These professional brothers swung by my place over the weekend, no appointment needed, and tackled my A/C problem without any fuss. After getting some sky-high quotes from the big names out there, I was pleasantly surprised when they quoted me $4,000 less than Arctic Air and another major player in the Sarasota area. Seriously, give these guys a shot—you won’t regret it.

I am very impressed with their services, friendly ,professional,knowledgeable, every step was communicated on time.Our A/C failed late night on Saturday. I met Dylan Mailloux and his brother Cameron, who were doing HVAC and Electrical work, respectively, for a neighbor in my condo development. I was impressed with these men and observed the hot water heater that Dylan had installed. My neighbor also advised me that Dylan had come on short notice to repair his A/C service and put it back in working order at a reasonable price. I was looking for a check-up/annual service and I was fed up with the company that been charging what I thought were ridiculous charges for UV bulbs to prevent mold build-up in the air handler. So, I called Dylan up on Wednesday and he came over on Thursday. He gave me an annual service check of both the compressor and air handler; he disinfected mold and replaced the UV bulbs; he cleaned the drain line; he thoroughly cleaned the coil on the compressor. Most important, he told me that the prior service companys advisement to my father (about the system being able to eat dust without filters) was incorrect! So, Dylan installed a filter in the air handler and recommended that filters also be installed in the returns in the condo, which would extend the time to change the filter in the air handler. All in all, Dylan was there for about four hours, without regard to time, making sure everything worked perfectly and it now does. The above work was done for less than half of the old company charged. So, if youre tired of getting gouged and looking for a very competent, professional young man who is quick to respond, personable, courteous and charges reasonably, and who has a very bright future, then I strongly recommend that you give Dylan a try.FOLLOW-UP: On a Saturday evening in January 2024 I discovered that one of the four support rods that held up my air handler had fallen during roof replacement. I immediately called Dylan and he came over first thing Sunday morning to inspect the line sets and gave me his opinion with regard to the manner in which the support rods had been attached to the roof truss. Dylan is always responsive, insightful and reasonable in price. Hes the Best for my money.Mark Edwards

Brothers Dylan (HVAC) and Cameron (Electrical) are simply the BEST! They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and dont leave until the job is finished and they are happy with it. We had a faulty Federal Pacific breaker box that was a fire hazard and needed replacement. Cameron worked with our insurance carrier to inspect it and verify that it was a fire hazard and needed to be replaced. He handled getting the parts on a weekend, and replaced it within three days of his initial inspection. What service! On top of that, as he was walking through our house so that he could label the panel box, he noticed our light bulbs were throwing off a lot of heat. He recommended LED lights, I went and bought them and, before he left our house, he replaced all the hot bulbs with LED bulbs - just being a nice guy helping out two 70+ year olds. We cant say enough about the quality of work, the priority they put on getting the job done, and the bonus of their friendliness and courtesy! AIRGENX ... remember this name for HVAC and electrical work. We give them a solid 10 on a scale of 1-10!

Dylan showed up right away after making the call to say our AC wasnt cooling last summer. He took the route of repair with our budget in mind. Making sure it wasnt something simple first. After testing everything, it wound up we needed a new blower motor. He cleaned everything as well. Had to search for that fan for quite some time, but came back and installed that same evening, and got us cooled down by bedtime. He cares and it shows. Very happy with the service.
