    Casey was great! Price was amazing! Had a switch tripping the breaker and Casey found that the issue was related to wiring from new outside light fixtures that were moved around from hurricane Milton. Never would have guessed that, but he found it and fixed us right up. Highly recommend Mr. Electric and will definitely use again if need be in the future!

    Great experience! will use again. I was able to schedule quickly for a small job. Aaron was punctual and very good at communicating. Unfortunately, the first repair did not fully resolve the issue and he came out quickly to troubleshoot. He realized our grill breaker was not compatible, sent photos and replaced breaker. He started the electric grill and made sure it functioned properly. This is a vacation condo on a beach key and other companies did not return my call. Excellent customer service.

    Mr. Electric was my best choice for price and time to perform the job, after comparing several electrical companies, to replace my riser after it was bent and damaged by Hurricane Helene; a large branch fell on the cable supplying electricity to my home. Jenny Hernandez, Angel, and Mr. Gary were very professional, kind, and empathetic to my situation. I usually dont write reviews, but after my experience with them, I had to. On top of everything, they referred me to apply for a plan to finance my repair with no interest.

    After a bad experience with another company in the area I call Mr. Electric. They managed to fit us in the very next day even though we called after hours. Michael came out the next day as promised and managed to fix an electric problem that had been plaguing the house since my parents moved in over 6 years ago.     I wanted to write a review of the fantastic work done by Aaron Meador. I called Mr. Electric and they had a technician at the house the very next day. He was working on a difficult problem on my dock in the blazing heat and continued to work during a torrential down pour. He found and fixed the issue making it even better than before.     Just had Gary and Casey trouble shoot an outage at the appartment im renting. Clean professional and knowledgeable. Gary took the time to listen to my thoughts and was very respectful to me as the homeowner.I recently moved to this new appartment and have no knowledge of how it was wired.Heres the catch, im a 40 year electrician who retired in 2021. I know what needs to be done but my hands are tied due to condo rules and regulations. I know what its like to have a homeowner try to tell you how to do your job.     Thank goodness we found Mr. Electric and Mr. Hanselman. Casey was able to restore electricity to our hot water heater. He diagnosed the problem in just a couple of minutes and made a quick fix. We were so happy with his work, we had him look at a dead light switch that had been bugging me for years! Another quick fix. Im so happy. If we need an electrician in the future, well call him first.

    The crews showed up on time and were very personable. They evaluated the scope of work and gave me an estimate on the spot. I was looking to have some wiring changed around which required them to enter my attic. I immediately approved the work and they completed the work in a timely manner. The crew was very easy to work with and explained everything very clearly.I went in the attic once the crews left to see the work for myself. The wiring appeared to be completed very professionally but my attic insulation was ripped and thrown into two piles and not returned to where it belonged. I had to spend more time in my attic than I cared to in order to place the insulation back where it belonged.I would recommend Mr.Electric to people but I would make sure they knew to follow up on the condition of the work space prior to the crew leaving.

    Called Mr. Electric for last minute job where I called Friday and they were able to do quickly on following Monday (disconnect and take down ceiling light fixture). Techs were courteous, friendly and worked very efficiently especially with added difficulty of having to move an extremely heavy large glass table! It was disappointing they didnt have masks when going to enter home where I had to ask them to wear (they had to go back to vehicle to get) which seems a bit disrespectful enlight of being in a pandemic. I was very satisfied with their service except the later.

    I called to schedule a repair for a broken outlet and they were able to come out within a day or two of my call to do the work. I ended up adding installation of two huge (72) ceiling fans which they were able to accommodate no problem. I was at work the day of the service, and the guys kept me updated via phone call and text, including pictures, before/ during/ and after the work. They completed the work quickly, and cleaned up afterward. My mother- in- law is in town visiting so she was at the house while they were there, and she said that Connor and his assistant (sorry I didnt catch his name!) were just the nicest guys! I am very pleased with Mr. Electric- responsive, efficient, friendly, professional.
