I recently had the pleasure of working with Dave the project manager on the complete renovation of two bathrooms, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the communication was absolutely top-notch. I was kept informed of every little detail throughout the process, which made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.They went above and beyond to assist me with the materials I had purchased, ensuring everything was used efficiently and in the best way possible. Their attention to detail and professionalism were evident at every stage.The final result is nothing short of perfect – the bathrooms are beautifully designed and flawlessly executed. I recently completed a huge deck project with Sea Renovation, and I was incredibly pleased with the craftsmanship, the attention to detail, and the amazing customer service. I first met with Ben a few weeks ago and immediately felt I could trust him to deliver a quality product. I was not disappointed--in fact, every aspect of my complex project exceeded all my expectations. I know I am a perfectionist-- yet every detail was completed to my utmost satisfaction, and with competitive pricing as well with my budget in mind. The crews were amazing--very hard working and polite, always told me what time to expect them the next day, and never failed to show up--as well as cleaning up the area daily without me needing to say a thing. My original large deck was multilevel, with rotting wood and peeling paint--and miraculously they transformed it, rebuilding it into a beautiful composite deck, all one level, with steps from the doors, and lovely black railings. I cant say enough about the company and their amazing craftsmanship and attention to detail. My project was completed in the time frame expected. I was so pleased with their work that I asked them to replace and update some French doors and windows as well--and experienced the same excellent work. I highly recommend Sea Renovation, under Bens oversight, for any home improvement projects. I will certainly be using them again for any future home projects needed.

I LOVE my new deck. I expected a quality deck built with professionalism, but I received so much more.I want to thank my project manager Dave Amir for going above and beyond throughout the entire project. He communicated with me either in person, or by text or phone nearly everyday to ensure I was satisfied. He actually started before I even hired them. When he was here to submit a quote, my dogs got outside and he spent 20 minutes walking the neighborhood with me to get them back.The price was very competitive, and he invested his time and explained clearly what to expect and how the project would unfold, and took his time to answer my questions while giving the quote, before I even hired them for the job. The other bids I got were rushed and they didnt explain anything except the products that would be used and prices.He somehow managed to start my deck 2 weeks before promised, and it was actually completed the same week we were originally supposed to begin. I even added to the project twice, and he didnt price gouge, and the crew still managed to finish within the original time frame.The craftsmanship is fantastic, the crew really knew what they were doing. Im a perfectionist, and I was actually surprised at how they applied such exacting standards. The pride they took in their work was obvious. All the boards are exactly even, screw heads are all flush, not over torqued and biting into the boards, but also not sticking up. They cleaned up daily, even using a leaf blower to get rid of the sawdust to prevent tracking. They even made a special trip out after they were done just to put our smoker/grill back up on the deck for us when I mentioned to Dave we couldnt do it because of health issues.I would recommend them to anyone, and actually have to my hairdresser for her patio roof.Thank you so much to Dave and crew for making this such a smooth process and for giving me a deck Im going to enjoy sitting on for years to come!

I was impressed with the quality of the work and dedication of the crew. The deck exceeded what was promised in the estimate but the price was exactly as given in the estimate. Dave coordinated the project and kept me appraised as it work progressed. The crew was respectful, worked hard, and the project was completed in 2 days of dedicated effort. I am looking to hire them again for future projects at my home .

They were very responsive, and did great work repairing our roof. We had some shingles torn off during the recent bomb cyclone. Sea Renovation came out to inspect the roof the day after we contacted them, and completed the repairs the day after that. This quick work was much appreciated, especially as I’m sure it was a busy time for roofing repairs! Communication with Ben was smooth, and he was very professional and responsive. I would recommend them!

We used Sea Renovation because we needed to update a bathroom prior to selling our home and they really delivered. Because we werent renovating something we would be using forever, we needed to keep costs in check but we still got a product that is high quality and done without any major surprises. We really liked the team of people that came to do the work because they were kind, easy to work with, and they always left the job site clean and better than they found it. We also liked that we didnt have to work with a designer and were able to pick everything out ourselves so we got the design that worked for our tastes AND budget. Well definitely be getting bids from them after we move into our new place and design our forever bathrooms and kitchen. Enjoy the before and after photos!

Ben and his team are truly lifesavers! I have hired him on two separate occasions. The first to repair leaks earlier in 2023. Then, most recently, after finding out that our cluster of town homes had poor siding installation and was quickly deteriorating, they repaired my house and my neighbors’ and even got painting complete, which we didn’t expect to get done until Spring. Ben was extremely responsive and communicative throughout the whole job, and his team was always friendly and accommodating. Aside from the siding, his team left my house even better than before the work started, and I am very pleased with the outcome. Would absolutely recommend Sea Renovation for any home project, and I will be using his services again!

I hired Sea Renovation to rebuild the roof overhang off a side exit to the house. The existing overhang was suffering from long-term water damage and the gutters were backfilling and leaking. I compared quotes across three different providers, and while Bens was the most reasonable of all the quotes, it was his professionalism that made me decide to go with Sea Renovation.In all, the work was to remove the shingles and roof structure, evaluate and replace damaged parts of the framing, rebuild the roof and reshingle, tear apart and rebuild the soffit, tear off and replace the fascia, replace gutters around this section of roof, and repaint.The work crew was also very professional, showing up to work on time and cleaning up after themselves each day. They also finished the job in about ~3 days, which was very quick. Not only that, but Ben had them replace a downspout that was damaged just to make sure it would match the new gutters. I would absolutely recommend and hire Sea Renovation for future projects.
