Caleb and Tyrone are excellent representatives and professionals from your company. They were prepared to do the work and do the efficiently and effectively. I can and will highly recommend Henry plumbing and commend these two young men for the excellent work they did for us. Also I want to comein Kim the customer service representative that immediately call me back to establish an appointment that was convenient. I called three other plumbers in the process of trying to get my plumbing issue resolved none of whom returned my calls. So we will be customers of Henry plumbing when we need a plumber.

Henry Plumbing Company has been my plumbing company of choice since 2019. Recently, I chose to have a 13 year old water heater replaced in the very tight second floor attic area.It is a wonderful feeling to know that there is a plumbing company that always sends experienced and qualified plumbing technicians for your specific needs.On December 6, 2024 Tate and MaCarie team arrived as scheduled, and stayed focused on the job at hand. As you can image removing the old water heater takes a great deal of time while protecting my ceilings and wooden floors from water. Tate and MaCarie... hats off to you both for doing such a professional and clean job.

I hired Henry Plumbing to assess a hot water leak at my home. They found two locations they thought it could be coming from but were unable to pin point it. Since they could not find it exactly they did not charge me for the leak detection service. They did give me quotes to do a slab leak repair and a whole house repipe if I choose to go that route. I appreciated their willingness to work with me on this issue.

At American Legion Post 184, Thunderbolt, we had a couple of problems. Slow drainage and back-ups in the kitchen and a broken sewer line outside at the manhole. Kylen and Tanner were able to fix both problems quickly and efficiently without any disruption to our business. Henry Plumbing will be the company we call from now on.

Live in condo on 1st floor when guest bathroom flooded and tub filled....this was last saturday and they were here just a few hours after calling. all was right again until last night when there was a recurrence.....they were here first thing this morning with a big machine and lots of awful noises emanating from that bathroom.....by the end, it became apparent the problem was moving downward.......at the moment all again is right with the world and hoping it will remain thus! This company is amazing! I had a leak under my sink coming from my garbage disposal. 2 mins after I completed online questionnaire, I was called and an appointment made. I knew who was coming and when. Caleb and John phoned 10 mins before arrival and were right on time. Installed new disposal, answered all my questions, provided answers to questions I didn’t even know I had and were on their way! Couldn’t have hired a better company!

This review is so over due. I moved to Savannah in 2018. My relationship started with Henry Plumbing in the later part of 2019. I googled for plumbers and I actually called them because of their positive reviews. They quoted and explained their hourly rate, which I was comfortable with it and our relationship began. For my first project technicians Cameron and Jason installed a new sink, faucet and garbage disposal for my kitchen, in an extremely tight under cabinet space. Other work through the years included new bathroom faucet set installed in powder room, and resolved numerous bathroom toilet issues. My most recent request on April 5th, technicians Tate and MaCarie replaced the leaking shut off valve on my main bathroom toilet. Tate and MaCarie arrived at the scheduled time, were professional, cleaned up and completed the job in a timely manner. Henry Plumbing Company technicians have always removed the boxes and other trash associated with the items being installed or replaced. I will continue to use Henry Plumbing Company for all my future plumbing needs.

We had a corroded value on a gas connection within our fireplace and connected to the artificial logs. This was original to the house which meant it was 27 years old. It took the technician at least 2 hours to replace the value, make sure the remote switch was operating, and clean up the area at the end. He was professional, hard-working and cheerful the whole time. We have used Henry Plumbing for several problems for years now. We recommend them to everyone.

Not the case with Jason and Kylan (Sorry if I got your names wrong!) from Henry Plumbing who were absolutely fantastic to work with!We were scheduled to have our kitchen sink redone and our old gas boiler replaced, and like everything else we ran into problems and decisions that had to be made on the spot or risk running up costs and delaying upcoming work we already had scheduled with other contractors. Jason communicated quickly with our HVAC guy to work out the best solution on the spot, switched out the boiler to a unit compatible with our suddenly changing plans, and saved us multiple headaches in no time. I noticed my front yard was extremely wet one day. Way more than the “normal” wet the yard gets after rain here in the summer. The City said it was ground water. Another plumbing company said it was ground water. An additional plumbing company said it was a slab leak (my plumbing is already routed through the attic). So after about $300 in service fees that didn’t identify the issue, enter Henry Plumbing Co.They were on-site the next day after I called them. They verified I didn’t have a slab leak and that my water line going into the house was leaking. 2 days after that, a crew came out and quickly fixed the issue. If it wasn’t for Henry Plumbing being thorough and professional, I’d still have a leak or I’d pay thousands of dollars to fix a “slab leak” that didn’t exist.If you need professional/timely plumbing services start by contacting Henry Plumbing Company!

I appreciate that extra knowledge, because I would hate to to overcharged for a simple fix. I will continue using this company. I contacted Henry plumbing to get a quote to replace the original galvanized water line from the meter to the house and run new PEX under the house, relocate washer service and add an on demand gas hot water system. After I got their quote (which was reasonable) I asked them when they could start the work and the answer I got was how about tomorrow. They did the job quickly and came in under what they originally estimated and now we can remove the old water tank located under the kitchen counter and renovate our kitchen. Henry Plumbing installed a tankless heater at my house approximately 15 month ago. They were very competitively priced, arrived on time when scheduled, arrived with all necessary supplies to complete the installation, worked clean and efficiently. The install included two old water heater removals (one electric, one gas) from closets in the house. They cleanly drained both heaters, appropriately terminated electrical and water connections and removed both heaters from the house without incident. During install, a sprinkler system buried PVC line was broken. Henry Plumbing didnt argue and performed a very good repair. Following installation they assisted with rebate and tax forms. I would use Henry Plumbing again.
