Contacted Moore Plumbing on 12-23-24 to see about getting a quote. Apparently my timing was perfect as Eddie had just finished his last job and Meghan was able to squeeze me in the schedule. Eddie gave me a fair quote and was very transparent about the things he needed to do to get the job done and kept me informed. Eddie replaced a valve and a spout and did an awesome job. Keep up the great work Meghan and Eddie.

Eddie was quick and efficient! I hope what he did took care of the issue because he didnt see the water pouring out of the inside of the bowl on the left that I saw. Price was higher than expected to replace the flapper and the supply line. I thought the supply line was fairly new. Having said that....the turn around time was excellent and Meghan is a gem!

Moore Plumbing acted quickly to my leak problem with my kitchen sink, within an hour Chris was here. He diagnosed the problem and gave me the information I needed to make a choice. As for their work, they addressed my initial problem with ease. While they were there fixing my original problem, I had them check out another issue. It was some plumbing previously installed incorrectly. Jordan trouble shot the issue, and fixed it immediately. Great experience with Moore plumbing and drains! Exceptional customer service! I called them on a Saturday morning because I thought I might have a slab leak. Meghan the office manager was an amazing!!! I have never spoken to an office manager in any trade who knew more about her trade. She started off by walking me through several test I could do on my own to determine if the leak was something else. She didn’t want to send her team out and charge me for a leak detection if it was an easy fix. When all the test failed and I still couldn’t determine where the leak was coming from, I called back on Sunday morning and left a message. Meghan, promptly called back, scheduled her best guy to come out on Monday morning. She even gave me her cell # in case I had any other questions. On Monday Jordan and Chris showed up at 9am sharp! Chris was able to access the area where my pipes were through a crawl space and discovered a pin hole in the pipes. Easy fix! They didn’t even charge me for the leak detection. They fixed the problem quickly and were on their way. I would definitely use them again, and Meghan should get a raise! 😀👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

He listened our concern about copper piping so most the new piping is now type a pex. He did an excellent job installing our new handle/shower head. He scheduled the initial visit right away, gave us a reasonable quote, and fixed the problem within a short period of time. I used Moore Plumbing to video tape a sewer line from our bathroom toilet to the street. The technician showed up at about 4:30 pm for an appointment that was scheduled from 1-3 pm. The company called about 1:30 to say they would arrive close to 3 pm. The real problem was that they arrived fairly tired and couldnt do their jobs that well being tired and working in the dark. $275 for the video inspection.They first said that there was no problem with the sewer line, then 20 minutes later they found an obstruction and they offered to clear it for an additional fee of $175, then they decided that there wasnt a clearable obstruction and that the sewer line wasnt the cause of the intermittently slow flushing toilet. They did several more tests on the problem toilet but couldnt definitively identify the cause of the slow draining toilet. They quoted an excessively high price to replace the float valve and flapper mechanism of $375 and suggested replacing the entire toilet for $475. They kept saying that their company only allows them to replace whole parts and doesnt allow repairs due to liability reasons.I rated them 4 stars because of their video taping but wouldnt recommend them for anything else.

I was very happy with their responsiveness and speed in which they fixed the leaky pipe.

I was desperately looking for help and although they had a full schedule, meghan(who answers the phones) spent time walking me through next steps as she was so knowledgeable and even gave me referrals to help me. 2 days later I called again as i still was having issues and she went above and beyond again and had the owner come out that evening to see what he can do. Jordan (the owner) came and then canceled his appointments for the next day and took care of everything and we finally have water. We had a leak high in the wall above our kitchen cabinets. Jordan sent Abel out to find the leak and fix it. Abel cut a small hole in the wall in the best spot possible and found the leak and repaired it. He did not leave much of a mess. He was friendly and nice. Jordan referred us to a flood and restoration company which will handle all of the insurance claims and all of the work to get us a remodeled kitchen.

Jordan has been amazing! We had a lot of hiccups getting the parts from Lowe’s and he was with us at every step. He inspected the shower walls for us and found the flaws so we didn’t install a bad shower, was scheduled to come and had to reschedule because Lowe’s did not have the proper walls for us, but he never ever complained and was always so understanding. Meghan was so helpful in scheduling us and making sure everything was proper. She was always so polite and funny and real that it was always a joy to call and talk to her.
