These folks were awesome! Our 38kW had an alarm during the hurricane …. We called … and within 3 hrs they were on site to replace the sensor and get us back up at our residence. Steven and Chase the service techs were top notch! Much thanks to the team! Surely appreciated their support.

What can I say about the service from Brady Carson...he was here after the Hurricane and went house to house checking on everyone that had a Generac Generator...whether they were purchased from the Super Center or not. Did a wellness check on every Generator in the complex including the Kohlers as well. Brady and the Super Center had techs come in from Houston and worked days on our complex....doing a maintenance check on them all...that included changing all the oil...and they never billed anyone. Great service at a time when most needed. Thank you to the Super Center and to Brady Carson and Grant Smith. Would highly reccomend Brady and the Super Center for the purchase of your next Generator !
