EXCELLENT! I am so pleased with this plumbing company! Recently we discovered a pipe leak in our ceiling. I called once we discovered it which was after 6:00 pm on a Monday. Not only did they answer the phone, but David was courteous and professional and sent someone out that same evening to repair. Martin, the young man who came to our home to repair our leak was also extremely professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job in repairing the leak and was very thoughtful and careful in the repair and cleanup. I am always worried when I have to call a repair professional after hours because of what the cost may be, but the cost was extremely reasonable and no after hours cost. I would highly recommend this company.

Omed is fantastic and we will definitely be using Security Plumbing in the future.We found them based on the reviews here, on a Saturday when we had a gas leak. I knew the source of the gas leak, because I had caused it. Attached is a picture of my poor attempt to repair a nick in a gas line (the part that is cut out) and Omeds professional repair.I called around and got some pretty ridiculous quotes.Omed said that he was not available until Monday, but spoke with me about it and gave me a good feeling about the services he would provide and that he would provide them at a reasonable charge.Sure enough, he showed up on time and fixed it much more quickly than I expected. His professional demeanor was also helpful in dealing with our jittery nerves, due to the gas leak. Though he was busy, he also took the time to help us with a drain that my wife had asked me to clean. We appreciate him handling the unscheduled request.Security Plumbing has our highest recommendation.

I give extremely high marks to Security plumbings services. They showed up quickly for a terrible water leak. The dispatcher David, followed up several times & the plumber Ali was very professional and helpful in all regards. Got the job done quickly and called the restoration company immediately to start the drying process. I highly recommend them.

Jose with Security Plumbing & Drains and the rest of the team were great. Our condo buildings were built in the late 70’s with lots of shoddy plumbing work. SP&D was able to come in, figure out we had a slab leak, and gave us options on how to resolve the issue. With our consent Jose and his team fixed our plumbing issues without having to cut into our hardwood and tile floors and they installed new piping made of more modern, flexible materials. They say the new material lasts a lot longer and have less leak issues than the copper piping we had. Jose specifically was amazing and explained everything that was happening and he was doing. Although he’s a plumber he had to redo some concrete in the garage where they put in a cut off switch to isolate my unit in case of any future issues vs shutting down the entire condo building and his concrete work turned out great! They also patched the drywall areas with tape and heavy duty garbage bags and did a great job cleaning up any debris to help keep the dust they generated and from inside the walls away from my kids and my dog! Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, Jose was seriously great to work with. And did I mention they showed up early and were willing to wait to get started while my wife and I wrapped up some of our work at home duties? I will definitely be using Security Plumbing and drains again in the future for any plumbing needs and specifically asking for Jose.

Security Plumbing has always been fast, reliable, and professional. One plumber from a different company came to fix a shut-off valve, and he couldn’t figure it out and just left us! We called security plumbing and they arrived within the hour! They fixed it quickly. Jaden was helpful with another problem on a different day, he looked at all the other fixtures in our home free, and even told us how to fix things ourselves!Both Security Plumbing employees were smart, quick, and professional.

The technician, Jose, was prompt and his evaluation was thorough. Jose is a good communicator and took extra care to explain the situation and our options. He thoroughly explained our options but we didnt feel pressured to make a decision. If we decide to repair or replace we will call Security Plumbing.And thank you! Seth showed up on short notice, did his best to work in my tight budget constraints, and as far as I can tell did a good job updating our bathroom pipes. What I found most impressive, our bathroom was sealed off due to mold, and it had to be over 100 in that bathroom, and yet he worked for over an hour in there without complaining. Will definitely call on them again!

For the past few months I have had a problem that I thought my drain was clear. I got the clog back a week ago and I have had multiple different companies in the north county region come out and they could not seem to unclog it. Within 15 mins of work Seth of Security plumbing and drain come out and cleared it. It was a huge hair ball in the drain. He was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable with prevention tip. I will be using their service from now on in the future.
