This a small family-owned business, and their pride in their work is outstanding. Karen who schedules the appointments is wonderful. She always gets your service appointment quickly and works around your schedule. I can only say positive things about their knowledge. Jared is a really experienced plumber. He has been in out of my home for more than two years. He makes sure you understand the costs of the repairs and explains what he is doing. He has even picked up some plumbing parts for me. Now, he has begun servicing my new home in Kyle. He works diligently on all repairs and honors his quote. He is personable, and I trust his opinion. I have also had Chris in my new home to install a water softener, He is really good also. I generally never recommend a business, but this company is the exception. I give out their cards quite frequently because I believe great service should reviewed and rewarded. I recommend the quality service they provide. I shared information on this company to a person yesterday.

After making a couple of attempts at contacting other plumbing companies, who were non-responsive, I contacted Mr. Rooter Plumbing of San Marcos and got a same day response from their customer service. The very next business day, two technicians arrived and gave me a quote. I accepted their terms and price. However, once the technicians got under my house to do the work, they discovered that the job was not going to be as difficult as they first thought and came back with a price that was approximately $700 less than the original quote. The point is, they did not have to say anything. They could kept the old price and I would have been none the wiser. That type of honesty is exceptionally refreshing in a world of corruption. I was very pleased with the work, the professionalism, and amicability of the workers. I highly recommend this business!

The builder of our home only ran a cold water line to the garage, where I was planning on installing both a hot- and cold-water faucet for a stand-alone sink. I called Mr. Rooter to give me an estimate for installing a T in the cold water line and installing a point-of-use water heater. The technician warned me that those type of water heaters generally fail after 3-5 years of use, and that he could run a hot-water line through the wall (and have a contractor redo the sheetrock for me) before installing the plumbing fixtures. Though it may have cost me a little more up front, that was the best solution to my problem. I now have a much more reliable and robust water supply to my utility sink! Thanks to Andrew C. for giving me a better option, one that I will not regret in the future. In addition to being informative, he was very prompt, did clean work, and was responsive to all of my concerns during the installation. I certainly would recommend Mr. Rooter and Andrew for any routine plumbing needs in the San Marcos/New Braunfels area!

Our shower had a leak in the valve and created a mess within the walls. We asked around for reliable service and Mr. Rooter was recommended over and over. We called and Andy and Chance came out quickly. They were courteous and on time. After finding the root of our problem, we scheduled for them to come back out and in less than 4 hours we have a working shower with no leaks plus Andy raised my shower head 5 inches. Definitely took customer service to the next level. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter of San Marcos!

Ive had issues with other companies not showing up and not providing quotes, but that has never been the case with the team from Mr. Rooter Plumbing. The employees Ive worked with were straight forward, knowledgeable, and overall helpful. They wil continue to be my first choice company for plumbing needs!

Thank you for being able to come out same-day and repair my outside pipe in the lawn! My daughter (5) will never even notice the hiccup of water having been out as her nap time went right through the amount of time it took for the repair completion. You all are a Blessing!!!

Cody was great, he came out to clear a blockage in my sewage line behind my house and further investigated by digging to find out unfortunately there is pipe breakage and further issues. He explained in detail what was likely going on and a plan of action to fix it and didnt charge me for the visit since the stoppage wasnt resolved with the auger. He let me know to call the office and schedule for tomorrow to have further work done, waiving the fees for today. 10/10 service and way more helpful/informative than the previous company that quoted me outrageous prices on things that didnt need to be done.

Josh went beyond the call of duty. After 13 days with no water, he repaired the freeze shattered lines in our pump house and at our storage tank and replaced the burned out pump that provides pressure inside our house. As always he was on time, took care to do the job right, and the cost was more than fair. We’ve used him for 5 or 6 years, and recommend him with no reservations.

I am going to be frank... I gave Mr. Rooter Plumbing of San Marcos five stars because they hired Joshua Creasy who has been my plumber since the day one of my living in Canyon Lake. His professionalism, his knowledge and his uncanny ability to spot the trouble and fix it in record time is astounding. I would not let any other plumber even close to my pipes... He turns major problems into minor ones. I cannot praise Mr Creasy enough and Mr Rooter Plumbing of San Marcos for adding him to their team...
