    I just had two roof replacements on separate homes by Your Exterior Pro’s. AJ and his team are positively fantastic. The best quote around.     We had multiple projects completed, roof, siding, windows and gutters. From the initial contact, to the meeting with AJ and Sam to get the quote, to getting the work scheduled by Beth, to getting updates byJack and making sure work is done to my wifes standards all was absolutely flawless and more than exceeded expectations. The sub contractors were clean, receptive and very considerate. They cleaned after each day and made sure nothing was left to blow around the neighborhood. I cant say enough how pleased I am with the whole experience! If I could give 10 stars that still would not be enough! Many thanks!

    Due to a truck backing into my house, Your Exterior Pros replaced my whole home stucco with Hardie Board, replaced all trim, painted whole home, and did a fantastic job with it.I worked with Wils, Jared, Beth, Jimmy, and a dedicated crew. They worked hard and steadily every day until the job was complete.I am posting a before/after photo of the front of the house. It is a small, humble home, but they treated my home like it was a mansion. I cant get the after photo to reflect the correct color. It is actually more Grey-blue than Blue-grey.I would call on them for any exterior work in the future. They really are great people and I strongly recommend them.Honestly, I do recommend getting 3 estimates on any construction/repair work....then ask for their business license, certificate of insurance (bonding). They were not only the most competitive but the only one who promptly provided me with the requested information.

    May 2023 Update. The company contacted me after I changed my review. It took awhile, and communication wasnt great, but they did come back and fix the main issue. They also found another issue that I had missed and they fixed that as well.In July of 2020 I had substantial work done on my house by Your Exterior Pros. I was thrilled with the work at the time.I was recently in Savannah and was disappointed to see that the boxes on the porch are looking terrible. Attached are photos taken recently.Im surprised that these boxes had deteriorated so quickly as its not even been three years.I have contacted the company, but they have not replied back. I no longer can recommend them.Old review from 2020 - Exterior Pro did a porch and porch roof replacement for me. They were very professional and cleaned up every night before they left. I am thrilled with the results! Last two photos are after and before.

    AJ came when he said he would for a quote. He stayed in contact with me through out the entire process, explained what to expect and followed up with phone calls to inquire about my satisfaction. A very welcome experience in that he did what he said he would do! Hats off to Jack and his crew! Stayed until the job was complete, cleaned up beautifully and left like they were never even there! A most enjoyable experience. A big shout out to Tegan in the office also. Very satisfied!

    They worked on a house across the street from me today, not even my house, but my jaw is on the floor at the speed and professionalism displayed. It must be a 4k square foot Victorian and they started at about 8:30am and finished by 7pm. The entire place. Not only this, but they cleaned up their mess and were not disruptive in any way. Cant speak to the quality of their work but as an operations professional, I have never seen anything like this in my life.

    Your Exteriors Pros was a wonderful company to work with! Sam came out and inspected our roof in record time and was able to give a quote before even leaving. Krissy was amazing to work with from start to finish. She set up our inspection, walked me through how to secure our quote and get one the schedule (thanks pregnancy brain for making that one harder than it should have been) and right down the completion, Krissy stayed in touch and made sure we were happy with our results. Carlos and his team worked diligently to get our roof done before the rain came and they cleaned everything up. There wasn’t a trace of roofing material left on the ground so I didn’t have to be concerned with my young kids playing outside. We had a very pleasant experience and plan to use them in the future for some updates we have in mind.

    After the recent storm wind, one of my vinyl panels on the side of my house fell lose hanging. Exterior Pros was contracted to come out and fix it.     I requested a quote for gutters on my new construction home. After reviewing my blueprints, Sam got back to me within a day with the quote, which I approved that evening.     I am not a roofing professional, but from what I can tell it looks like theyve done a great job. The customer service ladies are on top of it and helped everything run smoothly throughout the process. When they didnt finish my job on the first day, the crew came back on the weekend to finish it.Only constructive feedback I would offer is that while they did clean up the big stuff, I still had some work to do. Had I waited, the customer service rep did call me the Monday after the job was complete to check my satisfaction and said she couldve sent them out to do more, but Id already taken care of it.This review was provided as part of a promotional special.

    This company has completed soffit and roof repairs three times in the past few years. These repairs were needed as a result of storms on Tybee. They have responded quickly to our calls and kept us aware of when their crews coming arriving. We had very good communication with the office staff!     I received a detailed quote for window replacement in Savannah. I was given a reasonable timeline for the work to be done. Excellent communication from Mitch throughout. Window work performed professionally and on date promised. Interior cleanup was excellent, very professional job from start to finish. They also replaced my flat roof in add-on room and repaired rotten wood, and then flawlessly replaced the affected portion of sheetrock and painted the ceiling. I have nothing but good things to say about Your Exterior Pros so far, and plan to hire them for future window/door projects.

    Update: Mitch contacted me after I left this review and we discussed my concerns. He was extremely helpful and apologetic and immediately made plans with me to clean up the property. He also offered me a gift card, which was not necessary at all.I was very pleased with his professionalism, and the outcome of the cleanup.Quality work for a very good price, and a very professional owner. I will recommend Your Exterior Pros and will use them for future needs.The roof is fine, and so is the deck that was rebuilt. The final product seems to be of good quality, despite the fact that the crew drinks beer on the job. To the crew, I do apologize for coming home early that day, and thank you for not continuing to drink after I went inside. I did place your bottles in the recycling later that evening.The aftermath also leaves something to be desired. A week after completion, there are still shingles, sealant, flashing, and paint brushes lying around. I’ve been picking up nails and screws from my driveway each day as I leave my house. Very disappointed with how the crew left our property once they were done with the job.Overall, pretty neutral. Great price, good quality product, poor cleanup.Adrienne

    I spent some time getting quotes for our new roof. My husband and I had probably gotten at least 5, but I wasn’t impressed. My son and I saw these guys installing a new roof down the street. I hadn’t heard of them before, but liked the job that they completed on our neighbors house that was for sale. I called and Sam came out the following Wednesday and left not one, but three quotes depending on the shingles that they offered to choose from. He left samples and their licensing information all in a complete package. Their quotes were well within the range of the others, and the visuals of the shingles was definitely helpful in making my decision. We decided to get the roof, new gutter system and replace an old skylight. Everything went according to plan. I couldn’t be happier! The customer service when I called in was exceptional!     I am very pleased with the work that your exterior pros did with residing an addition on our house. They were very thorough and remedied some potentially problematic issues that were unknown until they tore off the old siding. They do the job right. We did have an issue where two windows were cracked while removing the old siding, but the crew removed and replaced the windows promptly. John was a pleasure to work with and had been great at answering any questions we had. They do great work and now our house looks great too. I would definitely work with them again.

    Would highly recommend Your Exterior Pros. We did a small seamless gutter project on the back of our house and they did a great job. Very clean work gutters look great and they were able to work in only one downspout as I asked. They even made a suggestion on configuring a drop downspout that from an upper gutter that worked out very clean. Great work!!

    Have used Your Exterior Pros 3 times now, and am always satisfied. They are quick to provide a quote and get the job completed within a few days. From a quoting standpoint the prices are always reasonable and they never try to add unnecessary requirements to a job (Ive actually asked them to check something which they let me know they had checked and thought it would be a waste of $). Chrissy is always on point with coordinating the work and keeping customers posted on timing, if access is required, etc.Ive never had a quality issue with any of the work they have done.     They were fast efficient and very organized!! The best part to me was how they kept everything contained! ( very professional on the aspect of old shingles and nails keeping the yard safe and our tires happy!)     Your Exterior Pros repaired extensive water damage to our roof deck removing and replacing sheathing and joists that were rotted by water infiltration. They also repaired interior drywall and painted. They waterproofed the decking sealing up the area perfectly. They did the work quickly but expertly and pricing was very reasonable. I will not hesitate to use Your Exterior Pros for any and all exterior work that I have.

    Although the year has just begun; it is never too soon to check your roof before the summer storms and hurricane season is upon us. I urge you not to do as I did when Hurricane Matthew came through; all of the quality companies were booked solid. So, I had to settle for the only available company I could get “Horton”; now I understand why they were available. The worse mistake I have ever made, and the most embarrassing service I have ever received. My advice is to be as proactive as possible. Your exterior pros company is one of the most professional company I have ever come across. The company has done two major jobs for me and I am beyond being pleased. Each time they have exceeded expectation, greater than I could of imagine, and their work site cleanup is phenomena.

I understand not wearing a mask while youre alone out there working, but every time you knock on my door to give me updates on whats going on, please wear a mask, and please stay 6 feet away. The repairs were completed next day. Too soon to say if everything is fixed, but if there are any issues with it, they will stand behind their work. These guys are good people and straight shooters. They even fixed a broken shingle on the front of my house, completely unrelated from my leak, for no charge. If you have any roofing issues, do not hesitate to call tech roof pros.
