Great communication from the office staff. I spoke with Erica today who got me on the upcoming schedule. I will update review once service has actually been completed.Updated review 9/27: Kyle came today and was able to locate, dig, and pump our septic within an hour. He offered some suggestions on how to improve our setup which was much appreciated. This is the first time we’ve had our septic pumped since owning the home so we appreciate you all making this a seamless process!

We are new to the area and rely on recommendations from neighbors & experts who have worked on our home recently (roof, painting, HVAC, etc) and A-Verdi came highly recommended & I see why! First, Erika is extremely professional/knowledgeable & friendly. She explained the process, cost (quite reasonable) , and put us on the schedule. She called back a bit later and explained we/septic could be taken care of today - very cool. However, I feel horrible when Kyle got here I was not fully prepared and sent him on a wild goose chase trying to find the system. He never treated me like an unprepared confused goofy home owner - he patiently waited until I figured it out and got right to work. He too is a top notch professional & very patient with clients.Great service & great people - that means the world to us especially these days.Thank you A-Verdi Team!

Being a customer of A-Verdi I was offered an opportunity to win Super Dirt Week passes, and happily accepted. A couple weeks later I was informed I actually won. I had some questions about what the passes covered, and was quickly contacted by Frank Cottrell. He answered my questions and I was on my way. Had a fantastic time, and saw a lot of great racing. A-verdi came on a days notice and took care of our septic. Kyle was beyond quick and was willing to answer all our annoying questions and seemed happy to teach us! Durning this, he was still able to get everything completed within the hour!! Will, Brittany and Shannon, were also quick to get our documents to the right places! Great company with amazing staff and even better prices! Would use their services again and definitely recommend them to others!!!!

This place has the nicest customer service representatives. My husband called to get some info on my septic tank, I asked multiple questions including how to find my tank,what the lid looks like, pricing and so on. Will was patient and willing to answer and explain each question. I was able to find my tank and plan on having my husband call him back Monday morning to set the service up. Excited on saving 200 bucks!!! Honest company!

I have spoke with Will on getting a storage unit, doing some home remodeling and needed storage for things. Will was more than helpful on getting me location sites, what options are available, if I wanted either on-site storage and or a storage unit at the various locations available. My septic backed up and was coming out into my neighbors yard so I called and spoke with Will, he was super nice and put me to the front of the line because it was very urgent we get pumped. The driver Cody was super nice and very thorough. Would highly recommend averdi to anyone and it was a lot cheaper than I thought it would be.

I thought my septic tank was backed up, so I asked for a pump before the holiday. Thankfully A-Verdi was able to schedule a pump the next day. Kyle was outstanding! He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. I know nothing about septic tanks, so he took the time to explain everything and gave advice how to prevent blockage. He deserves a raise, he went above and beyond.

I called to get my septic pump due to having issues, yesterday and they were booked until next week. I received a call later in the day saying they would be out today. Shawn came first thing this morning and got the job done. He also answered a lot of questions that I had regarding the septic system which helped me fix the problem that I have had for months even after having plumbers here to look at it. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. If I could give him 5 stars personally I would! I appreciate them working to get out here sooner and help lift a huge weight off my shoulders. Definitely recommend.

She told me to try something before scheduling someone to come out. Since I had just moved into my house a year ago and it shouldnt have needed to be pumped. Her trick worked!!! She literally saved me hundreds! She wrote my name/address down so they can remind me in a couple years for the septic to be pumped and I will definitely be sure to use them! Thanks again Melissa!
