty of work.I’m a happy customer.

I cannot tell you how AMAZING Matt and Mike were. When my water heater went out they came a replaced it and were phenomenal then. A washer broke about a month after and they came back out. Based on their reactions, you can tell that they love their job and take it very seriously. They fixed it as fast as they could and even answered a question for me about a bath in my house and they came in, checked it out, and fixed it within 2 minutes. I am forever grateful to have Matt and Mike as my plumbers! I will never call anyone else solely due to these two. If you have had them, you know exactly what I mean!! I HIGHLY recommend Matt and Mike at Silver State Plumbing. You can tell by their professionalism and work ethic that they will do a pinnacle job no matter the circumstances.

My DIY did not go so well. Four weeks promising my wife I would fix it, but sadly I was wrong. We ended up making an appointment with Silver State Plumbing.We were scheduled for a window of 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. which we were fine with since it was their first available appointment when we booked. The day of our appointment, they called and said they were available earlier if we were available, and we accepted immediately. Now, not only on-time, but able to start early, Im grateful to meet Mike and Matt. They quickly diagnosed the problem, promptly provided an estimate and completed the repair correctly while leaving not a trace they were here.They were polite and professional. They were friendly with our dog and mindful not to let him out of the yard.Ultimately my wife and I can use our kitchen again. These guys were great and I recommend this team. Thank you Mike and Matt.
