    I am very happy with the work that Josh did to repair and restore the front porch on my 1912 house in Greenwood, Seattle. He listened carefully and consulted with me throughout the process, tailoring the project to accomplish and improve upon my vision. He framed and installed reclaimed antique windows, which I found and purchased, that really match the period of the house and look beautiful! He also hand-selected Douglas-fir tongue-and-groove decking materials to replace the rotting Doug-fir planks, prepared and finished them for long-term durability, and advised me on how to maintain them in the future. Last but not least - he vastly improved the stability and structure of the porch by adding additional pillar supports and framing to the floor. I highly recommend Josh to anyone looking for true craftsmanship.

    We recently completed our fourth remodeling project working with Azimuth works. They do excellent work.Josh and his team are easy to work with. Great communication. We have gotten great consulting on colors, materials and other things.So far they have installed a sliding door, built a new patio, painted trimmed a room, and restored our fence. We’re having them build us a pergola next. We highly recommend their team.

    Josh helped our dog daycare business design and build a custom dog run deck with natural flow to drainage. It went smoothly. The deck is well built and functions excellently. We have a special requirement to enforce the flow of liquid to the drain as well as be easy to clean and not stainable. The work was done quickly, reasonably priced, and done around our schedule so that we didnt have any downtime in our business. Highly recommend

    Josh did a great job on our minor bathroom remodel. Initially the job was just to replace the existing bathroom fan with a new one, but the scope grew when Josh opened up the ceiling and discovered two layers of moldy drywall. He rolled with the punches and devised a new solution. He also took proactive steps to protect the new material from future degradation by mixing a mold killer into the primer paint. Throughout the whole process Josh was very communicative and flexible with scheduling.

    Replaced a bathroom exhaust fan. Josh measured and recommended a product that would best fit and require the least amount of modifying the present drywall opening. It fit in perfectly. Josh and his assistant were knowledgeable, professional and worked together. They cleaned up the area and even vacuumed. I certainly will use them again.

    It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Azimuth and Josh. My partner and I are inexperienced homeowners and have had a rough time finding appropriate contractors to work on our home. We reached out to Azimuth regarding some house projects, and Josh has offered invaluable council since, regarding both work assessment on the house and aiding us navigate relationships with past/exterior contractors. Azimuth does a great job outlining process, establishing deliverables, and ensuring shared understanding of project goals. Overall, communication is clear and superb.We’ve received Azimuth’s council on a few projects, but the most notable was an urgent call from us when we discovered a leak in our home. Josh promptly arrived for assessment, and did an incredible job removing drywall to assess damage – the quality of drywall removal was fantastic (very clean and exact removal), and perfectly documented. Josh ensured we had an action plan on fixing our leak and has frequently checked in to ensure progress.We’re thankful to have Azimuth as a sort of “ski guide” through housework, and look forward to working with Azimuth on future projects!

    I had Josh Sanderson install my fixed shower rod. He helped me when Amazon was on delay. I found my shower rod and hooks at HomeDepot. He picked them up and installed just hours later. He was VERY professional, very open and honest. This is my 1st owned space. He will be getting more calls from me in the future. Guarenteed! Youll want to KEEP HIS number on the top of your rolodex.P.S. He confirmed my garbage disposal was not an electrical problem. He gave me a referral. These little things help me tremendously. Especially, because I spent approx 2 yrs away because of spinal surgery. Hes REALLY compationate about these things. I HONOR THAT!
