We highly recommend Robert, he has done several jobs for us, big and small. He’s repaired water leaks, re-plumbed our basement bathroom shower, including having to pour new cement, installed a new walk-in shower & hardware. Cleaned and hauled away remodeling debris , Looks beautiful!!Hung a gun rack and shelves, fixed & re-adjusted doors, power washed our pergola, the list goes on!! Robert’s fair priced, nice, punctual, does good work!! He’s just a really good all-around man!

Rob has done a bunch of things for me. He does an amazing job and is always fair on his price. I walk away happy. He came and helped me after my dogs flooded my house and gave me the piece of mind I needed.

Sunshine installed an over-the-range microwave that required some minor modifications and also replaced a leaking water pressure regulator. Both jobs exceeded my expectations and were done faster than anticipated. Professional, courteous and a great value! Will definitely use them again.

Great job. Better than we even hoped! He removed an old microwave range hood. Installed a new range hood and shelf and tiled the backsplash. Punctual and great to work with. Highly recommend. See the before and after photos.

I needed to have my front steps and railing replaced. I found Robs information online and left him a voice mail. He immediately contacted me back and set up a time to come take a look. When Rob arrived, he took proper measurements and even suggested ways I was able to save money with this project witch I greatly appreciated. He was back a few days later and did a great job. Rob did a great job in my kitchen. He installed new cabinets in my kitchen and a new exhaust hood over my range. He is very friendly, works fast, does great work. And, he shows up when he says he is, no waiting and wondering. I definitely recommend him and will use him again.

Roger was referred to me by our contractor. We were working on a project in Rappahannock County. He was prompt to reply and extremely helpful. I was able to text him pictures of the scope of work and he responded with a quote. He also purchased matching hardware based off of my pictures which saved me a trip to the hardware store and so much time.Roger was prompt and professional on the job. He was flexible with my changes and additions to the scope, not to mention his detail and care into completing each task l! I was extremely happy with his work and I’ll be contacting him for future projects - probably as soon as I finish this review!!

Robert was on time, polite and gave me peace of mind on having a worker in my house while In was there or at work and as a female in their world that is hard to come by! He kept me up todate on what was going on and asked questions about my preference along the way as the project advanced and different opinions became available. His work is the type of work your looking for when you need a project and finished. He has done multiple projects for me and I appreciate it!

Robert replaced our mailbox after our old one was taken out by a car, and even dug out the old post. Very quick work and did the job just as we wanted. We also appreciated how communicative he was - very responsive via email and letting us know when he was delayed.
