We used the 5500 for our house and its been the best choice for us! I cut plywood into planks, burned the wood, stained it with golden pecan wood stain, and did a coat over it all. its been a year and 4 kids and 2 dogs and our floors have held up so well...waterproof, scratch resistant, stain proof, and easy to clean and polish. best choice we could have made

He was very patient from the product selection in sale of items used as well as through the installation process answering all questions on the polyurea product used on my screened porch. Everything came out beautiful and very happy with the product. I would recommend George and Exterior Performance coatings a 1000 times over!

I recently ordered the VandlGuard IsoFree Aliphatic 2K Urethane and I am extremely happy with the performance. Applied with an 18 3/4 nap roller and went on nicely. Used six gallons for two coats on 750 sq ft stucco wall and coverage was great. The satin clear provided the perfect sheen and really brought out the colors in my mural! I also did a sample test of this product before applying and it definitely works in terms of repelling graffiti. George was very helpful and informative when I needed any advice.

They offer high quality products which I was unable to locate anywhere else. The product was shipped promptly (and for free, as I recall), easy to apply, and worked as advertised. Had a couple glitches in the process, but they were quick to respond and resolve the issues. We used their High Gloss Wet Look acrylic sealer on a covered wood deck.

I am a retired contractor. 50 years with many subcontractors, including epoxy floors in high end garages.At 81, I thought I’d tackle my man cave myself. With five helpers – none of them pros – we did a fabulous job.Takes four days (grind concrete floor, prep and fill cracks (they WILL show if you don’t), apply waterproofing (not needed in all cases – but I did) then epoxy undercoat and topcoat.All products from Exterior Performance Coatings. Here’s what really got me – George at Exterior held my hand during application. Long distance as he is in Savannah and I in Washington State. I must have made 20 calls during my install and George mentored me during the whole process.You can’t go wrong here.BTW, I chose Exterior because my neighbor did his garage last year and he raved about George and Exterior. And he was right.

I had the 5500 Polyaspartic Polyurea installed as base and top coat in my garage in November 2019 and it still looks brand new. I live in South Florida and it has not changed color. Picture posted was taken 3 weeks ago.Another thing to note is that my cars tires have not marked the floor and multiple heavy tools have fallen on the ground and the floor did not crack.

Perfect Primer is an excellent product. I applied it over the black mastic residue (tested positive for asbestos) on the concrete floor in my entryway. Application was simple. Like using thick paint. Cleans up with soap and water. Product is expensive but not nearly as costly as hiring asbestos experts. Concrete floor is now sealed and ready for installation of quarry tile.

Bought the exterior Cool Coat Clear Thermal Defense. Tried it on a large 6 x 6 acryllic skylight on second story of house. Before could really feel the heat coming thru to the room. Applied four coats of product by brush. Very noticeable drop in temperature around area where skylight is. Product works as intended. Would definitely recommend applying it to all acryllic skylights on roofs. Does not affect light coming into room as the skylight was opaque, off white to start.

I can’t speak highly enough about George Carson. He spent hours with me Just to get the correct products and the amounts I needed for my garage floor and driveway. When I was ready to apply the polyaspartic on my garage floor, George stayed up until after midnight (it was too hot to do it during the day) on chat just to answer my questions. If it were not for his expertise in keeping me from making mistakes, my coating would have failed. After almost 2 years, it still looks great.

Thanks George, for guiding me through my DIY epoxy flooring job, it turned out spectacular. As a first timer in the garage epoxy flooring, I was apprehensive about taking this job on (1200 SF, 5-car garage). I worked with George to get the right materials for the 3-coat epoxy system, instructions for prepping the floor, and applying the materials. Everything went as George explained and the data sheets outlined, the result transformed the look of the garage and I am very happy about it. I would recommend this company for the epoxy flooring DIYers. Thanks again George!

I found Exterior Performance Coatings online as I was looking for the product Perfect Primer. Its a very unique product that is used to seal mastic that may contain asbestos. We were in the process of remodeling our basement where our home inspector mentioned that we might have asbestos flooring. Needless to say, once the tile was removed, we wanted to encapsulate the remaining mastic as we werent going to pay to have it removed.The manufacturer indicated that the earliest we could get it would be 5/8/23 which was a little long given the project start date. So I ordered the product from Exterior Performance on 4/25/23. I even had to call them immediately after I placed my order because I thought I ordered the wrong product. However, George, took the time to explain the difference between Perfect Primer and Perfect Paint, so it was determined that we were good to go.Exterior Performance was excellent on their end, but the carrier? Not so much. The order was to be delivered on 4/29/23 but they indicated that it was damaged in transit and was being returned. So I spoke to George on Tuesday 5/2/23. They promptly remedied the situation and had a replacement product sent out on 5/3/23 which arrived 5/5/23; thankfully undamaged this time.I say all of this to say this - Exterior Performance is an excellent company, offering excellent service. George really cares about the business and their customers. If I ever need to have a specialty paint product sent to us again, they will be the first place that comes to mind.Thanks for assisting us with our project, which is in the last week (BTW) where they will be priming the floor and then installing the new flooring!~Jared Rogers

Excellent product for my indoor Freak Show Alley Mural at the Coney Island Brewery! We are into year 3 and it still looks great! I used the VANDLGUARD ISOFREE URETHANE NON-SACRIFICIAL ANTI-GRAFFITI WALL & MURAL | LOW TEMP Satin with two coats for a 10 year application. We have the spray VandlClean on hand for any additional artistry (graffiti). Since this was indoors where food was served, I need a mural coating that can be rolled on and not sprayed. I would use this product again.

George Carson had said he would send some copper strips with the ESD paint shipment we ordered from Exterior Perf. Coatings, and while they didnt show up with the shipment, I made a call to George, and he had them overnighted so we could complete our project. That is wonderful customer service and I look forward to future orders with Exterior Perf. Coatings.
