They turned our ramblings into concrete design ideas, making suggestions that far surpassed our original plan — everything from architecture to finishing touches.They were able to combine my husband’s and my visions so that both of us were pleased with the end result.The staff was professional, friendly, and passionate about remodeling….and they finished on time!

MRM did a huge remodel for us - lifted the roof - added a bathroom and reconfigured our main floor. It is beautiful and we are so happy we did it and that we used MRM. Although they started later than we hoped, they finished under the timeline and under budget! Unbelievable. And they were very responsive and great to work with! Totally recommend.

I had the pleasure of working with Isaac from Model Remodel, and I can confidently say that his expertise and professionalism made a significant impact on our remodeling project. Isaac was not only responsive and helpful but also demonstrated a deep understanding of our needs and provided us with a detailed estimate. Despite not hiring him in the end, his contribution was invaluable.From the initial communication to the final estimate, Isaacs responsiveness was exceptional. He promptly addressed our inquiries and consistently kept us informed throughout the process. His timely and efficient approach made it easy for us to stay on track and make informed decisions regarding our remodeling project. While we didnt ultimately hire them, Isaacs responsiveness, knowledge, and attention to detail made a lasting impression.

MRM worked with us to add a master bedroom suite with a hallway that connected to our original small home.They also removed a fireplace and added additional storage cabinets to the original home which along with new fixtures and paint really transformed the space. It was a 6.5 month project.MRM was on budget and on time. They created a beautiful, functional new living space that blends seamlessly inside and out with the original home. There were very few hiccups during the remodel and when issues arose they were very responsive to our concerns and found solutions that worked for us. Communication throughout the project was frequent and frictionless.Everyone who has seen the new space has raved about it. We would highly recommend MRM to anyone looking for high quality, well designed construction. They were easy to work with and provided us with a lovely new living space.

I recently did a 4-month full kitchen and exterior remodel with Model Remodel and am already dreaming of what my next project with them will be. I had some bad experiences with past remodel projects so I was worried about the process for such a big project but Model Remodel made it easy and honestly really enjoyable. I really liked the Model Remodel team that was on site everyday (Rohn and Steve are the BEST and I still miss seeing them). The team in the office was so kind, patient and smart. The most important part was that they were all empathetic and funny humans. It wasnt just a transactional project, I felt like they really cared about my project like it was their own. Plus the quality of the work still blows me away every time I use my new kitchen.

Overall we were very satisfied with our project results. Throughout the process, MRM communicated in a timely and professional manner and was transparent about costs. As with any large projects, there were a few minor issues, but they were quickly resolved to our satisfaction. We would definitely use them again on our next project!

With making such a big investment of adding a second floor addition to our one-story house, we couldnt rely on anyone who we didnt feel would be responsive or accountable. I received prompt responses 100% of the time to any question / concern throughout the project. Great customer service. Derek and Ross were a pleasure to work with and really took our goals to heart when managing the job.

Jason really cares about refining his team that does great work for people. Ive also met MRM employees and they report that MRM is a quality high functioning organization. We had a very positive experience with Model Remodel for our addition. We had a vague idea of what we wanted, but our designer came up with some great options that made the most of our available space while keeping in mind our budget limitations. The team stayed in communication with us throughout the project and kept us on budget and on schedule. We really appreciated all the due diligence they did before starting the project (for example, identifying the exact location of a decommissioned oil tank) to avoid expensive surprises mid-project.
