Jared called and provided clear explanations, making the decision to replace the water heater and complete other repairs easy. I came home on a Friday night to an overflowing toilet and a flooded bathroom. It was my first time ever experiencing a huge problem as a homeowner. Binsky was able to send someone over to my house within the hour. Xavier was extremely professional and got the job done in under an hour. He explained everything that went wrong and what he was going to do to fix it. He also took the time to look at some other things in my house that needed attention and sent me an estimate via email. I’d never needed a plumber before, but now, Binsky will be my official plumber for all mattered going forward. I’m very satisfied with this company.

After receiving our free quote, Mark worked with us on a price that was fair for both of us. Then, our install was set up for next day. We were so excited! Having 3 golden retrievers we needed our AC fixed quickly and they delivered.The install went flawlessly. The men were kind, hardworking, considerate, friendly, and knew what they were doing. In the matter of 4-5 hours we had AC again, yeah!!I definitely recommend Binsky Home Service and our family will be using them in the future. Thank you gentlemen for all your hard work!!!

Tom D explained everything thoroughly & easy to understand. He also explained what parts, fixtures, and labor costs would be necessary to complete the hot water heater replacement. An install appointment was made within 1 week. Excellent service call, Thank you Tom. Later informed by a local plumber that HWT replacement isnt necessary, only needs to be drained properly of sediment. This often occurs after fire hydrant draining for maintenance.Canceled appointment and waiting for refund except for service call charge!

The supply hose to our washer was leaking. The problem was compounded by the difficulty in gaining access to the back of the stacked washer/dryer assembly. Knowing it was a 2-person job, Binsky sent Tom and Javis, and they were GREAT!! They were on time, performed the job neatly, thoroughly and professionally, and went above and beyond every step of the way!! Many thanks to both of them!!

Binsky provides an excellent home service for your HVAC needs. The HVAC unit in my condo suddenly stopped working and I called Binsky based on reviews I had read and they leaved upto all my expectations for prompt and professional service. The Service Technician (Brandon) was excellent - he quickly diagnosed the issue and let me know that the fan motor was at fault and needed replacement. Prior to that he made detailed checks on the capacitors (faults of which are typical culprits for a humming non-functional heater) and found them to be in good order. I am very pleased overall over the quality and promptitude. I strongly recommend Binsky for all of your HVAC needs.

Just had a new HVAC system installed by Binsky. Mark Joseph was excellent. Friendly, patient, and gave great advise. He actually saved us from installing inferior, improperly sized equipment that a local competitor was pushing (and his prices were less expensive!). Thanks Mark!!! Ive actually reached out to him several times since the install with questions and he couldnt have been nicer or more helpful.The install went well. Kavon and Kyle did a nice job and were very polite and respectful.Ive had 2 situations where I needed customer service, and both couldnt have gone better. Prompt responses and excellent service. Install manager Randy was very helpful.Only time will tell about the Lennox equipment that was installed, but from a sales and service standpoint, Binsky has been top notch.

The company is going to send somebody else who actually knows or have knowledge of electric heating baseboard baseboard. Words cannot describe my immense satisfaction with the communication, quality of work, and service provided by Binsky. You truly get what you pay for, and in in the case, you get more in the way of peace of mind and satisfaction. Our experience with Binsky began with a free estimate with Mark. Mark is knowledgeable and took the time to truly inspect our house to provide a comprehensive and tailored heating and cooling solution. To be honest, I was surprised that our estimate and conversation lasted a little over an hour, as we discussed the current set up and the various solutions that there was for our full boiler replacement and new install of a ductless heat pump system. Mark took measurements and performed calculations to ensure that the units were properly sized. He took the time to hear my concerns and respond to my questions. He also was very helpful in helping me to understand the technical specifications of the various units. As Mark told me, Binsky isnt the cheapest but definitely wont be the most expensive (and if they are, it wont be by much). Having received 4 estimates including the one from Binsky, I would say that statement certainly was accurate. We were able to work together to ensure that the finances worked out.Ed was an excellent communicator and very helpful to ensure that the job ran smoothly and on time. On the day of our install, Bill and his team showed up on time. They were respectful and observed COVID-19 best practices and protocol. They made sure to lay drop cloths throughout the house to protect our spaces and furniture. The team worked smoothly and professionally to install our boiler and two ductless units. When the install was complete, Bill walked us through the work completed, explained what was done and made sure that we were pleased with the work. The battery backup in our Nest Thermostat died during the install, so when Bill did the walk through with the boiler, the thermostat was acting difficult. Not wanting to leave the job site without going over his work with us, Bill diagnosed the error and solved it, taking the time to run an extra wire (c) so that our Nest Thermostat would be sufficiently powered, even when the boiler is off. This dedication and pride in work cannot be overstated. I truly believe that they have found a lifelong customer in us for our various heating and cooling needs.

BINSKY super tech Dennis diagnosed within 60 seconds why boiler having no heat, replaced defective part, bled system and cleaned up afterwards —Dennis is the BEST, MOST PROFESSIONAL technician I have ever experienced, all done at a fair price! So when I signed up in March 2024 for an A/C check up, I requested Mr Dennis, the SUPER TECH! He checked out my 25 year old Trane A/C system and found the air handler had serious black mold. Amanda, Super Sales Lady came over right away and advised what system would work best, and obtained a terrific price for us. She was able to included a 10 year parts and labor warranty and was respectful, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Lenny, Super A/C install tech came 2 days later and his crew installed a New Lennox complete system in 6 hours. Explained everything on how to operate with my wife, and we had safe, clean air conditioning that same day. Amanda even answered text questions after the sale- tremendous customer service! The entire BINSKY team are world class people, and I am so glad I hired them for these jobs! Outstanding company, outstanding service, the VERY BEST we have ever experienced! I called Binsky yesterday and they were able to come out today. Ive been dealing with water damage from my water heater for approximately three weeks. I was informed my pipes were leaking from toilet or shower. Joe came to my home and was very polite and informative. Someone had been in the shower at the time he arrived so that was great. Joe was unable to find a leak anywhere so I was extremely relieved about that. Ive been stressing out about this water damage. Joe said it was most likely from the water heater leak and not the pipes. Joe informed me if I need their services in the future theyll be happy to come back.

Eddie the tech was very professional and explained my HVAC system issue. He had the part in his van and installed it quickly. It was 98 degrees outside and 85 inside my house. My unit is a 30 years old Lenox and he didnt push me on selling me a new one which makes me very happy. I highly recommend Binsky because my air-conditioner is working like new.

Another fine service call by Binsky- our fall system check which is included with our service agreement. The furnace is in excellent condition and performing well. Val, our technician today, is very friendly and helpful. When I was unfamiliar with the humidifier settings, he walked me through how it is configured for winter vs summer. He observed a problem with our Lennox main controller (house thermostat), which has had troubles in the past. They will replace it the next time that it fails. I highly recommend Binsky for any home system needs.Tom is great to work with and did an excellent job with all our needed services to our plumbing and water softener. Tom (plumber) arrived first thing in the morning at 8am. When we opened our front door, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming smile. He told us he arrived in our parking lot at 6:30am but waited until 8am to ring our bell as not to disturb us too early. We actually never received call or text reminder the day before, so we didnt know what time a technician would arrive. Tom was so considerate to ring our bell when a typical first call would be.We received service for complimentary plumbing as part of my Binsky partner plan. Tom was very thorough and went through our entire home. He took pictures of all the plumbing fixtures and made sure everything was functioning correctly.He even went above and beyond to assist us with our leaky shower door and gave us advice on how to mitigate our problem. With Toms help, he helped us resolve this issue and we can now comfortably shower without having a giant puddle of water outside on the floor.I have been a customer of Binsky for 6 years and have always had great service. My husband and I called Binsky because we were having a problem with our water heater. We have used Binsky a lot of times in the past. Our technician was Joe.He was very nice and listened to us explain what the problem was.He tried a few things and found out what part we needed.He ordered the part and said we might have to wait.He called back within the hour and asked to come back and install it. We were so grateful that we would have hot water. Joe explained why we needed the part and that it would be fixed now.Joe was very easy to talk to and very pleasant.I would also like to say if I could give 10 stars I would.The customer service people when my husband Tom called are always very nice and always try to give us the fastest appointment they can so we are not inconvenienced. I always recommend them to my friends.

We needed our water softener and water heater replaced. Jared found multiple problems that had just begun wreaking havoc in our home and was able to do the work before more issues arose. He explained in clear detail everything that would need to be done and helped us every step of the way with understanding the problems, the installation, and setting up a payment plan. The work was completed next day, quickly, neatly, and without any issue. No extra repairs or mystery fees popped up. The team was extremely friendly and willing to go out of their way to ensure everything was done right the first time and our lives werent interrupted for longer than a few hours. Cant recommend them enough.
