This is Noah’s 3rd time at my home (at no fault of Canady’s, they’ve rescued me every time from a tree root that has grown into my main line). Each time, Noah was extremely professional, always had an awesome attitude (regardless of the weather because it gets hot!), honest, super helpful, and very knowledgeable. I can’t say enough about Noah! I know plumbing issues are terrible but Canady’s and their team have always made it less difficult with their prompt response and scheduling. Each time I’ve needed them, it has been an emergency (due to the tree root) and I’ve always felt reassured because they send someone out immediately. I’m finally getting the root cut and the main line repaired (by Canady’s… I was being stubborn the two times before). They’ve provided me with different quotes to give me options and have also provided their expert AND HONEST advice on the best option. Thank you so much Noah and Canady’s!

Canadys Heating & Air has been servicing my two units for many years. Over the years my older units were retired and I had Canadys update our house to new higher efficiency units. They have always hired qualified professional service techs and installers. Edwin Ramos was my service tech today and I was very pleased. There are many Heating & Air companies out there, but for me I feel that Canadys does good work, charges a fair price, and has always been there when I needed them! Why would I change?

They worked through the rainstorm prior to Helene and made sure to put everything back the way it was. I really appreciate their attention to detail and their skill. Canadys made the whole process a breeze. My downstairs A/C unit was not cooling. Called on a Tuesday. Brandon showed up Wednesday. Was polite, professional, and very helpful. Explained the issues and gave me my options. My unit was almost 30 years old so replacement was unfortunately the route I had to go. Willy stops by very quickly after and walks me through all the replacement options in a very professional, helpful, manner and gets me setup for an install. Thursday comes and Raul, Owen, and Hunter D. Show up and get to work installing my new outside and inside units. They worked very diligently to get it all fixed and had it done much faster than I expected it to take. They got it all installed and it looks fantastic. Everything was clean and looks amazing. I went from no A/C suffering to freezing my butt off in 3 days. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Thank you Canadys so much for your help.

Thank you Canadys heating, air and plumbing! Dallas came out on an emergency call(Wednesday 5:30pm). He spent 3 hrs trying to fix a water leak. It was worse than we originally thought. Canadys gave us a quote for the work. They came first thing the next day to replace ALL the pipes in our house, water heater and dishwasher. We had a team of great workers at the house. Thank you! The experience with Canady’s was positive from start to finish. Wesley was very responsive when I requested a service call and was able to confirm the replacement part for the water heater was available and also scheduled same day service. Scott was very professional and took time to explain the work to be performed as well as how he would diagnose other components since the water heater is five years old and had not been serviced previously. As a result Scott found that the expansion tank was not functioning and showed me exactly why. He was able to provide a quote and had the part available and did the replacement. Scott also drained the water heater and offered a service contract that reduced the overall service cost that effectively paid for the contract. I am very pleased with the quality of service and will use Canady’s moving forward.

Canadys was great from start to finish. We lost power due to a hurricane, and when it was restored our AC wouldnt turn on. I called a couple of places who tried to upsell me to become a premium client and get priority attention - this was not the case with Canadys. They were friendly and had someone out the next day. Blake was fantastic - quickly diagnosed the problem, showed me all the pictures, details, and parts, and went to work. Most importantly, because of the repair, he took time to wait and ensure that the AC continued working for a time and the condition didnt reoccur. Little attention to details and concern like that will have me calling them back anytime I have an issue. Thank you Blake for the great service.

Willie did his best to get me into the system that was right for me and and my wallet. He took the time to find me discounts and made sure i was informed of all my options. Hunter and his helper John were completely professional and friendly. Their work was neatly executed and thorough. I can tell that Hunter cared about the quality of the installation and I appreciate the steps he took to ensure that the system should be a breeze for future maintenance. Ours was a difficult and messy install - Wade and team did a great job getting us up and running and putting everything back together and cleaned up when it was done. We appreciated that!Adding that Chris came for a follow-up to take care of a couple of things - he was efficient, definitely knew his stuff.All of the team that helped us get up and running did a great job - personable, helpful, respectful and answered all of our questions, etc.

Arrived on time, explained what they were going to do, worked carefully and efficiently and left no signs of having been here. Brandon and Chris had a very old home to work on a complete removal of old and new installation.They arived between 8am to 9am and did not stop until job was completed and areas they worked in were cleaned up and they did an excellent job at everything.And Brandon did an excellent job explaing to us wah all had been done along with showing us before and after pictures of our extremely heated and cooled our attic had been due to all of the problems and leaks our old unit was having.And they were done around 2:30pPlus I am so happy with the much quieter outside unit is compared to the old unit was when it got over loaded and sounded like a sream train relieving pressure.Thank you again to Canadys Heating, Air, and Plumbing (Brandon and Chris) for a very Great Job Well Done!!!

Andrew showed up promptly and went to work troubleshooting why my system was receiving a blower motor run fault. He discovered the condenser drain line was blocked probably causing ingress of moisture into the motor module causing an eventual failure. He did a thorough review of the entire system and then sat down and spelled out with photos of exactly what he’d discovered. The capacitor was also in poor shape so being the weekend he had to order the module and condenser and will return to fit them. He was polite, respectful and very knowledgeable and represented Canady’s perfectly. I am very happy with the service. Rheem on the other hand need to perform new engineering work on improving system reliability. Just as my five year warranty expired on the complete new HVAC I’ve suffered contractor failure and now capacitor and blower motor module failure.

12/10/2024 Follow up review: HO HO HO - Santa brought my present early! lol. We had a RHEEM RP16az VARIABLE SPEED hvac unit installed 12/10/2024 as our 11+ year old one wasn’t worth repairing. SLADE, JAMES, MIKE? & ZACH worked very hard removing the old one and installing this new one. 8-hours later, as hard as they tried, the unit could not operate as intended. (NO DOUBT, with a bit more training in coordinating “technology” with “mechanicals” - they’ll be “experts” like Don Jones)SLADE let the office know that additional service is required. Next day, senior technician, DON JONES arrived, utilizing his vast experience, and knowledge correcting electrical connection mistakes, getting this new unit to operate as intended.We are very pleased with everyone’s professionalism, cleanliness, team approach work-ethics and especially the effort to get the unit operating. After running serval diagnostics, throughly checking the system it turns out our 11-year-old is on its last leg. Hoping Santa will bring me a new one soon. I was “ good girl” this year - lol.
