    There’s so much I can say about this installation that was done on property. We had called a couple other companies that came out and they weren’t sure how to hang the chandelier and they wanted to research it which really does not give a good feeling.Ace was our third call came out and right away they are true electricians they know the business they know what needs to be done and there is no question about it. We knew what the price would come in around and it did, The excellence and service quality and what we got was outstanding.

    This was my first experience with Ace Electric, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment to install an EV charger, everything was handled professionally. They clearly explained their reasonable charges, how billing would work, and when I could expect the electrician to arrive.Ben and Jay showed up right on time, completing the installation efficiently and with great attention to detail. They even made sure to clean up thoroughly afterward. During the visit, I asked them about Ace Electric, and they shared that its a family-run business that genuinely cares about its employees. Its refreshing to hear that in this day and age.I’m happy to say I’ve found my go-to electrician!

    Ace Electric Inc. is a great and honest company. The crews were very professional and respectful. When they completed the work, they asked us to check it to ensure it met our satisfaction and expectations. They were willing to fix and change anything that didnt meet our expectations.     I lost power during hurricane Milton due to my powerlines from my house being compromised during the storm. I had to wait for Florida Power for a while to come and disconnect the lines and the next morning after the lines were disconnected. I got up and started looking for the electrician and I called Ace Electric and boy am I glad I did. They came the same day I called within a couple of hours during a massive hurricane and took care of my issues with ease and within an hour or so I was back Aaron and Mason and Michael were the most professional kind and courteous gentleman Ive ever had to deal with in such a stressful situation. The fees I paid for my service was very reasonable. I am very please with all interaction I had with Ace Electric. This company is an amazing company and their staff are very very knowledgeable and very very professional. I felt very comfortable having Mason and Aaron at my home. I highly recommend this company if youre in need of an electrician please call Ace Electric.

    Bob came to the rescue immediately after our call. He knew exactly what to do and resolved the circuit panel problem in minutes. He is courteous, affable, and professional.     The most amazing experience with costumer service phone rep and technician, Brian, who was a godsend. Not only did he fix my issue in under an hour, he was thoughtful in his troubleshooting and patient is his explanations. After 2 days without electric, he was exactly who i needed to meet. True be told, Ace Eclectic was my 2nd opinion call and Im so glad I waited before making a decision (not) to go with the 1st company. Ace and Brian saved me over $5,800 on a repair that wouldnt even have fixed the problem AND I never felt pressured or like I was being taken advantage of. This is a top notch company and I would recommend them highly! I cant say enough positive things about this company!

    Excellent service and honest pricing. Ben and Cody serviced my call and were great and answered all my questions.     After Hurricane Milton and placement of a new roof, my family needed an electrician. I remembered seeing ACE Electric trucks around town and went online to check them out. After reading several great reviews, I picked up the phone and spoke with a wonderful associate who listened and said were here for you! Next thing I know, Ive got an early morning appointment. When I tell you my heart skipped a beat this morning when two qualified electricians showed up and showed why ACE Electric is so great! Next time you see their trucks on the road, give them a beep.     Phil & Manny came quickly within an hour or so of my initial call. They could not have been more professional or pleasant. They fixed the problem and had us up and running within a few minutes. Also very good at explaining the situation. I should mention that their telephone receptionist was also a great and valued asset to the company. Ace Electric should be your first call.

    Every part of our experience was awesome, from calling in to the service to billing. The customer service rep was friendly and knowledgeable about what we needed done, I gave the wrong address and Axl and his team were still able to find us. They were quick and efficient and went above and beyond by making sure our smoke detectors were plugged in and taking the garbage with them.     After a major kitchen remodel we needed numerous ceiling lights removed, changed, and new lights added. Sean along with others was the primary electrician on the job. We found the entire group to be efficient, knowledgeable, competent, and very respectful. They also did a very good job of cleaning up after they were done.     We had a problem with a short in the line to our irrigation system that was constantly throwing the circuit breakers in our panel. Two irrigation techs and another water pump electrician could not find it.Ace did. A critter had chewed through a partially buried cable and, with the help of two other Ace electricians, isolated the problem, spliced it, and for the first time in more than four months, we were back in business.

    Fredrick and Manny did a wonderful job replacing light fixtures as well as connecting electricity to some ceiling lights in my home. They came out with in 24 hours of calling.     I have used Ace Electric twice now, and have found them to be very professional, courteous, on time, efficient, and they always clean up after themselves. I feel like this is the company the best electricians want to work for. They have all been better than any others I’ve used.I’ve had other electricians tell me that it wasn’t possible to have additional outlets in my courtyard outside, that nothing was wrong with an outlet I complained about, and they couldn’t hang my chandelier for whatever reason. Guess what. Ace did it all with no problems.This last time I used them to install recessed lighting. I have vaulted ceilings and have wanted recess lighting for years but had always heard it was prohibitively expensive. I finally decided I really wanted it, and I was going to get a quote. Bob, the owner, came out to look at the house and see what I wanted. He even had better suggestions for lighting solutions that I didn’t even know existed. He told me everything that would need to be done to the ceiling, the light switches and how the lighting would be affected by the ceiling fan, etc. He made sure I knew what my end result would be. And it actually was a very reasonable price!The guys who came to do the work also explained everything to me. They told me I may need to have some small areas of drywall repaired because of them having to change the switches and fish the wires, etc. When I came home and saw my gorgeous new recessed lighting, no mess at all and only one small spot of drywall repair needed (they kept the piece to make it easy to fix), I felt like it was my birthday! Beautiful work!I highly recommend this company!

    Hurricane Ian and a big tree did some big damage at our small Sarasota house. Thanks to the whole ACE team, from the super helpful person in the office (with an Australian accent), Tommy and Ben who zoomed over from another job soon after I called and did a lot of work replacing and installing many pieces of electrical hardware in three hours and made it look easy!, and the the owner who called me with a concern. All was professionally completed and we were able to contact FPL and be reconnected. I am so glad I contacted Ace, seriously.

    Hurricane Milton sent a tree crashing down on our service drop wire. When we called Ace Electric, they promised next day service. However, we got a call in a bit over an hour asking if they could come out same day. Their technicians came out and had the meter box and new power pole installed in just a couple of hours. Everyone we dealt with, from the office personnel to the three technicians who worked on the job, was professional, courteous, and caring. Thank you for a great experience.

    I am very happy with the service I received from Aces. We had storm damage to our electrical drop and decided to change the drop to underground, relocate the meter and add a generator input for the house. This is a multi- month process interacting with FPL and the county and Ace’s office, especially Ariel, kept me informed through the whole process as I never had to wonder about the project’s status. After all the approvals, the day came for the FPL switchover and the Ace’s electrician handled and installed everything perfectly and had our power back on with the shortest interruption possible. I will definitely use them again and recommend their services if you are in need of electrical work.

    Jesse was our amazing technician. He took his time and figured out our issue. Ace had a tech come to my home within 2 hours of calling. He was early and called to make sure it was ok. He also took the time to show us the issues and what was fixed. Definitely recommending!     Contacted Ace after reading positive reviews on line on Nextdoor and a few other places. I’m certainly glad I did. It has been top notch with communication and performance. I’ve renovated 7 houses in Florida over the years and this company has gone above and beyond. They are facilitating closure on an open permit over 6 years old by bringing everything up to new codes. Working with owner and getting this buttoned up so can get house on the market to be sold. Great communication, very reasonable cost and superb service!

    The owner Bob came to our house at night during an emergency when our main breaker tripped due to overheating. The emergency service was answered and responded to with lightning fast speed.     Just be aware of the $70 travel fee they add on to the bill. No one mentioned this to me when I called for an appointment so I was surprised when I got the invoice. I think their service is fine and I had no problem with it. However I do think if a business is going to charge for travel, it should have been said up front so the customer can decide if it was worth it. The tech, Dominick, was polite and courteous.

    Wow! Really, so nice to deal with folks that put the customer and the quality work first! Honestly, I have worked directly and indirectly (via contractor) on bigger projects and the fact that ACE is so attentive to not only the detail of the work, but also the fact that if you are not 100% satisfied with something, they will correct it! I most recently had one of my homes that is very old completely rewired with new sub panels, all new outlets, etc. Bobs team was so attentive to restoring everything, that I wouldnt consider calling anyone else to even do the final touches like hooking up fans and some finish work. Good to see quality craftsmanship still lives in these key construction roles in Sarasota and the surrounding areas. Well done ACE!

    Great service. Called on Friday afternoon and had service on Sat. Chip did an excellent job. Power was out to pool pump. Chip found that circuit breaker had not tripped but was damaged. Replaced it and all is well. I will definitely call Ace again.

    I had an electrical outlet added so that I could put a flat screen TV on my wall over the fireplace. Ace had to go through several studs to get the wiring to the right place. In addition I had Ace place 3 HDMI cables from the floor where the video equipment would go to the behind the TV spot. The work was professional. They also recommended Rafal Stepien to repair the inevitable dry wall damage from the electrical work and I found Rafal to be professional and of good value.

    Beware of changes to how you are charged. We were told we would have 1, two man crew @ $175 per hour which included 1 hour each way drive time?? We ended up with 2 two man crews @ $175 per hour which included 4 hours drive time. cost was out of line. Also simple dimmer switches were charge at $100 each!After speaking with Michael about the above he has rectified the situation. I must say the crews he sent to do the job were very professional and did a good job. I would suggest this matter is closed with the satisfaction of both parties.

    I was in need of an electrician for a whole host of projects ranging from wall mounting TVs, running new wiring and installing new outlets, repairing a few outlets, running power to and installing security cameras, resetting Dawn-to-dusk lights, you name it. I was originally referred to another company but they were booked very far out. I did my own research and came across Ace. I read lots of positive reviews so I had a good feeling. I was contacted by Jo in their office. She advised me someone would come out to put together an estimate. I forget the name of the gentleman who came out but he was extremely knowledgeable and a terrific listener. He helped answer my questions before the appt and let me know if I had the correct wall mounting equipment (turns out I didn’t so I appreciated knowing that in advance!). A team of 5 guys arrived on time the day promised and they got to work. Honest to God I am as OCD as it comes in not wanting to see cords and having things perfectly level and these guys did an amazing job. They cleaned up behind themselves and I appreciated that (I have had so many service people come into the house and I ended up having to clean up drywall shavings, dirt and dust and I so over that). They were professional and did everything perfectly. I have had them out one more time and Adam and Mario did a fantastic job. I can honestly say that everyone from Jo in the front office to the guy who did the estimate to the electricians to Christine in the office are so buttoned up. Thank you, Ace!

    We are new to Florida and do not have any trade contacts here. ACE was referred by another High quality company. Bob was on time to do the estimate and worked with us to get two heat pumps installed and a complete panel replacement. The cost of the upgrades was exactly what I expected and seamed a fair price for high quality workmanship. The two guys that showed up to do the work were awesome and did a great job. I will be using them in the future for all our electrical needs. Highly recommended.

    Have been through many electricians in the area. Ace electric came highly recommended by the local lighting store we purchased a new chandelier from. They were able to install a chandelier in our 2 story entry way quickly, professionally and very reasonably priced. Since then we have had them add an outlet, move an outlet, and fix an electrical issue from another electrician. They are prompt, professional, and do quality work.

    We had Ace Electric come out for a second opinion after another company told us our whole breaker/panel and wires to/from the meter were completely messed up and all needed to be replaced. This whole thing started with our dryer no longer turning on earlier in the week. This other company wanted to charge us over $11,000 to fix all of this, so not a small amount of money. Ace Electric came out and Jared was the tech who serviced us. He immediately saw that some parts of the phase B line in the breaker had rust in it, thus causing what seemed like inconsistent voltage when in fact if you press harder past the rust or in the steel above, it was the perfect 120 volts. He also came into the house to look at the dryer outlet and discovered the outlet piece itself was literally crumbling to pieces this causing arcing of the lines which then caused more degradation of the outlet and heat to gather on the dryer breaker line. So after replacing that, the dryer once again worked flawlessly and he replaced the dryer breaker to be safe too. I havent got the final quote for todays service yet but Jared and Ace Electric saved us a hugely significant amount of money while easily fixing our problem in one go. We really appreciated Jareds and his apprentice partners knowledge, skill, and customer service. Well only ever be calling Ace Electric in the future for any electrical needs now.
