Never know what service I may get or if Im going to get scammed into paying for something I may not need. Had a leak and I searched for plumbers. Came across reviews in Next Door App. Then I went to the website and read the reviews there. I called and left a message. Best thing I did..no regrets. Courtney not only returned my call but called me twice which made me realize they really cared. So my experience from my initial call to my initial visit was exceptional. Cody was courteous and respectful. He gave me great explanation of the process, the possibilities that may be encountered which made feel at ease because if the unexpected happens, they wont move forward without your approval. I did tell him I may come out and see but only because Im curious not to be over your shoulder, lol. I asked additional questions of other things I may consider doing in the future and he answered those questions as well. Very budget friendly too. Please dont hesitate to call Come and Plumb it. It is rare that I have a home repair project that doesnt result in me pulling my hair out, while drinking wine and contemplating life choices. But, today, I had a great experience. I had two ancient water heaters and a previous owner DIY situation to fight through. Previous quotes were astronomical, and seemed less than positive it could be done well. Come and Plumb it to the rescue. I now have one, working water heater, two less broken water heaters and and piping that actual follow physics. Plus....I can still afford that bottle of wine. Celebratory, not mandatory this time. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with Come And Plumb It this morning. I came home Thursday to hear water leaking from the pipes of my water softener, which has been unplugged for at least two years. I know nothing about these things and was concerned I had a leak somewhere, maybe between the walls. I had an appointment for 8a this morning. Bill, the plumber, got to my residence about 6 minutes early. He took a look at my water softener and immediately stopped the water leaking/ draining and showed us what he did. He suggested what we should do and charged nothing and informed me they do free quotes. Now the point of my post is, Bill was on time, extremely professional, courteous and honest. He could have easily told me, a female that knows nothing about plumbing and water softeners, about the work that needed to be done to stop the water draining from the water softener. Yet he explained how the water softener worked and a solution for my problem. I began my morning thinking I was going to be paying at least $150 for him coming out and looking at it, since it was technically an emergency service call. I decided to contact this company because I saw their truck here in Buda right before I got home and discovered the leaking noise. It was a sign! Bill explained although the company is located in San Marcos, they assign their service calls according to where their employees live so that their customers get faster service and the employees are closer to home, especially on those long days. Sounds like this company cares about their employees. When you have happy employees, you get great customer service, as I experienced this morning. After Bill left, I was able to fall back asleep with no problem. I recommend this company!

Excellent company, excellent service. We had an outdoor hose bib that wouldnt shut off. I called July 3rd. Talked to Courtney (i think) Anyway, she told me that they had appointments for Friday, July 5th. Wow!!! Booked, and off we went. On Friday, July 5th, Cody arrived at 8:15 with a text 15 minutes before saying he would be there in 15 minutes. (Pro-level customer service feature) He shows up, I show him the hose bib, he gives me a price and quickly removes the broken part, realizes he does not have the required parts, asks if I mind if he runs back to shop (and will not make any stops) to get what he needs and be right back. Also lets me know that this is a frost-free faucet and it will be a little more and how much it will cost, if I still want to go through with the repair (again pro-level service) at that the price. He returns within like 10 minutes, part in hand. Repairs the faucet and cleans up all the mess. Checks for leaks, turns the water back on, checks for leaks again, explains the warranty process and emails me the receipt. This company is excellent. They also have an excellent employee in Cody. He is what you want to send out to represent your company name, as he has made me a loyal customer, who will tell everyone I meet that this is a stand-up company they should use for all their plumbing needs, they were honest and did the work for a fair and resonable price. Cameron showed up on time and was extremely helpful. He repaired two small natural gas leaks and a small water leak around the service box. I had another plumber tell me he would have to get a crew out to dig in order to repair the leak at the service box, and wanted $500 to fix the leak. Cameron was able to repair it quickly and at a fraction of the price. We are fairly new to San Marcos and now I have a go to Plumber.

Our master shower wouldn’t turn off completely. We worked with Come and Plumb It on our guest bathroom remodel so of course we called them again when we needed help. They got us scheduled right away and had Bill come out to address the problem. He was so nice, very professional and made sure to clean up when he was done. I’m very happy with Come and Plumb It and will continue calling them for my plumbing needs!4/2024 Update: The handle on my kitchen faucet has been falling off for months and it was time to change the whole thing. I thought I was handy enough to replace it myself but of course I ran into issues right away. My house is older and the shut-off valves were not budging. I called Come and Plumb it and got an appointment right away. I had a new faucet and new shut-off valves the next day. Corey came out and was great! Super kind, clean, and everything was installed so meticulously. Great service as always. I dont think Ill ever have any other company do plumbing work for me. Come and Plumb It is where its at!

I am a fairly new homeowner so there are some things I need to fix that I am definitely not qualified to do. Thats where Come and Plumb it comes in. My water heaters pilot light would not come back on so I called them and they had someone able to look at it that same day! Cameron was great and let me know that it was a unit with a defective part and informed me that the heater was still under warranty and I could get the parts for free. Once I got the parts a few days later, they set everything up on the same day it arrived. Cameron was, understanding, flexible, and communicated the issue well. If I ever have any issues again, I will be sure to call Come and Plumb it Again!

I am thoroughly impressed with Come and Plumb It an genuinely happy with the entire experience. After leaving a voicemail requesting to setup an appointment, I received a follow up call just minutes later and they quickly added me to their schedule. Cameron was on time and quickly got to work assessing why the water pressure was low throughout my house. In short time, he determined the pressure was actually fine but the high amount of calcium/lime buildup (due to San Marcos extremely hard water) had clogged all of the faucet aerators/shower heads/water sources and needed to be cleaned.Incredibly, Come and Plumb It did not even charge me for the visit. Cameron was very professional and knowledgable and I will absolutely be using them again when the next plumbing issue arises. Feel good using this local company!

I honestly cant recommend Come and Plumb It highly enough. From the time you get on the phone with them, they are friendly and professional. We scheduled a time to work on a leak in the wall behind our shower. (A very bad problem to have because the water has to be turned completely off.) Joey came out to take a look. After examining our problem, he let us know upfront what he would need to do to fix the leak and how much it would cost. The price was extremely fair. He was quick, efficient, and thorough. Plus, hes just a nice dude. When we had *another* leak two weeks later in the same spot, Joey came back out. Even though this leak wasnt his doing, he fixed it for us anyway under their 1-year warranty, as Joey put it to make it right. A lot of companies wouldnt have seen it that way. This gesture was much, much appreciated. Well be lifelong customers of Come and Plumb It.

Their website and voicemail gave clear instructions about days they were closed for holiday, and how to get on their schedule once they reopened. Courtney contacted me first thing in the morning once they reopened and gave me a time slot the next day. Cameron came to see if my water heater was reparable (no), and gave me a fair quote. Courtney and Cameron both squeezed me into a busy week (post freeze, many people with broken pipes). Following the freeze, Justin came out late Sunday afternoon and repaired a number of broken pipes at my well and those going into my water softener. Despite working long hours getting people access to water all weekend, Justin remained patient and extremely positive in getting us hooked back up. He even came by the next day to make a small adjustment and make sure everything was working properly. On top of all of that, he is genuinely a good guy! Upon the recommendation of friends we had reached out before in a plumbing emergency but they weren’t able to come out in time. But I knew because of their helpfulness and honesty over the phone we would use them at some point.Today Joey came out to see why we continue to have pipe issues. Unfortunately the issue wasn’t causing problem at the time so he wasn’t able to diagnosis and fix it but he explained the thought process and what may be going on.So while we are in a holding pattern for that he replaced a bathroom tub faucet, spout and shower head that had been fused by calcium for over a year. 2 other plumbing companies had quoted us between $150–$250 to replace it. Joey did it for $89! He also replaced our garbage disposal for around $150. While we may have been able to do it our self it gave us great comfort to know it was fine right.We will for sure be using Come and Plumb It for any more issues.

I called Justin about my messed up plumbing from the previous homeowner and he knew exactly what I needed done. He sent a good guy, Zach to come get us fixed up! Zach worked his butt off! They installed a new water heater drain, watersoftner, ran a fridge water line and corrected alot of previous botched work. The watersoftner a fantastic price and the work Zach did was top notch! First plumber who really didnt attempt to fix, charged us, and booked it, and never followed up. After many wonderful recommendations to my post from our community I ended up making an appt. with 2 other plumbing companies to come out next week as they didnt have anything sooner. Started going down my recommendations list again and Come and Plumb It stood out, looong story short lol, I called them and was fortunate to get an appt SAME DAY (today). I cant Express in words how grateful I am.... Bill our tech, came and got my history and whats been done and not been done. After consulting with Justin, they came up with a solution. If it worked, they gave me a reasonable & unbeatable price, if not, wed go to next plan. The solution WORKED! Had a major clog which we knew (toddler toys 😑 and mixture of other odds and ends Haha), and the access point he cleared it from, the 1st plumber Joe G. (Not associated with Come and Plumb It), who came just a few months ago and only tried 10 minutes to fix, collected, and left didnt even try this access point and never called again. Between Bill and some umbrella holding from Ozzie to block some sun on him, Bill was able to clear our line. He did diagnostics post clearing the drain and all is well now. Just amazing. Justin is a can do plumer! We had four estimates to install our water filtration system. Justin was most excellent explaining how and what he was going to do as the old system had to be removed. A couple other plumbers acted like it was an all-day job and would take five people for double the price. Come and Plumb It did an amazing job on what turned out to be a complex to troubleshoot water leak of the main line coming into the house that was partially in the slab. Given the difficulties in finding the leak it ended up taking longer than anticipated but they insisted that their estimate was a flat rate which as a customer I really felt well taken care of. Kudos to them for this type of business philosophy. They also installed a much overdue pressure regulator and homeowner shutoff valve at the meter to bring the water pressure down to a more normal 60psi versus the 100+ psi coming from the city (would highly recommend this install for anyone else particularly in San Marcos). Total cost of the repairs was very reasonable. They were very responsive, personable and talented in doing the repair taking particular care to do as least amount of damage to find the leak as possible. Repairs to the house and lawn were minimal. This plumbing outfit is probably the best I have encountered and its hard to beat the name and logo of it. 5+ stars.

I needed water softener installed on new house. This is Texas and the water is hard. I thought at first maybe I could install it myself- after all just a few pipes? A DIY job for a weekend warrior? Zach took his time to make sure where and how it was going to be placed. I would have just made an expensive mess if I did this myself. System is solid and works great. We had a pipe bust about 9 am, they showed up about noon to temporarily fix the problem. Two days later they were back to really fix it. Manuel was very knowledgeable and polite. Finished up in just a couple of hours and cleaned up too. I got several cards from him so we can tell our friends.

Justin worked out a graceful solution. I am very happy with the result.3/31/2021It’s a privilege to be a customer with Come And Plumb It. Our water well booster pump leaked after the froze. I contacted Justin. Justin emailed me back the same day. After getting a new pump, Justin got me on schedule the next day. During the job, Justin replaced broken well faucet. As the shortage of supply, Justin couldn’t put in a pvc fitting. Justin later came back, redo the faucet without charge. Being a customer with Come And Plumb It, I have been taken care of. Thanks!

5 STARS isn’t enough to give this incredible business. We had our toilets back up on us with nasty consequences. In a panic, I started looking for plumbers in our area with five star reviews. We needed someone ASAP. Come And Plumb It was the second number I called. Justin answered and right off the bat, he walked me through doing some troubleshooting on my own and let me know up front the after hours fee. He called back within a half hour, stating he was able to rearrange his schedule to get to us before the after hours fee kicked in.As soon as Justin arrived, he got right to work troubleshooting our issue. He was very personable yet professional. Let us know what the cost would be up front, then worked his plumber magic to unclog our line. After unclogging, he ran his camera through the line to make sure there was nothing else obstructing the flow. In the meantime, we mentioned one of our toilets was hard to flush and he fixed it too.
