    Fantastic company with great support staff and field workers. I called them and got to speak with an actual person immediately. They got us on the schedule for the very next day (which was one day before a major hurricane!), and were out to our place on time and got the service done in no time.Our technician, Mike, was awesome. Super knowledgeable and polite and he took the time to explain the manual switch and some other components and helped set up the app so him and the select power team can monitor our generator.Very glad to have them as our service provider moving forward. Highly recommend.

    Never dealt with a company so efficient and diligent as Select Power. If I could 10 stars I would. From installing the generator up to scheduling the annual checkup Select Power has been flawless. I can’t forget to mention Bill, the tech, who did the annual checkup. Besides being a cutie which was a bonus he was very knowledgeable and told us exactly what to expect during the maintenance procedure. I would definitely recommend this company.

    Read This Review…To make a long story short, the entire team at Select Power are amazing. First I had several companies come over for an estimate and Patrick was the ONLY person who knew what he was talking about. It was so apparent that he knew this industry inside and out, other companies seemed to have no clue about certain procedures or needed devices or order of things, it was almost astonishing. Next, their communication is so spot on. They take phone calls, answer texts, and they inform you when everything is going to happen. We have had other work around the house lately and there was no communication done from these other companies and we had to keep calling them for updates. Not with Select Power., they were so diligent and communicative. Then came the install. Jorge and his crew, and Michael were EXCELLENT. Professional, courteous, on time, and super knowledgeable. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and they did a phenomenal job on the install, from placing the pad, generator, wiring, programming and panel install. It was so refreshing to have a legit and professional company to do business with. Now we have power whenever we need it.

    Team was great. Arrived on time and we feel much better knowing that we will have power in the event of an outage. Our service technician, Mike, was terrific. Explained everything slowly so we could follow along. He got us setup on the app and we are ready for the next storm.

    The team at Select Power is dependable and we rely on them to keep our Generac running smoothly when it matters most. In fact, two very knowledgeable and personable service men were here yesterday. Jorge and Carlos F provided the expertise for a scheduled maintenance servicing after the generator provided power to a couple staying in our home during Hurricane Milton after we had already evacuated out of state! I was told by another neighbor that our house was the only one on the street that he could see from his house that had lights on!

    Our new generator that came from a different dealer flooded out during hurricane Helene. We had a service contract with the company and they came out and tried to fix it and said it couldn’t be fixed because of the salt water intrusion. After hurricane Milton, they wouldn’t even answer us via email or phone calls.In the meantime, we got a recommendation from our friend for Select Power SRQ. They responded the same day, came over the next day and gave us a quote, and came over the third day and installed the new generator. We would highly recommend Patrick and his crew anytime. Our install crew was Jorge, adolpho, and Carlos f. They were terrific. This whole experience gave us much-needed peace of mind.

    Select Power was very responsive to my call. My generator did not work when Ian hit after just being serviced by another company. This other company installed a new battery, but it was the WRONG type of battery and when called upon did not work. Select Power came out, installed the correct battery and serviced the generator. They also discovered that I needed a new relay switch at one of my transfer switches, so even if my generator would have worked during Ian, I still would not have had any power as I also had a bad relay switch. They diagnosed the problem quickly and installed the new relay. Because of their responsiveness and the efficient manner in which they repaired my unit I am going to establish an Annual Contract with Select Power to maintain my equipment going forward.

    Installation of a Generac generator. The installation was beautiful. From the electrical and the unit, itself, to the gas line and hookup. Patrick and his crew are exemplary. They all pay attention to detail, listen and provide just what we were hoping for. Nick and his crew connecting the gas were equally as professionally, as was Joe and Jorge installing the surge protector. All exceeded our expectations.

    Edit: One Year update - Select Power performed our one year servicing today. They got the job done nice a quick. We havent really talked to them much in the past year, so I updated the review from one to four stars, solely based on the generators performance, which has been great during the few power outages we have had!We contracted Select Power LLC to install a whole house generator at our home in St. Petersburg, FL. They installed the generator, and it has issues with powering the entire home while the AC is on. Its been 2+ weeks since we paid off our financing in full, and getting ahold of them to correct the issue and close out the permit is impossible. I do not recommend doing business with Patrick Bellanger or Kevin Aikman. They are extremely busy, which has lead to very poor customer service.
