Shawn was great to work with on the business side of things with quick and clear communication and easy to understand pricing, and Marco and Tyler did an excellent job with the installation and took very good care of my home throughout the process. Great experience all around.

We had SUCH a great experience with Burl!We discovered some dry rot under a doorway, and Marco and his team were able inspect and repair promptly, with the best Construction Experience Ive ever had.Marco inspected onsite and provided detailed estimate. He and his crew started when they said they would, and communicated wonderfully with us at each step.When work was completed both crew members showed us photos, explained what was done, and answered our questions. I didnt ask for any of this, they offered, and I loved it!Entire team was knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, communicative, and SKILLED.Need some work done, large or small? BURL.I cannot give a high enough recommendation, we had an EXCELLENT experience and result.

We are so pleased with the work that Shawn, Marco and team completed on our house. We have a 1922 Cape Cod home that we wanted updated, while preserving the original charm and architectural detail. Burls attention to detail and cabinetry skills were above and beyond anything we expected. Our finished kitchen is absolutely beautiful. Were looking forward to our next project with Burl.

I would like to start by thanking Roland Residential Services for helping me fix my rental property. They provided full service from changing hardwood flooring, replacing powder room floor to tiles, caulking tiles near the bath tub areas, changing heater filters, identifying critical plumbing issues, painting...list goes on and on. I worked with Shawn and several folks on his team - all of them are very prompt, professional, and easy to work with. They not only provide you insights on what needs to be done, but also educate you what it takes to get the job done right. They are honest and transparent, as they would encourage you to go do your own research - everytime my research would exactly show what they recommended. If I need to say in a nutshell, I trust them completely and would recommend them to all my friends and use their services again.

I never leave reviews but the work performed by Shawn and his team compels me to leave one. We decided to sell our house and needed a handyman in a pinch. After reaching out several with no success we spoke with Shawn. Working with Shawns team has been an incredible experience. They are polite, punctual, extremely reliable, and true experts of their craft. All of our home repairs were done in a timely fashion while we lived in the house. Shawn was in constant communication with us and went above and beyond throughout the process. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for repair work to be done around the house.

We decided to go with Roland Residential Services for our home transformation work - we had a finished attic space which we wanted to convert to an official bedroom with a closet, and convert our formal dining room into a “work from home “ office. Shawn and his team really came through - Shawn is a very kind and generous man and the staff he hired were very respectful and of high quality. Shawn created a proposal for us, which was amazing, and has delivered on the promises he has made. I have personally witnessed Shawn coaching and mentoring his teammates and continuing to learn himself through his journey. His team is diverse - inclusive of women, older and younger crew, from different backgrounds and personalities. Everyone has been amazingly respectful of our home and our family (including our dog!) and now they feel like a part of our family! The end result has been really top quality and Shawn personally makes sure everything is up to his high standard of completion. I have been amazed at this team, the quality of work they can accomplish, while being kind and respectful with three kids under 9 and a small dog. Everything from laying down protective barriers to save our carpets, to really watching their language around our kids (the kids use worse language than Shawn’s crew!), to being extremely nice to us. I would recommend Shawn’s company to anyone, I consider myself lucky for finding this team!

After 25 years, my Redmond home finally reflects 2024, not 1975! Burl transformed my split-level with a remodel that included a new entryway, open kitchen, and gorgeous custom cabinets and millwork. Gone are the dated carpets; white oak floors flow throughout. Even the doors got an upgrade – Burl installed solid-core doors that feel substantial. No more popcorn ceilings! Burl was patient, communicative, and their crew even brought my dog treats.

I had Burl perform some major renovations on my 3000 sq ft home, which included replacing 22 windows with extensive dry rot. New doors throughout. New trim on windows and doors, two bathrooms gutted and remade, electrical work, plumbing work and more. They did a great job under difficult conditions. I did have to supply lots of coffee!
