I had a Shower Faucet Valve replaced on 4/24/24. The person who came was prompt, very professional and knowlegeable. The repairs took less than two and a half hours.After checking what other vendors would have charged for the same service, I found Wicked Plumbings fees to be EXCESSIVE.I will definitely research other vendors if I require plumbing services in the future.

Getting in contact with quality plumbers can be a chore in and of itself. Not only was Wicked Plumbing reasonably priced and highly efficient, but they even answered the phone on the first try. My info and issue was documented and the plumber for my area was back in touch with me within 30 minutes with scheduling for an appointment. They came less than 24 hours later. Nick was super informative about what may have caused our issue, he was beyond courteous and accommodating (we’re in the midst of potty training a toddler while juggling an 8 month old), and he was in and out of the house in less than 90 minutes. We would not hesitate to use Wicked Plumbing for future needs.

Nick H. Of Wicked came over yesterday and installed a kitchen faucet, then did rather major repairs on a shower. He was extremely efficient, the work was exceptionally neat, and he cleaned up after himself. You know those plumbers who are always going out to the truck or to a local supply store? Not here! He anticipated what we might need, then made sure it was on the truck. More than that, he packed up all his needs in a backpack and never once even went back to his truck. In and out in under three hours. Beautiful fixtures, great plumber, efficient service, and reasonable prices. How can you go wrong?

We called Wicked Plumbing for a leaking water heater. He called us back within a few minutes and came out the same day. After 8 years, our water heater was on its way out, so we decided to replace it. He showed us the problem, didn’t just tell us what was wrong. He pointed out the problem. He is NOT like the auto mechanic who tells you your car needs $1000 worth of work without showing you what’s wrong. Nick presented us with several options and went above and beyond to educate us on what we were purchasing. Nick was very honest, upfront, knowledgeable, and very skilled at what he does. He takes his time and makes it took like a work of art. I never imagined I’d enjoy looking at the new copper piping and shiny new water heater in my basement! I didnt have a plumber, so I went online and read different reviews and decided to give Nick a call at Wicked Plumbing. Nick replaced the drain and PVC piping in the kitchen sink, replaced the outside faucet with a no frost faucet and changed out shut offs in the basement.A few weeks later our hot water tank let go and was leaking. It was after hours when I called Nick. He came out within 20 mins to replace the tank.My husband and I are so happy with his work. He is very professional and dependable. We highly recommend him. I called Nick to give me an estamate on a high efficiency boiler and hot water heater back in december of 2021. i knew the price would not be good for more then 30 days but it gavene a number to aim for.. i was waiting for spring to change my old boiler that had a lot of small issues. well the day came and my hot water heater let go. i called nick and told him what had happened. he came out and did another quoted the job. due to covid the price went up a bit but i was expecting . the next day he ordered the new Navien fire tube boiler and an HTP indirect water heater. he had it all installed after a long 12 hour day. he even helped me with the life time tank regisration and filing for my mass save rebate. he did a great job and left a clean work area. he was even nice to my 2 very curious kids. theyloved the fish on the side of his truck. nick was very patient with me explainging what everything did. i am a forgien woman not from USA and i feel like Nick took the extra time to explain to me. his price was fair and i think it was worth the money. now i have no worries with my new boiler and water tank. i cant wait to see whaty heating bill will be in the winter. i hope its is less then the $300 gas bills i got last year. thank you Nick

Last year our boiler died. We initially called Wicked Plumbing to come check it out, and unfortunately they confirmed our fears that we would need a brand new system. We made the mistake of going in a different direction instead of having Nick and Nick take care of it. We will never make that mistake again.This year, our “new” system started acting up when I tested it for the colder weather. Leaks, low pressure, and a weird smell. Called Wicked Plumbing again (couldn’t get a hold of the person we had install the new boiler) and they came right out. They remembered us, and understood that we chose a different direction the last time. Nick and Nick performed a full inspection of the entire system and were able to identify MULTIPLE critical issues with the installation of the boiler. They formed a plan to bring everything up to code, and came back 4/5 days later…which in the plumbing world might as well be overnight!These guys were the text book definition of professionals. They explained the purpose of every single part they installed and made sure it worked properly. They brought our boiler AND water heater up to code, and did so at an affordable price. These guys worked for two days in a row, only taking a break to bring in a grocery delivery so my 9 month pregnant wife didn’t have to lift a finger while I was stuck at work.
