I was only able to talk with Leon for about 10 minutes, but based on that I will definitely call him again in the future, we were able to do some general maintenance and get our AC unit working ourselves just as Leon arrived, he showed us a couple additional things to do in regards to preventative maintenance. They have responded when I most needed a resolution. I trust this company because they have proven to be responsible and the one depend on. Not only did technician Landy K do a great job, but he even stayed and worked with FPL to make sure our service was restored asap after being out of power for 8 days. Come to find out it was my water softener restricting my water flo. I decided to do their annual membership for $250 for electrical, Havc and plumbing because of the service I got today. I will only use Acree moving forward.

Timely and friendly service and my issue was resolved same day and for a fair price. Dwight and Glenn are a dynamic duo and awesome with how they helped us! Our hot water heater went berserk and suddenly shot up the heating temperature to over 160°. This was the first company I saw that had good ratings in my area, they responded quickly to the emergency because we have a child who is autistic and may forget about the hot water and submerse himself and super hot water during a bath and not be able to tell us. Thankfully they responded quickly, they just finished an electric disconnect to the hot water heater and are updating to a new one at a fairly cheap price and cheaper service with membership. Overall, Im very pleased with this companys performance and how quickly they respond.

I purchased a maintenance program from them at a minimum increase from my old maintenance company program. Within a day of enrollment they contacted me about setting up a maintenance job. The technician arrived promptly and explained what was going to be done. He was very thorough and professional in his inspection. Upgraded HVAC ducts in the old part of my house. Very tight, cramped space for the work. Jeff Maiocchi (technician) quoted and directed the work. Jeff is knowledgeable, personable, and a really hard working young man. He and his team kept me informed throughout the process. They did a great job. Highly recommended. Probably should remove a star because the work took longer than expected. It really was not their fault because they ran into some unexpected problems which were handled in stride. Very satisfied customer.

Couldn’t ask for a better experince! Our AC unit went out on Memorial Day. We called around 4:45 and had our appointment for 7-9 pm. Mr. Powers arrived before 7:00 and immediately went to work diagnosing the issue. He took pictures of everything as he went throughly through the process explaining as he went along.Mike obviously knew HVAC and got my unit running with a couple parts and his knowledge.Because of his knowledge and social skills we signed with Acree on a maintenance plan. This place is awesome 😎 I will never use anyone else for plumbing or A/C again! Nick was very professional and installed 2 sinks and fixed a stop under our kitchen sink in less than an hour! I had a leak in my backflow pipe. I called Acree because I had used them before and got the same tech Ray Rios. Ray was a true professional. Very friendly and courteous. He got the job done right away. The only thing I was not happy with was the bill. I thought it was outrageously priced at almost $700. For about a 45 minute job. I will still continue to use Acree because I trust Ray Rios to do a good job.

This is our first encounter with Acree and given the 5 star rating, it obviously went exceptionally well. And Jorge is the main reason that our experience went so well. Jorge is very knowledgeable but most of all he was very patient and wanted me to see first hand what was going on in our unit. Our heat exchanger is only a few years old and was installed by another company that has since gone out of business. Given our units age, it was surprisingly how much deferred maintenance existed as well as some of the short cuts taken during installation. But all that is now behind us and our 2 year old heat exchanger is now running on all cylinders.
