Great job. Our technician, Justin Wilcox, was very professional and courteous. He completed a diagnostic on our mini mini split cooling unit which was not working, and the annual maintenance on our other two units.He responded to all questions, and provided follow-up documentation and estimates as appropriate for all service. I highly recommend Justin and Canady’s for your HVAC Service.

We recently purchased a townhouse in Savannah and I wanted the HVAC system checked out as I wasnt sure as to when the previous owners had run diagnostics or maintenance on the system. I called Canadys on Tuesday, May 7 and they sent Edwin Ramos to perform diagnostics on Thursday, May 9. Edwin is incredibly friendly, knowledgable, and completely professional. Edwin found the Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) in one of the units was malfunctioning, and also discovered that a ceiling saver float switch hadnt been installed in the unit in the attic. There were also plenum seals and duct repair work that needed to be performed for the A/C to run more efficiently.Canadys sent me quotes for each individual repair. I checked around and their pricing is definitely fair and reasonable. I decided to have everything done at once so I called Canadys back (their office support staff is incredibly pleasant) and they said they would call me to set up service once the Trane TXV arrived after they ordered it.Edwin returned yesterday, Wednesday, May 22, and performed all the repairs and also ran maintenance and cleaning on the entire system. He is an incredibly responsible individual and I am now using Canadys for annual maintenance and I am hopeful that Edwin returns when I have my annual maintenance performed next year.

Logan Tedrick was our technician that did a great job and explained everything when he was finished servicing our system. I’m always been pleased with Candy’s service and they again restored my faith that there are service providers that care and hire great people.Logan came back I realized that our mini split wasn’t cooling properly when we had a hot day. To no fault of him the unit is just low on Freon after 10 years no maintenance. He rechecked for leaks and found none. He was extremely polite and explained everything. Added a pound of Freon and checked again for leaks . He was very professional.

My water heater went out on a Sunday and they weren’t able to get to me until Monday, they called me back at 7 am and had someone out within an hour to take a look at the system. My AC went out over a weekend and, with temps in the mid-high 80s, I needed help. I was able to schedule my appointment online which was incredibly convenient. I didnt know when to expect them though so I called Monday morning and left a voicemail asking if I would get a window the tech would be at my house or if they would call first, etc. I got a call back within 20 minutes that I would have an hour heads up and to go about my day as normal. I got a 20 minute heads up but the tech was at my house even faster. Im glad he had my phone number so I could tell him I was already on my way but still 5ish minutes out. Kevin was so nice and polite! He had my AC running in less than an hour. He was also able to give me a list of work that would need to be done for my unit as well! The diagnostic fee and new part were $350, which was better than I was expecting! Id use them again

The two techs diagnosed our gas leak issue and found several other extremely important issues that many other plumbers had over looked. Going into heat of our seasons I found out the ac was not pushing out cold air. Aaron was the technician assigned to assist me. Aaron listened as I described my issue. Immediately jumped in to diagnose my issue which turned out to be a lot of neglect from the previous owners. He offered options and recommendations on my needs. I’m newly retired and was not able to commit to a new hvac system. He was understanding and was not using high pressure salesman tactics. I needed to replace my sewer line and I called Canadys Heating Air and Plumbing. They did a excellent job on a timely manner. The technicians were professional and very nice. We had 3 technicians. All were excellent. Noah was on the job from the beginning and was excellent. If you dont have sewer line insurance I suggest you get it especially if you live in an older home. I also high:ly recommend Canadys if you need a plumber.

Andrew Shepard and his team replaced my 18 year old 80 gallon water tank today. It was a difficult job, as they had to get it down from the attic through a scuttle hole that was an inch or two too small. Watching Andrew push it through the slightly enlarged open square to guys on ladders trying to hold it was scary and impressive, as they lowered it without hitting anything in a small space ( walk in closet). I did pay more for a difficult removal, but I knew that ahead of time. I recommend these guys. They were knowledgeable and careful.

It was my first time using Canadys AC and Plumbing and I was very satisfied from the time I called until the job was finished. The lady that I spoke with was very nice and she was able to get me an appointment that worked with my schedule. Sean Harpe, the AC technician was knowledgeable , professional and friendly. He diagnosed correctly and explained very well what was wrong with the unit. He drained the clogged pipe and changed the capacitor. He even removed the dried leaves inside the unit. He made sure everything worked before he left. I will definitely call Canady’s for the yearly maintenance of my unit and for any AC problems. On Saturday, Andrew Shepherd fixed the leaking pipe under the bathroom sink. He too was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He cut a small portion of the wall so he can remove and change the part that was leaking. After he finished, I was amazed at how neat and clean his work was.He changed the two angle shafts and changed the pipes. He restored the wall back like nothing happened. It was very neat and clean. He made sure that everything worked well and there was no leak. Great job guys! I hope you will be my technicians the next time I call. I will definitely recommend Canady’s. I did not know what to expect after signing up for the Canady’s HVAC maintenance program. I made an appointment to get my system check and did so in the nick of time! When Aaron went out to check the outside unit, he revealed the places where debris and trash can totally ruin your system if not properly maintained. Aaron did a thorough cleaning on the system and I can really tell the difference. Now the outside unit looks like new. Had I gone another month without having the unit cleaned, it would have failed! They explained all the new features of the system and verified that everything was working correctly before leaving.
