    We are very impressed with this company, and all that they have done to help us resolve our on going issues with our heating system . This is not their fault. The problem originated from a new home built during Covid, something we never could have expected. This company is professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Our most recent visit by Michael Tostado was fantastic, as he was able to diagnose and fix the issue even without the noise we have been hearing. Thank you so much! I highly, recommend this company.

    Stephen is an outstanding technician. He was thorough in his service and gave me all the information I needed about cooling a room that was added on to my house. Not pushy, no pressure. Just honest work and information. I appreciate that. He also gave extra effort by going up into my very hot attic to investigate a mystery surrounding a missing vent. The whole experience was great.

    My technician Chris called me 20 minutes before arrival and was on time. I had a problem with one of the panels on the condenser and he didnt hesitate to put the panel on before I cover it up. Then he proceeded to do the service he was here for. He said I was welcome to watch him work but I declined after he was done he went over all the photos and explained everything in detail which I was grateful. I have been using We Care for about 13 years and I have not had any issues with scheduling an appt or with the service I have received. I recommend them if you are looking for good service.

    We Care plumbing heating and air answered all questions and concerned prior to our install. They got us on the schedule fast to get our new air conditioning Unit installed. The install guys were very friendly and knowledgeable. They installed our unit efficiently and fixed issues that were left prior.     Mr. Malik St Cyr and Mr. Alexander Fornerod scheduled annual tuneup my HVAC system this week. Their expertise far exceeded expectation. Mr. St Cyr knew everything possible about the system. He programed the thermostat allowing us to take full advantage of remote operation. They then installed surge protection for increased system longevity. I have never witnessed more professionalism than shown by these two gentlemen.

    WeCare associates alerted us by text they were in their way. They showed up and introduced themselves. They checked my HVAC system and made sure it was operating properly. I had incorrectly inserted the replacement air filter. They corrected it and politely showed me how to replace it for the next time. They cleaned out my compressor and evaporator coils. They made sure my thermostat was functioning properly. Overall, they made me very comfortable that my HVAC was ready for winter, as well as the remnants of this hot summer. Most of all, they were very professional, and I am confident about their work.

    We Care installed new A/C and furnace for us last year. The job was done on a timely manner and very professional. Their team of technicians were knowledgeable and helpful. We enjoyed the heating part of the system throughout the winter but had a little difficulty with the cooling side when the weather got hot. We called the guys back. They were very responsive, showed up on time, fixed the problem, and tuned up the system. We are happy with our purchase and the service we got from We Care.

    Here is the ugly truth.. no one wants to spend tens of thousands of dollars on new AC and heater units. It is a necessary evil in the Inland Empire of SoCal. More so, no one who is getting quotes for replacing said units wants to get the hard and heavy pressured sales pitch either.This afternoon, my wife and I spent about 2 hours with David Stein from We Care. We were introduced to We Care through the Costo contractor program. David was exceptional. He was professional, personable, and diligent. Knowing that We Care is a locally owned business is a cherry on the sundae.Our experience working with David Stein and We Care has been phenomenal. Lets be honest, I would rather not replace two AC and heater units. But 21 yrs with these existing units is about as good as it gets.Bottom line... David Stein was easy to work with, made the process as easy as possible, and gave us a fair and transparent deal.I highly recommend We Care and David Stein to anyone in the Inland Empire SoCal area if you are in need of a new AC and heater system (or 2).     My wife and I called We Care for help with our HVACs. We had two systems which were both 20 years old, and we knew they needed attention. Michael Tostado came out to inspect and service our units. He was very thorough, and documented multiple problems and safety issues with our systems. His supervisor, another Michael, came out to verify his findings. They both sat down with us to review the issues, and find the right solution for us. It quickly became apparent that repairing the units was going to be a bandaid at best. We therefore opted for two new systems. They showed us all options. We selected two complete Goodman systems. Both came with a 10 year parts and labor warranty. The systems were installed by Oscar and his crew. They covered our floors and stairs, and took care not to damage anything. Once done they cleaned up, and you would hardly know they had been here. We were very pleased with our experience from start to finish, and looking forward to working with We Care for many years to come to keep them working well.

    We Care has been taking care of all my A/C and plumbing needs in the greater San Diego area for over 10 years. They are always professional, thorough, dependable, and find the best and cost effective way to meet my needs. This last project was a new half bath and specialty sink in my rental property. They did an exception job. This is more worthy because it required more extensive knowledge and expertise than the typical bathroom. The lower level is below the sewer line and requires a sump pump. The install is in a space another 2 ft below the level on the sump pump. The designed and installed a system that feeds into that system. It wasnt cheap but affordable and efficient. The tenants and I could not be happier with the instill. I ā¤ļø We Care! I only wish they would open a business in the Greater Sacramento area. They definitely would get my business! I recommend We Care without reservation!

    Might sound obvious, but the name says it all We Care. If you read not further from the point on just know that you will receive A+ service and highly recommended.We are dental office located in Temecula and our AC went out about a week ago right after my previous HVAC service was completed by a different company. We called for a return service and the response was it would be $150 if its not their fault and the soonest anyone could come out was one week later. The receptionist had zero concern for the fact we spent that past 4 days in 90+ degree heat with no air circulation. We understand people are busy, but the lack of customer service was shocking. They finally got someone out on the job to take a look and the service tech couldnt diagnose the problem and stated he was too heavy to go on the roof and didnt want to risk damaging our roof tiles to look at the AC units. Ok fair enough, but what isnt so fair is when I asked how long it would be to get someone out here to diagnose it correctly. The response, I dont know thats not my job and I dont make those decisions. Hmmm. So I called We Care today and a service tech arrived within a couple of hours. Im sitting here now with AC running. And it feels amazing. I still havent heard a peep from the other company. You know why my AC is running? Well its because We Care made it happen like professionals and of course, they CARE. Thanks for caring team. I am so grateful for your service. As a business owner myself I know how challenging it can be to run a successful business. Caring about your customer is at the center of We Care. High five!

    Our garbage disposal suddenly quit after more than 10 years. We called We Care Plumbing Heating and Air to schedule a repair or replacement. They were able to send a plumber the next day, who quickly determined that the unit needed to be replaced. Since we have a maintenance membership with them, we were quoted a lower price and a choice of a unit with either a 1/4 or 1/2 HP motor. We chose the latter, viewing it as an investment. We have remained steady We Care customers for more than 10 years, as they always perform quality work and offer competitive pricing.

    My 5-yr. old furnace was blowing cold air and doing so every few minutes. I had one HVAC company come out, and was initially told that the duct work was not adequate. Then was told I had to maintain the thermostats at a certain temperature, rather than turning either off. I did so, but later that same day, had cold air coming out again. Called We Care and was given an appointment the very next day. Technician came out and determined within a half hour that the problem was a faulty flame sensor on the furnace. Not an inexpensive fix, but everything seems to now be running perfectly.

    We are very happy we went with Oak Island to install our new heating and air conditioning system for our 2 story home with separate Google Nest learning thermometers to control the temps on each floor. Everything about the process was professional from the initial consult with the company who took down our information then scheduled a site inspection for the bid and sent multiple reminders via text, email and phone. Austin showed up as promised, did a through inspection of our current heating/ac systems, explained all the product options throughly and then prepared a very through bid on site based on what we wanted. There were no hidden fees in the bid, no urging us to buy something we didnā€™t need or wouldnā€™t add value to our home. There was something so refreshing and transparent about this process that we accepted the bid right then and we were scheduled for install a week later. As promised. we received text, email and phone reminders. Osiel and his crew (3 in total) arrived on time, were extremely professional and friendly, respected our home inside and out, came with everything they needed to do the job and protect our flooring, asked me to approve everything as they installed things and finished in the timeframe they had said, leaving everything clean. Osiel made sure everything was working perfectly and spent time to train me on the Nest system, showing me the dual floor system was working perfectly in each room and the air conditioner in the back yard was strapped down, and quiet, as promised. The new heater required the removal of a couple pieces of molding to get it through the attic access and a drywall repair person was scheduled through Oak Island before Osiel left to come out to make the repair at a date of our convenience. I have no doubts the repair will be made with the same level of professionalism. The final HERS inspection process was explained by Osiel and so far everything is scheduled for that as promised and we couldnā€™t be happier. Highly recommend this company if you live in North County San Diego!

    I needed a who new heating system put in my older home. I had gotten bids from 3 different companys and Oak Island had the most reasonable price for the job I was looking for. I was very pleased with the processes and how smooth everything went. The team that came over was very nice and respectful. They got the job done in a timely manner and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. When its time to put AC in our home I will definitely be calling Oak Island again. Great Job Guys!

    The entire purchasing decision of a new A/C system with Oak Island was very satisfying, all the way from the initial contact over phone, coordination of the visit by the co-founder Cris Young (important: the personal touch), and finally the installation by Sean and his team! Were enjoying the high quality product they installed, backed up by a reputable company (extremely important: check out youre getting true and tested brands, rather than a private label with the name of the company youre buying from on it). You know what you buy (clear performance specs) and you know who you buy it from. I really recommend the Oak Island Team highly!

    Gene and Mark were amazing. We had a new air conditioning unit installed, so it was what we consider a big job!They arrived early and had the air conditioning installed and working in 3 hours! Clearly, they are professionals who know what they are doing, and are committed to making sure the customer is satisfied. I cant say enough about how great they were; I wish all home repairs/installations were like this!!Also, this is a great company. Family owned and operated - and it shows.     Our technician, Brandon, was exceptional. He was right on time, professional, expert, courteous and kept us informed at all times of what was going on and what our options were in the end. Also, no messes left behind which has been a common experience for us with other home services/trades. And with his help, well get a little more life out of our aging unit until its time to replace. When this unit dies I will go back to WE CARE as they did a fantastic job 2 years ago when another one of our units failed. Its why I called them back for this service.     We had our home AC system installed by Oak Island several years ago and it was the best decision we could have made. From start to finish with the installation we were engaged with friendly, professional people. They called when they said they would, they showed up on time, and it was a breeze.Since then, weve had Mike I. come out to complete a regular service on our unit several times, and he has done a bang-up job each time. Hes personable and knowledgeable, and walks you through exactly what hes doing. Hes also very conscientious of our cats, a welcome trait.Our AC unit has been running like a champ, no mean feat during Escondido summers! We had one small issue this year (year 5) and Mike came out promptly and fixed the issue same day. Definitely value for money with this company.Were very pleased with the level of quality, both in materials and in service, so if youre looking for a reputable shop for AC, look no further.
