Josh and Avery did NOT disappoint. In fact, they diagnosed and fixed the problem in just under an hour. We greatly appreciated their advice on ways to avoid future issues. These guys were fair and honest!! Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Savannah also offered a fantastic warranty on their first service provided at your address. You don’t get that type of service these days!***Back story, roughly three years ago a different company gave my in-laws an “estimate” of 20k-30k to “fix” this issue. Thankfully they chose not to pursue the repair at that time. Today, Josh and Avery with Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Savannah fixed the problem for under $400.We have a plumbing project coming up in the next month or so (🤞🏻)….guess who we will be using?!?! We will go with the company which demonstrated integrity, honesty, and is confident enough in their work to offer a fantastic warranty on your initial repair service.     Ben from Mr. Rooter came out on New Year’s Day and saved the day for us at our mobile home park. He was very knowledgeable and had wonderful customer service and worked tirelessly to make sure he fixed our sewage issue we had effecting multiple homes in the park.     Good first experience. Was able to make an appointment calling at 10:30 on a Friday night for the next day. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. Knowledgeable and polite tech person came, sized up the issue, gave a quote and fixed the problem. He also cleaned up the work area very nicely. :-) It was pretty pricey, but it was a weekend and it sure beat trying to track down the independent pliumbers that I typically use. (I never know if or when theyll get back with me.) I dont mind paying extra for fast, dependable service, especially when its an emergency! Thanks, Mr. Rooter.

    Josh / Mr Rooter was EXCELLENT. They saved me $4000. Another plumber told me my sewer line needed to be replaced and I needed a 2 way clean out installed. Josh/Mr Rooter found my clean out, replaced the old cap, ran the camera line and cleared a very minor clog for a few hundred dollars. He said my sewer main line looks great! Josh was very knowledgeable and thorough. They will be my go to plumber going forward. 5 stars 100%.

    I could not be happier with the service I received from Mr. Rooter Savannah. From the first contact by phone until the completion of the project everything went smoothly. Our plumber was Joe. He came to the house to quote the project within an hour of calling. I had requested a Saturday appointment to do the job and they were more than willing to accommodate our schedule. The price including parts and labor was very fair. We have used Mr Rooter-Savannah in the past for an emergency pipe leak. That repair went flawlessly also. I am a fan!!!

    After calling 2 plumbers and being told no availability, I received a referral to Mr. Rooter. They offer after hours repairs, which I was very thankful as I had a sewer clog. Josiah came out and quickly identified the issue. He resolved my immediate issue and then returned promptly the following week to replace the damaged pipe. Professional, courteous, and excellent work. I will gladly recommend Josiah and Mr. Rooter and will use them in the future should I have any more plumbing issues.

    Honestly, I can’t say enough nice things about Mr Rooter Plumbing! I spoke to the receptionist and explained I needed a septic inspection performed. She added me to the schedule for the first available appointment. At the time of the appointment, I answered the door for Felix and Will, who introduced themselves, kindly put their booties on and entered my home so I could share my septic and plumbing fiasco. They performed a thorough inspection, provided a recommendation and updated me afterwords about next steps. Following the inspection, I received a call from the owner, Mark, who further elaborated on some actions I can take in order to resolve my issues.Overall, this was a great experience from a very knowledgeable team. I’m grateful for your attention to my problems, and for being unbelievably kind and courteous. 10/10. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing for your plumbing and septic needs.

    We had an unexpected gas leak in our new home we had just begun moving into, which added unneeded stress to the process, and contacted Mr. Rooter Plumbing on a Saturday morning to see if they would come out and repair. Much to our surprise and relief, they took our appointment request and said they could be out in 1-2 hours on short notice. No other plumber in the area would come out. They arrived promptly, diagnosed the issues efficiently, advised of the repair and fees ahead of completing, and resolved the leak. They checked all the gas connections throughout the home and tightened connectors we did not even know were loose. Great experience and made the process of getting into our home easier and gave us peace of mind bringing our young child into the home. Highly recommend this service provider for your plumbing needs.

    Joe really helped me out! Had my whole house backing up and after snaking the drains through a toilet hole he determined the best course of action was the hydro blast the main line, which required a cleanout to be installed. He dug up the line, installed the cleanout, and blasted out the clog all in one day. Pricing was fair and they even honored my membership discount from some work I had done by Mr. Electric (also a Neighborly company) a couple years ago. I will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter again if I have any other plumbing problems!

    Josiah was our plumber from Mr. Rooter. He was the best! Not only did he arrive on time, he handled everything we needed to replace our kitchen faucets and some pipes in a timely manner.     Felix and Will saved the day! (And our new old house.) I had a competitor company come out to help us with some seriously backed up plumbing. (They snaked one drain and then said the only solution was to reroute our plumbing to the main line, a 4-6k cost!). I called Mr. Rooter for a second opinion. They arrived exactly on time, listened to our issues, worked with our contractor who was there to help, and they were able to clear our entire home’s plumbing in a couple of hours and for less than $400!Felix and Will were polite, patient, and took extra time to make sure every drain in our house was working properly before they left.     I had a water emergency over the Easter holiday, called several 24 hour plumbers and none of them bothered to help me except ONE.Mr Rooter sent Josiah to repair my broken pipe and install a new HOSE bibb that caused the emergency. He was very professional and efficient, and got the repair completed quickly. While it cost more than a normal job, I was lucky to find him on short notice on a holiday. Thanks to Mr Rooter my Easter weekend wasnt a TOTAL WASH OUT!! (pun intended)

    Austin your technician was professional, courteous and just pleasant to have in our home. He assessed the issue, got his equipment needed to work the slow/blockage on the laundry room drain.     Had a pipe burst in my yard, called on Monday they came over Tuesday morning and by the time I was off work I had a new water line. The tech, Joe, was professional, gave me all my options and left my yard looking better than expected.

    Austin was very professional. He had to check two different crawl spaces in my home to determine where the potential leak was. He discovered a small leak coming from the shower pan and a secondary leak suspected from an outdoor spigot. He replaced the spigot and recommended replacement of the tile shower floor at some time in the near future. He also recommended a revisit to see how much water had dissipated from the crawl space to determine if the spigot was the major leak. He thoroughly explained the procedures and prices and obtained my permission before performing the work. He cleaned up all debris when he was finished. He was knowledgeable and informative. I would recommend this company and will use them again. I will also follow the recommended action plan.

    Fantastic service!!! I thought I would share my experience to those out there looking for a local plumber. I chose Roto Rooter after looking online and seeing so many great reviews. When I first called I left a message with the receptionist. This was about 7:00pm. I got a call back within ten minutes and spoke with Becky. She was very helpful and felt like talking with a close neighbor. I scheduled an appointment to have some work done on my water heater and was pleasantly surprised when they called me on the morning of the appointment to let me know they had and earlier time available. My plumber was Josh and he was incredibly helpful, as well as patient with all of my questions. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and I had hot water again in less than an hour. What I appreciated most was that whenever I would call they would tell me they would call back within ten minutes, and they always did.     Excellent service, couldnt be happier. Had Mr. Rooter come out to fix a leak on a pipe leading from the water main on the exterior of my house. This was to repair work done by another company, Roto-Rooter, that fixed the issue 30 days earlier but was leaking again and they refused to come back to my house to even look at the leak and honor their warranty. The plumber showed me what the other company did wrong and said they frequently are called to fix the other companies work. Called about 9 am and had a plumber at my door 2 hours later.

    Wow! Of all the years Ive had to hire plumbing services, Ive never had such a positive experience. Fact is, I had a couple of bathroom issues that I had postponed just dreading having to deal with plumbers (due to prior experiences). I finally had to give in. I searched online and found Mr. Rooter. Was impressed with the reviews and the information on the website. So..I bit the bullet and decided to give them a try. So glad I did! I completed their appointment request on their website on a Sunday morning - indicated that it was not an emergency, but would like to get the problems resolved this week if possible. They reached out to me on Monday morning and we agreed to a mid-day appointment on Tuesday. Later on that Monday, they called back to let me know they had an availability that afternoon and asked if I would like for them to come on over - which I agreed.David arrived - clean and professional (and polite). We reviewed the issues together, he gave me the prices. In addition, he explained a few options so I can make educated decisions. I agreed to the cost of the repairs and he immediately got to work. Not only did he make the repairs requested, but he added some minor finished touches and thoroughly cleaned up after his work.David documented the problems and what he did to resolve them (which is now part of my file with them). I immediately received a receipt via email - no paper! Yay!I have some additional plumbing upgrades that Ill eventually need to have done. I explained them to David and he gave me some tips to consider when making my decisions. When the time is right, Ill certainly call Mr. Rooter back and hopefully David will be available.Im a busy person and I dont have time to deal with sub-par work, dealing with people that dont show up when they say they will and people that dont know how to communicate professionally.     Came home from a day a the soccer field and found the bathroom flooded due to a clogged drain. Made an appointment for Sunday at noon.     Mr. Rooter was a life-saver. I called them late Friday night with my issue. They were booked up for the evening, but they proceeded to walk me through what I needed to do to fix the problem myself. I told them I would be more comfortable with a professional taking care of it. They then squeezed me in on Saturday and took care of my problem that morning. They now have me as a customer for life!

    Same day response time. Our main sewer drain was blocked and Robert came out, assessed the problem and fixed it quickly and efficiently. He provided us good advice to prevent problems in the future. I would call them again for any future plumbing issue.

    Great experience with Mr. Rooter! Very responsive. Came within a couple days. The service tech was super nice and answered all my questions. They pumped out residential tank and I have already recommended to neighbors! They also did a follow up call to make sure I was satisfied! Excellent customer service! (Which is rare here in Savannah!)

    I had an unfortunate problem arise on a Sunday afternoon and Mr. Rooter was at my home within an hour and had me back in business. I needed more extensive repairs and those were taken care of my noon the next day. Great service and prompt and professional.     Don’t call any other plumber, Mr. Rooter is the best plumbing contractor, hands-down. I bought an older house (‘68) and it came with the major hidden plumbing issues: a slab leak behind the kitchen sink and a septic drain field that had outlived it’s lifespan (couldn’t take a shower for more than a couple minutes before the toilet started backing-up, water all over the floor). I had three other companies come over and continually tell me it was a clogged sink or this and that and yada yada yada, I spent $2200 on plumbing in three months and still had the same problems. Finally, a friend referred me to Mark and Mr. Rooter, and they are all class. Mark came over and diagnosed the drain field issue and walked me through the process, including permitting, and their excellent technician Brian came over and was very methodical in his examination of the sink issues and discovered the slab leak that had escaped three other plumbers. I had the full re-pipe done and the entire septic field replaced, and my family couldn’t be happier with sinks and showers that actually work. Save yourself the frustration of dealing with the other guys and call Mark and Becky at Mr. Rooter. They’re the best around!

    I just wanted to say how nice and professional Bri was in tackling our leaking kitchen pipe. The first thing I noticed was she wore booties on her shoes when she came in to our house. She did a great job fixing the pipe which is the most important thing, but she also managed to come in under budget! I am very happy that I chose Mr. Rooter.

    Preston George and Mr. Rooter are phenomenal. Came by the day before our appt and looked at the issue and said it would be done that day. 45 minutes later we were shaking hands and the problem was fixed. If you need a plumber, Preston George from Mr. Rooter is your man!
