My neighbor who’s a snowbird had a water loss in her condo and I overlooked everything. She wanted the electrical checked out and called And Services. I met with Andrei at the beginning. He explained everything the technicians were going to do. From Andrei, the lead technician, to each technician, everyone was polite, courteous, cleaned up everything, efficient, cautious and skilled to preform their duties. My neighbor’s breaker box was original, 1969. Andrei showed some burn spots and showed me how dangerous it was. It was replaced, including the outside breaker. I was so impressed with Andrei and his team I asked him to evaluate my breaker box as well. Mine was the same condition. I also had him replace my breaker box and feel so relieved that I’m not a fire hazard. I highly recommend And Services for your Electrical, Plumbing or Air Conditioning needs.

He was in contact with me approximately 10 minutes from my initial call with customer service. He let me know he was 3 minutes away. He jump through some hoops to make sure I was taken care of that night. He said he was on his way home when he received the call. I really feel special because he could have easily refused and went home. Not only did he do a great job installing the water heater, he made sure it was working properly before leaving. Al was a very humble young guy who genuinely cares about the customers. Job well done!

We just cant say enough about Andrei N. We had a few outlets that werent working and our main light over the dining room. He did his testing then explained what the problem was, and fixed it. Very professional for his age. Very satisfied with the service we received. We called 3 different, local companies to help us out. AND Services was the only one that called us back. We set an early appointment for the next day. Ivan arrived on time. He told us exactly what he was going to do, went over any and all our electrical issues and showed us every area that was an immediate issue and an issues that may cause problems in the near future. We were given two quotes, with each one being explain thoroughly. After we selected the work we wanted done, Ivan gave us a broad window of service dates. On the day of service, Jah & Luis arrived on time again, went through the work they were going to do and started the repairs. They were friendly, polite and very professional. They spent a lot of time in my home, with much of the time without A/C and only took a short break to grab some water. When they were done, they cleaned up everything and even asked if they could use my broom and dust pan to make sure nothing was left on the floor. Tech Jason came out as notified and at this time he has system running. There was some confusion about phone number to call yesterday delaying the visit by 24 hours. He relates that he checked the system throughly and only found 2 wires with bare areas that could be shortening out the system causing the fuse to blow and he rewired them to remove the bare sections.

I called AND because my regular A/C guy was on vacation and the guy covering him never answered me. Corey came over the same day and immediately diagnosed and made a repair to help us get the house cooled down after 5 days of 90+ degrees. Unfortunately my system was too poorly maintained (we just purchased the home) and it needed a full replacement. Corey and his supervisor Bryan spoke with me over over an hour trying to help us the most they could and explaining every single thing I had questions about. We have 4 dogs and everyone was overheating at this point. Corey was able to get us a floor unit to keep things cool while we waited only 1 day for a full A/C replacement (incredible!). Don and Alberto arrived on Monday and replaced the whole system while I was at work. Coming home to a cool house for the first time in days was amazing beyond words. I casually mentioned to Corey that my guest bathroom tub was clogged and while Dan and Alberto were setting up our a/c Brandon (plumber) arrived to remedy that as well! Similarly, Brandon went over every single thing in depth leaving me with no questions or concerns. I know this review is huge but I still feel like I have more positive things to say if that gives you any indication of how much I appreciated their services. Sorry if I missed anyone that helped us during this difficult time! Thank you again.
