After obtaining a higher competing bid and noticing the excellent reviews on Yelp, we decided to go with North County Water Heater Services. Plamen and Kris provided prompt and courteous same-day service. Price was as quoted with no attempts to upsell. We are very happy with the result.

We recently had our water heater replaced by Plamen, the business owner @ Water Heater Online and we couldnt be happier with his service. He was able to provide a quote with us sending over a photo of the current one, and he did not need to come by to come up with an estimate. He was very patient and answered all my questions over text. He came by our house at Cardiff-by-the-Sea the next day, right on time, and finished the job in less than 2 hours. The price and everything else were exactly what weve agreed on earlier. The installation was up to code and I couldnt find any issues (I did some research online beforehand).What I liked the most was that we didnt need to take time off from work to meet and get an estimate - everything was done over text messages; And his price was very competitive - I suppose most other plumbers affiliated with national or regional chains will have to charge much higher due to overhead cost. (some even starts to charge $25 for a free estimate) And finally, hes honest and competent, the job was done perfectly!

We had a leaking 50 gal water heater. Getting comparable quotes from installers was difficult. Some wanted a fee to come and quote, many couldn’t quote a firm price or had scheduling issues. One company came that was a different company who quoted in the phone and wanted $1k more than the previous quote.Plame gave us a firm and fair price, arrived on time, finished quickly and professionally. Great local company in North county, San Diego area. When you call, you are usually speaking to the person that will come to your house, not a assistant or machine. This was the only place that was able to get over the same day and look at my problem. He was able to get my hot water heater working quickly without replacing anything, but I opted to replace the part that kept failing intermittently. Punctual, professional and friendly. Would highly recommend!

I am so grateful and impresed with the service provided by Water Heater Online.I had a property in escrow when the water heater started leaking and need it to be replaced. I contacted few plumbing companies and i received multiple quotes , but I choice Plamen and Water Heater Online His price was not the lowest one but meets all the building codes and requirements and no additional cost from what he quote me at the first place(be careful some plumbers offer lower price and not include earthquake straps and drip pan and you must have them ) .Over all - five star service , quality work, clean after himself , very friendly and clear communication. Water Heater online is my to go plumbing for water heater installation and replacement.

Responded to my voice mail within 20 minutes on a Saturday. Courteous, direct, respectful, fair, experienced & met every advertised expectation. Replacing a large capacity WH is not cheap 😮 $o my expectation for getting a reputable high quality product & a service provider with honesty & integrity within the entire experience, is always a point of measure for me, especially as a predictor for after service should I need it. Wow - these guys are great. I had a problem with a leaky water heater, insurance had to be called, heater replaced and wood repair etc. Not only did Water Heater Online put a new unit in, they made sure it was the correct model for the manufactured home, they set it up temporarily while the contracting was done, then moved it back in after the insurance work was done.Because of these circumstances they had to come back 4 times, and did it each time with a smile. These are absolutely great people. They put it in correctly, they figured the best way to do it with our situation, and they kept their service up when I needed it. You cant go wrong with this company. Cristina in the office was incredibly helpful and the installer was a consummate professional.Thanks you guys for really taking care of me!

Plamen was great, very responsive and punctual. He replaced the drain valve on our water heater but he went above and beyond and actually used a brass fitting as opposed to the cheap plastic replacement Whirlpool sent us under warranty. And he replaced our PVC pipe fastener that extends off the drain pan with out me asking. Very professional.

Excellent service.We replaced a 50 gal water heater after a long research, I called about 5 other companies and all of them had difrent price.I choice Water Heater Online not because they had the lowest price, but because they had fix price with no additional cost.They replace the water heater and they also replaced all the new lines, valves, strap and they put drip pan on the bottom to prevent from future leaks.No hidden fees, one price, warranty on they work and excellent communication with the office after I request them to email me the invoice.I will recommend this company to all my friends and family and keep the on speed dial on my phone.Thank you Plamen and staff.
