I had the pleasure of being helped by Abdul when we thought we had a leak. He showed up in less than an hour, was extremely friendly and helpful, and refused to do anything that went against my interest as a customer. Huge thumbs up! If you need a plumber in the San Marcos area I wouldn’t waste my time by calling anyone who isn’t apache plumbing.Great work! Would definitely call them again.Thank ya’ll for your awesome service!!!

I wouldnt give my business to anyone else. A local business, extremely professional and responsive- they are everything good about a home town business. I called at 7am on a Friday never expecting to hear back until after 9am. Victoria called me back within 15 minutes! She remembered me from an issue I had during our hard freeze last winter (when they helped me so quickly!) I am having issues with my 17 year old water heater. One of their techs, Alex, came by to see if he could give me a temporary fix until a new one can be installed. He indeed got it heating but because of its age, its a goner. Victoria squeezed me into their very busy schedule that day and scheduled my install for Monday morning, once again adjusting the schedule to help me get hot water more quickly. Alex even answered his cell phone long after hours when I was worried about a leak! He did not have to be that helpful and yet...he was. Victoria is an owner with a deep sense of customer service. LOOK NO MORE, THIS IS THE BUSINESS TO SUPPORT! (I am in no way related to or friends with any of these amazing humans, this is a legit customer response)

Abdul spent an entire day with us getting our newly purchased home livable. New sink, unclogging multiple drains, insulating water pipes, and more. Very detailed, conscientious, and generally a delight to hang out with. Guarantees all of his work and sometimes arrives on the same day you call. The only plumber we call. Would highly recommend!

Ethan arrived promptly and took the time to explain what he needed to do. He also had a very positive attitude throughout working with me even though he was in an attic during the middle of a Texas summer day. They also did the job on the same day without an exorbitant same day service fee

Apache plumbing has given me great service for years. I have nothing but great things to say about their service, quality, and professionalism. When you call Apache, you can count on it being done right. A number of times I have called them for vague and undefined issues, and they always figure out the best solution and get it done at a fair price. If you are considering which plumber to call, and want to call the best at the best price thats going to get it done right the first time with honest consultation and no run around, look no further than Apache plumbing.

Unfortunately, Apache has had to come out 5 different times for leaks. Best plumbers you can ask for. Incredibly quick, they clean up after themselves, and they are friendly. Can’t thank you guys enough!

Great guys. I own a mobile home park and they came out to fix an issue that a different plumbing company caused. Ive had them come out on a few more occasions since then and its always been timely, reasonably priced, and done right.I recently had a water pipe that broke in my attic in Austin while I was on vacation. The damage was extensive, but it was just a simple straight pipe that needed replaced. I called a few Austin based plumbers of which 2 of them didnt show up, and the other (large chain company), quoted me $700 to fix the pipe. I called Apache, and even though they usually dont service Austin, they agreed to come out and help me get my pipe fixed and my water turned back on so I could move back in to my house. They gave me a reasonable quote and scheduled me for the very next morning.Great guys!

What a great experience! Bronc set up the appointment and Abdul showed up the next day to fix my issue. Both were very nice. They were quick and reasonably priced. Recommended.

I had leak on the water line coming in from the water meter. (Roots from tree cracked the PVC coupling) I called them around 1:30pm and Zach arrived at 2:pm. He cut the tree roots off then removed/replaced line and put new cutoff on also. He was done by 3:15. Great work Zach and very reasonable price!

A few weeks ago, after the first snowfall, we had a busted pipe near the meter. They were at our house at exactly the time they said they would be, fixed the problem quickly, and didn’t charge us an arm and a leg to do it. Hopefully we won’t need a plumber after this last storm, but if we do, we will use these guys.

Great customer service, fair pricing. Johnny Sanchez knows his stuff. He found and fixed our sneaky leak in no time. Barry at the office was very helpful as well. And you know you found a gem of a business when you express concern about an issue that popped up and the business works to fix that issue to your satisfaction (instead of arguing why they cant.) I will use them again.

Apache was very helpful over the phone, quickly scheduled an appointment and arrived promptly on time. The city repaved my street and tons of gravel debris made its way into my water pipes, totally messing up water pressure. They were able to clear all the lines and even take photos of the evidence so I could send it to the city. They were extremely helpful and even replaced toilet supply lines for no charge (at least they took pity on my situation!... hopefully the city does as well). Highly recommend, will be my go-to plumbers!
