    Built Square did a great job on our kitchen remodel. We worked with Divven and Rick, both of whom were professional and easy to deal with. I’m quite picky, and had lots of questions and feedback, but they handled it very well. Divven was great at customer service and planning. Rick was our project manager, and proved to be very personable and detail-oriented. Our kitchen turned out very nicely despite our very old and out of level house, and we often walk in and think wow! What a great kitchen! The project was on time and on budget, which I think speaks to the care that Built Square brings to their projects. I hope we can work with them again.

    As a team of interior designers, weve worked with Divven and team on several projects. They are very knowledgeable and do great work. They have been supportive and involved throughout the design process and overall are very pleasant to work with. We dont hesitate to recommend them to our clients!

    Nathan and Enrique were a delight! We have just finished a large remodel on our Seattle home, and Built Square was absolutely the right choice for us. Nathan was so organized - much more than what we expected from a typical contractor. We had a standing weekly meeting with a printed agenda; he was always prepared for the meeting and knew the details of what we needed to cover; billing was clear and openly discussed; we had a printed calendar with the job stages on it; he provides a Google sheet to be sure finishes are selected and clear to everyone. Of course, mistakes are bound to happen during a large, 6-month job - and Nathan handled them with poise. He was honest and fair and clearly explained options for solutions.As important was Enrique, who was our lead on a daily basis on our job. Enrique was on-time, pleasant, the perfect amount of chatty, and completed work with the highest quality I could have imagined. He was kind to our dog and daughter and always beyond respectful of our home. I could not have imagined a more pleasant person to have practically living with us for 6 months!Our job finished on-time and on-budget, with the exception of increases in scope that we decided to do along the way. I look forward to an opportunity to work with Nathan and Enrique again and am pleased to recommend them to anyone considering a Seattle remodel!

    We worked with Built Square for our home remodel and they did a fantastic job! Every aspect of their work -from initial communication to the craftsmanship of the finished work- was outstanding. Not only would I recommend Built Square to others but if I ever need any sort of remodeling again in the future, I’d get in touch with Built Square again with no hesitation.

    Built Square did an amazing job on our kitchen and bath remodel. They were very professional, they took the time to understand what we wanted and worked within our budget. The crew was polite and kept everything clean while we went thru our renovation. We will be using them for our next project converting our garage below the house to a new family room and building a separate garage out back. Thank you Nathan and Divven and the Built Square crew.

    I was blown away by how fantastic BUILT SQUARE was to work with on the major renovation of my tiny, awkward bathroom...so I hired them for a second, larger project! They then did a major renovation on my old kitchen and dining room. People go nuts when they see how beautiful and tasteful these spaces are now.Things that stood out about the quality of my experience with BUILT SQUARE on these two renovations:1. Fully included in design decisions and project goals.BUILT SQUARE clients are treated to regular, scheduled meetings with a design and materials expert and with the head of the construction team, who is a building and logistics expert. So great to have our team of three.They utilized their expertise to help me shape the design, explained the order of the process, taught me where to find finishes, provided progress updates. Its such a HUGE advantage to have experts show you visuals of the plans taking shape. Peter and Rick explained where we had degrees of freedom in design and where the existing infrastructure sets limits. They also were able to source hard-to-find pieces, like a teeny-tiny bathtub.2. Remodeling vision and expertise.When we looked at the space, envisioning what we could do, I was really impressed with the owners understanding of what can and cannot be be changed structurally, his knowledge of how systems work in a house, how space can be made more efficient but also more beautiful. I learned a lot from Nathan in this process. He was able to translate my requests into potential plans and was able to ballpark the cost of each option so I could make decisions along the way.3. Outstanding quality of work.Each person did their piece of the puzzle with tremendous skill and care for the craft. They had the same desire for attention to detail that I do. Office staff are highly competent, everything is in order. BUILT SQUARE is top notch.3.5. Problem solving.Part of outstanding quality is knowing construction so well that you can figure out a way to create or fix things that are unusual. I had some requests that were funky and some tight or irregular spaces. I could see th BUILT SQUARE team really think hard about how something unusual could be accomplished (as long as it could be done very well.)4. Remarkably strong communicationMy team learned my tastes and my priorities. They expressed themselves clearly and kindly. They were honest if they had a suggestion that might work better. They were spot on time, always prepared. You know how rare all of this is, right??5. Built Squares responsiveness and professionalism.They were tuned-in to my project, eager to help if I needed something, quick to take action. Some construction companies take on too many jobs, but this was not my experience with BUILT SQUARE. My project never got lost in the shuffle. I was never treated as though a question or a request was a bother.6. Integrity, intelligence, sense of humor.Any construction project holds some surprises, both for the team and for the client. If anything shifted, I was always kept in the loop. I could not hope for brighter, more trustworthy collaborators who kept their senses of humor. Paperwork was always very professional and complete. It all just works!7. Killer outcomes!I have way more storage space, much better flow, higher quality work spaces, clever location of functions, gorgeous workmanship and materials. Both my tiny bathroom and my kitchen + dining room space are completely elevated.I have increased my property value substantially, but I am enjoying just living with the improvements BUILT SQUARE created for me.
