I have to say that I wouldnt call anyone else for plumbing issues. Thank you guys so much. They are quick to respond and are so professional and courteous. . If you have any plumbing issues They are the ones to call. Theyve worked before in the dark and stayed late to finish the job. They came on new years day to fix a problem and absolutely wouldnt leave until they made sure it was 100% functioning for me. The whole team is great. I can never thank them enough.

Jeremy and Tanner were totally awesome. Our leak was NOT easy to find, but they did. They cleaned up after they made their mess repairing the leak. Extremely reasonable pricing. Jeremy is so positive and lighthearted too. Made the repair fun. Hire them. Well worth it.

We had to completely have all of our sewer lines replaced. Lucas and the Dr Rooter team did an amazing job. Lucas communicated regularly and explained all the details so we knew what was happening. They made a horrible situation so much better. The whole team was great.

Had hot water heater emergency at night and they had someone come. They are in suiox falls and I am n sioux city. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your help. Came at night made sure water was not leaking and came back next morning to replace water heater. Fantastic man and assistant. Professional, helpful, friendly and explained everything to me. I just cant tell you how fantastic these two were. I will definitely recommend to everyone without hesitation. Exceptional service and goes above and beyond.

Best plumbers ever had. Rescued me and my entire building when we had frozen and burst pipes when all other companies said would not come for weeks. Up front pricing and very reasonable. I realized had been undercharged when reviewing my receipt after they left after finishing up work on my shower and Dan said was his error and even refused to take the money. Very nice and courteous and they make sure before they leave all is working well unlike other companies that are quick to leave and you have to get them to come back because they did not fix the leak or worse caused a new one! Have tried many companies in town but this is the only one I will ever use now.

Dan and Jordan were very friendly and quick to respond. I had a couple of toilet drains clogged in my home and needed someone over ASAP due to water overflow and leaking. They responded and were over within the hour.Dan was able to identify the problem straight away and unclog the main obstruction. Due to water leaking passed a flange upstairs and into the basement he allowed us to borrow two fans for a handful of days to dry it out.To top it off, he reinstalled the toilet and informed me of what I needed to do to prevent the problem from reoccurring. And was very fair on price. Very respectable.I would highly recommend Dr. Rooter for any drainage and plumbing concerns you have!

Dr. Rooter was an overall pleasant experience for my husband and I. After a very stressful two full days going on three without any water we were desperate to find help for our situation. We made several attempts with other companies promising to come out/call us when the weather cleared up but no one else came thru. Even though the weather was below zero degrees the day we called Dr. Rooter they came out same day even though it was late at night on December 23rd. Dan and Jordan listened to and addressed all of our questions, concerns and explained to us in detail what our next steps were. By Christmas Eve we had warm running water and fixed pipes. We can’t thank Dr. Rooter enough for coming thru and will be lifelong customers for any of our plumbing needs. Thank you again!
