We had an issue with tree roots in the main line due to a crack in the pipe. The first technician came out to find the pipe; he was courteous. The next technician conducted the repair, the next day or two; he was courteous as well and polite. No problems thus far since the repair in July 2024. I would recommend them for this type of plumbing services. I do not remember the technicians name but they have great customer service.

Very nice people, experienced technician who was very professional. Services were done in a an hour and correctly. Only thing that wasn’t great was the prices charged. Over $500 for changing two ceiling lights and two light switches seemed way overpriced. That’s the only reason I gave 4 stars.

Danny was very nice. He came in for our residence after an emergency call. Poor guy had his work cut out for him. He did the jobs in a quick timely matter, and made sure the problem was fixed. He made small talk with me a few times which was better than the previous tech who didnt even speak to me. I never even was told his name. I would hands down tell them to send Danny back out if I needed Rooter Man services. He was excellent!

Being a business owner myself, I know how important great customer service is and Bruno was awesome! This was our first time using RooterMan Plumbers and we are very impressed. First, it was an emergency call on Friday morning and all other companies I called could not come until Monday. But Amanda at RooterMan was so friendly and helpful when I called, and they were able to come the same day. They kept me updated on when the field tech would arrive and they were on time and got our severe plumbing issue repaired quickly. Bruno explained everything he did and gave us suggestions for preventative measures in the future. And the price was very fair. This is a very professional company all around, from the person that answers the phone, to the field service technician, to Wendy who took our payment. Tim, of Thompson and Thompson (which I guess is a part of Rooter Man), did a great job fixing my sewer line blockage. He was very personable and gave some maintenance tips to help avoid this issue in the future. He was exactly on time, worked cleanly and quickly, and even did a quick replacement of a part in my toilet tank that was about to fail. He also took a moment to figure out the positioning of the sewer line in my backyard for my future reference. Overall excellent experience!

I live in Brunswick, Ga. not many options when it comes to choosing plumbers in this area. Rooter Man Plumbers were out of Savannah, Ga. a good 90 miles from my location. The appointment was set for 9 am on a Monday, they called thirty minutes before to make sure I was at home and he plumber arrived at 9 am. I was amazed since the local people when you can find one are always late. Robert was the plumber who handled replacing the water supply line from the street to the house connection in my crawlspace. Hes as good of a worker as you will find and very polite. I would and have recommended this company to friends and family. The price charged was comparable to competition so you have to remember you get what you pay for. Im satisfied with the job and consider it a job well done.

I had a plumbing emergency on Sunday, June 9, 2020. I called Rooterman and was in touch with Tyler within 30 minutes. He came to my house within 2 hours (he was on another call when I first spoke with him). Tyler assessed the problem quickly and cleared my blocked drain within 30 minutes. Tyler also took the time to educate me on what had happened and how to prevent it in the future. He kept his work are neat and clean and charged me a fair price. I have used Rooterman in the past for the installation of three new toilets and have always been pleased with their service. This time was no exception. George and Timmy were committed to getting the job done right. They arrived on time and worked non-stop to make sure that they could finish the job with the least disruption to the neighborhood. When the city added a complication to the job, they handled it without a fuss. This was a full-day job, and throughout the day several team members stopped by to check in and offer help. Dennis and Madison stayed with George and Timmy to help them finish. You can tell that they love what they do. This goes a long way toward making the homeowner feel at ease. I highly recommend using Rooter Man. McKenzie and Amanda in the office were super helpful in getting the job lined up and responded quickly when I had questions. And when the job was done, George checked back in to make sure that everything was working well. I will definitely work with them again, and have already recommended them to my neighbors.

We recently moved to Savannah on April 20th and made arrangements with Home Depot to replace counters and sinks in our kitchen and two baths. Just two business days before the new sinks were to be connected by their plumber, we were informed that he would not be able to complete the installation. David Griggs, our Real Estate Broker with Keller Williams, referred us to Rooter Man. They were great and scheduled the completion of the installation exactly when we needed it. We were so impressed that we also asked them for an estimate to replace our hot water heater and scheduled that to be completed the next few weeks. Robert B. and his team were timely, professional, informative and their services were very reasonable - providing excellent value. I would highly recommend Rooter Man to anyone requiring expert plumbing services in the Savannah area.

Mason P field technician did a great job fixing numerous issues I had on my farm at several different locations and structures. He did everything from repair jammed valves, to replacing faulty valves, to fixing broken water lines and even clearing clogged pipes that three previous plumbers were unsuccessful at clearing. He was prompt, polite, hard working and knowledgeable in all areas. He was more than happy to take on a few extra jobs that were not on my original work request. He even called my faucet OEM to arrange for warranty parts to be shipped in support of fixing my faulty kitchen sink faucet. Amanda back in the office was relentless in getting this service visit completed after numerous disruptions resulting from a spell of really bad weather in conjunction with my business travels. All in all, a very satisfying experience with the folks at RooterMan. It was great getting good service from all touch-points within the company and a fair, accurate and immediate bill before Mason left was most appreciated. Excellent job all around RooterMan. You are definitely in my permanent speed-dial.

He went above and beyond digging down to the septic tank to identify the problem even though he could have left it for the company that would be pumping the tank. Weve used Rooter Man Plumbers twice now. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a plumber. After 4 attempts to set a toilet myself and being a female diyer who has some basic home plumbing skills, I was at a loss to why is it still leaking. George W came out to help. He was very curtious and listened as I explained and after only a few minutes solved my problem of a very small hole in the bowl of the new toilet. We had an issue a few months ago that returned and Thompson and Thompson came back out. Turns out our small problem was a massive one.One hole through our kitchen floor revealed a disaster under our slab. In the building or remodeling the prior home owners did NOT pitch our sewer pipe correctly and we had a very difficult situation to deal with.Chris Campbell was our technician and was ultimately the essential professional in his contact, courtesy and intensely hard work. While our problem was a major one lasting four weeks he was always doing his best to line up the outside resources and equipment needed to be there. It was a very expensive and difficult task, at 4 weeks and approximately 16k….but we shudder to think of using anyone else. They always cleaned up inside and worked with our working schedule.Don’t have photos of the outside trench, but it was pretty intense. They took care of our issue and made it right the way it should be. (They provided options as well and we went with the hardest, but the CORRECT option for future permanence)The vendors they did have to work with, at times were difficult to schedule, not Thompson and Thompson fault, they really pushed to get it done right.We appreciate working with Chris in our insane situation! :)

So, Thompson and Thompson was fast, effective, and good. I had a leaky toilet where the service line broke and the tanks bolts werent as tight as they should have been.The technicians were very friendly. I believe they were done with the job in like 10 to 20 minutes, but as other people mentioned its 50 dollars for them to come out and the job for less than 20 minutes came out to be over $300.I kind of feel like I should have drove out to Lowes and got some better tools and have a YouTube ready.

George W. and his team arrived within the estimated time frame and completed the attic replacement of our hot water heater in approximately 2.5 hours. The work was completed exactly per their estimate, and they honored a $150 coupon. We have previously used Rooter-Man for the installation of 5 sinks, a dishwasher and garbage disposal. We recently moved to Savannah and our real estate broker recommended Rooter-Man. We also highly recommend them for their excellent service, skills & experience.

Virgil arrived when they said he would, he was professional, he solved our problem quickly, and he really seems to enjoy his job. We would definitely use Rooter Man Plumbers again and we would ask specifically for Virgil. Hes great!

Bruno did a great job. Told us about a faucet warranty we were not even aware of. Clean quality work. Very skilled and knowledgeable. Only downside was that we were quoted a price to install our faucet so we accepted. It apparently took longer than expected and we were charged an extra 1/2 hour. Since the original quote was a specific price for the job and not an hourly rate I would think that the original quote should have been honored. If it was not for this pricing concern - I would have easily given his work a 5+ rating.

While this was not an emergency , we did have a leak that required shutting off the water to the house. Rooter-Man was able to come that day. They estimated a time and provided a 30-45 min heads up. They arrived when they said they would and gave us an estimate for the cost of the work. Chris was the technician. He made a successful repair in under one hour. I do not have comparison information to tell you if their rates are comparable to other plumbers. I would consider using them again.
