Nick is a great tech and quality individualHis clear explanations of the way air conditioning works was extremely useful and informative. Great work ethic stayed almost 90 minutes cleaning the outside unit and inside unit. Examining , cleaning and servicing all areas that were in need.He showed us photos of the unit where he cleaned and the process in which he did itI recommend ACS and especially Nick to take care of your AC needs.

Just had my first maintenance completed on my home In Sun City Center. I was a very positive experience. Luis L. was very thorough and spent a lot of time cleaning the units. He was patient and explained what he was going to do and what he found. He explained the issues and the solutions quite well. He was not a high pressure salesman and when he was finished and left, it gave a feeling of high confidence in him and his company, ACS.

I had an issue with my AC. I called around 2pm hoping to get someone out the same day and within two hours Brian arrived. He had to drive over an hour with traffic but quickly diagnosed and fixed my issue. He was extremely cooperative with my sleeping baby. He fixed the issue and explained everything he did. Couldnt have been happier with Brians service and my overall experience.

He was right on time within my appointment window, and was quick and efficient with his check and maintenance.He warned me that it looked like my condenser might be going bad but did not just jump in and suggest an immediate replacement.I very much appreciate this consideration in these tough financial times.Warning me of this upcoming cost, I can plan for it and not be surprised by a new large bill.Great service if you need someone.
