On August 6 TS Debbie flooded our home and we were forced to do a complete remodel. I was at a loss as of who to contact so I did some research and found production painting and remodeling and I’m so glad I did. Clay and his team turned our worst nightmare into such a blessing. He met with us immediately and started the process of our remodel. He went from room to room and wanted our rebuild to be what we wanted and not a cookie cutter home. Clay kept in constant contact with us on the process and Jessica and Tim gave us a time line of 7 weeks but was able to pull it all together in 6 weeks. Clay and his team are the BEST - his reviews are all this good for a reason!We recently bought a fixer upper that needs a lot of love. After being burned by multiple other contractors, we finally hired Clay to build a brand new kitchen for us (in what was formerly our large dining room) and to lay new LVP down throughout the house. I highly recommend Production Painting and Remodeling. They were willing to work about 60 miles outside their normal area to paint my house. Great price and fantastic work. The crew was always prompt, and they worked very hard and put in long days. Our house has been transformed by this exterior paint job! The quality of work was outstanding; the crew paid attention to detail and cleaned up after themselves every day. I would definitely hire again. The work was competitively priced and completed on budget and on time. We chose Sherwin Williams Gray Clouds (SW 7658) for the siding, Meander Blue (SW 6484) for the porch ceiling, and Calypso (SW 6950) for the doors. Were getting loads of compliments from the neighbors and are absolutely thrilled with how the paint job turned out.

Clay and his flooring and painting crews did an excellent job! On time, every time. They never missed a day showing up and working to get the work done. We had the old popcorn ceilings removed and now the ceilings are a beautiful, smooth surface! Interior painting throughout and new flooring installed. We are thrilled with how it turned out. Price quoted, contract signed and within a couple of days, crews showed up ready to go! This project was coordinated and completed in a very short amount of time. I Highly Recommend Clay (Production Painting & Remodeling). He and his team pressure washed both my roof (looks new now), the rest of my brick house, and all my patio furniture. Then his team painted the eaves , shutters, and exterior doors. They also repaired one of my shutters before they painted it. They stained & installed a new levered pantry door. They came early, worked hard, and only left after 5pm. They always picked up after themselves. Clays whole team were always polite and attentive to my questions. Im sorry Im going to pass working with your company for a few reasons.First, youve told me the price was going to be around $20,000 but also you said you can save me money by doing both bathrooms at the same time, and then you come back with an estimate of $24,000.Second, you guys would like a 50% retainer before the crew even put a step unto the site.And third, the job may not be started for another month or maybe two but you still want me to sign an agreement and pay now.I thought these demands were one sided and did not meet my needs and were not convenient for me to do business with your company regardless of how good of a job you guys do.

I hired Clay last April to paint my sont 1930s Craftsman home. His crew did a fantastic job. Clay gave suggestions on color and his estimate was very detailed. My local painter looked at Clays estimate and another estimate I got which was significantly less, but my painter said to hire Clay because of the detail of his estimate. His crew lead Sergio was also great to work with. You wont be disappointed if you hire Clay.

Recently we hired Clay to completely repaint all of the interior wood trim on the second floor of our 106 year old home in Ardsley Park. It required quite a bit of preparation work and then two coats of high gloss enamel paint. His crew did an excellent job. We also added the painting of several ceilings and Clay was happy to accommodate our additional requests. While Clay was here he pointed out a problem we had with our gutter system. He called a person who arrived that week and cleaned and repaired all of the gutters. Clay has a great network of fair, competent contractors. We trusted him to bring someone he recommended and it was taken care of promptly. On a final note, Clays workers were quiet as mice. It was wonderful not to hear a blaringradio for two weeks. Thank you Clay and we will be calling you again soon.

I dont know how it is elsewhere, but its hard to find someone who shows up and does their job in this town. We needed the exterior of our house repainted. Clay was responsive and polite. He scheduled an appointment and then checked to see if it would be ok to arrive early! He gave us a quote before even leaving the house. I feel its important to note that the communication was thorough and detailed- we knew what products we were getting, what the work entailed, etc- no room for confusion. The job was scheduled, and then, by luck, Clay contacted me to see if they could start early! The workers were very good. Weather caused some delays, understandably, but they worked very hard and did a great job. We are very pleased with every aspect- the communication, scheduling, work quality, timeliness, products used to meet our expectations, etc. We look forward to working with them again!

None of them came close to the customer service I received from Clay. We handed him a massive project for a 100+ year old house that was covered in lead based paint, wood rot, a leaky roof and ancient deteriorating gutters. He was a one stop shop for all of the above, which took the stress of hiring and coordinating multiple crews off of me. Production Painting LLC did an exceptional work on our house in Savannah. Mr. Clay Newman worked professionally from very begging and throughout the process by providing us with a right-to-the-point quote, kept us abreast of the progress on a weekly basis and completed the job one day ahead of the schedule in spite of number of rainy days. This work was for outside wood repair and painting. He identified the source of wood rot and replaced all the gutters professionally. The previous contractor who worked on the gutter system about four years ago did a shortcut job that eventually cost us more money to repair. I strongly recommend Clay Newman for any general contracting work your house may need.

I recently went with another company to have a 12x16 shed installed in my back yard. I paid for the materials through Home Depot and had them delivered on a Wednesday and the build was suppose to happen on Friday. After 2 weeks of no show, not hearing from the company and not being able to get them on the phone, email, or their Facebook page, I was desperate and posted on Facebook for my friends to help find someone. Within minutes Clay was messaging me on a Saturday night in his spare time to help me out. I spoke with him for a good while and we figured out a great cost and a plan of action.Clay was at my door Monday afternoon figuring out the lumber order and signing the paperwork. His guys showed up at 4PM Monday afternoon and worked until 8. 2 more days and they were fully done. His guys do great work and boy do they work hard. Besides lunch break and the typical water breaks for a 100 degree day, they did not stop all day and finished up right before 9pm on the last day.Clay really knows how to run his business and keep his customers happy. The services are very affordable and they made me feel like a friend and not just a customer.

The owner came over once to meet with my insurance agent at my home to assess the damage, then met with me at my home again to go over both the insurance estimate and his. After our meeting, my new roof was fully completed within 2 days. He is on time, easy to reach, and super courteous. I couldnt be happier! I now plan to use this company for interior damage caused by water intrusion, and also some updating Ive been wanting to do for some time.
