Today was my first experience with Joyner Electric and I was very pleased. They sent out Matt who installed a light over our kitchen table, 2 lights on the outside to either side of our garage door, and replaced a dead outlet. Matt was extremely courteous and professional. He was also very knowledgeable and took the time needed to explain things and answer questions. In addition, we will be hiring Joyner to install a home surge protector, an electric fireplace insert, and possibly a single pole dimmer. In the end, I found them to be reasonably priced and trustworthy. Thank you Matt and Joyner Electric!

Joyner Electric is absolutely the best. I had an arcing breaker in my panel back in June. I happened to smell it just before it arced and was able to shut off the electricity at the panel. I called Joyner and, even though, they only had one crew working, they made my emergency a priority. Matt and his partner showed up on my doorstep about a half-hour after my call. Breaker was bad but so was the bus. He put in a new breaker on a different part of the bus until I can get the panel replaced. Top-notch service at a reasonable price point.

Matt and Aaron fixed a kitchen light fixture and several other things throughout my home. They were very professional, efficient, and nice. They arrived on time and called before they came to let me know they were on their way. They introduced themselves before they entered the house. They put on shoe coverings every time they entered the house even though I told them it wasnt necessary. My experience with Joyner Electric was wonderful from beginning to end. Rewired my old burned out sub panel to inside main panel and grounded it. I didn’t know it wasn’t grounded. Yikes. The best part was how nice Daniel and “Circuit“ were and the care they took to make the job not only right, but look good in a difficult situation. Electrical work is very expensive these days, but taking the time to check other hastily done work by other companies made it more palatable. Thank you!

We had some issues with our electrical panel. One of the switches kept tripping and a spark went off that caused half of our home to be without power. I called around to see who could assist us as soon as possible. Rakeem and his assistant were able to come out the same day I called. They were quick and efficient to repair/replace. Exceptional customer service from start to finish. I found this company on Home Advisor and the reviews were great so I decided to call them. I had a switch burnout in my bathroom and while they had a busy schedule they were more than accommodating fitting my service call into their schedule for same day service. My technician Chris, was very nice and prompt with service. He went the extra mile to not only explain the problem with the switch but was also very detailed in the work he rendered and reassured me that going forward I shouldnt have any further problems. Lastly but not least, the front desk service was terrific, Ms. Kyndall I believe was her name and she was on the ball from the very beginning. After a less than pleasant interaction with Mr electric trying to get a quote on a manual transfer switch for my portable generator, I called Joyner Electric and spoke with the owner. He was interested in my business and asked me many questions. Had me email him photos of my electric box and had a tech come out to give me an accurate quote. He advised on a less expensive and better option of an interlock box instead and I took his advice. I was emailed 2 quote options detailing the cost of each item of the install. They came out and installed. Quick, polite and very professional. I was more than pleased with the service they provided. Even provided me with laminated instructions on how to use the box with my generator! Excellent business.

Highly recommend. Joyner replaced a faulty breaker for us. I called them a day after I tried another local electric company who did not return my call until 2 days later. Joyner had better service on the phone and came to our home promptly the next business day. Zach was prompt at the front end of the time window that was given. He explained the issue thoroughly to my husband who was glad in the end that he didnt try it on his own. My husband would have replaced with a similar breaker which would have been a temporary solution.

Mr. Joyner answered the phone on a Sunday. We had an electrical fire in the panel outside the house and had no power. He had me send him a few pics of the panel, and had his guy here first thing the next morning with the parts needed, had the inspection ordered and put in the order with GA Power to have our power turned back on.We were back on by lunchtime and we couldnt be more pleased and impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service.In fact, Im going to have them come back out and install a quick connect switch for the generator.Thanks Joyner Electric!

We purchoused our 1930s home with a laundry list of issues encluding an excess of electrical problems.Melvin came out and took an assessment of what we had and what was wrong. He educated us on codes and common issues pertaining to our situation. Then gave us options on where to begin and what to prioritize in this undertaking so we didnt have to bite off the entire load at once. He was curtious and honest, hard qualities to find these days.Moving forward, Chase and Bishop came to execute the work order. We had 5 breakers added to reduce the over load taking place with several appliances in the home. These gentlemen more than exceded expectation. It started with a call in the morming with the expected eta (which matched perfectly with the previously quoted time) upon arrival they wasted little time getting the job started. The professionalism of both men carried forth through their hard work throughout the day. Chase gave clarity on what was taking place, step by step. He explained how the wiring was previously done and how things were to be rerouted as he was doing the work. He and Bishop worked diligently on the task and were very tidy throughout the process. They even completed the job sooner than quoted.Also must mention all three gentlemen were very cautious and curtious. They wore masks the entire time they work in the home. I appreciated that greatly.Cant leave out the very kind ladies that helped coordinate the quote and install. They were very knowledgeable and informative. As I said, from start to finish. Called this company to come to my new house because they could come out same day to check out an possible outlet that they may have to remove. I was told $70 for the call to come out and then told $100 to run diagnostics to make sure if there was a wire that it was not going to effect any electricity in the house. When to 2 guys showed up, they discovered it wasnt an outlet, it was an external extension cord that was placed by previous owner. The cut the cord in half to remove it from the wall. The service took 2 minutes and they charged me $150 because as the guy said, they have tier pricing - I would shop around before calling this guys!***UPDATE**** The owner gave me a call and personally apologized about the confusion of pricing and was extremely genuine which I definitely appreciated, he took fully responsibility and honored what he originally told me. Thank you for help!
