    Justin was wonderful. He has a great mechanical mind, handles the fittings with ease, and also did trouble-shooting noticing that a gasket was designed poorly and adding to our drainage problem. He solved what our contractor absolutely failed to see. He was also kind & had a great sense of humor. Roto Rooter is fortunate to have Justin represent their brand & quality service.

    Justin did a great job on Thanksgiving Day clearing a clogged mainline! It turns out our pipe had completely cracked and separated at a tee and tree roots had grown into the line and completely choked it. Justin was able to remove enough of the root ball to get us through the day. A different RR crew came out the next morning, removed the bad section and replaced it. We were back in business by 11:30 AM on Black Friday. Justin was very professional and personable.

    Roto-Rooter called and asked if they can come a day earlier than requested. Absolutely! The technicians, Jose and Jesus arrived in professional attire and vehicle. They promptly got to removing an old water heater in a tight space. They then replaced it with a new unit and made adjustments to meet code. I also made a few requests and they kindly fulfilled them. They hauled away the old unit and left the place as before. Great service. Wonderful technicians.

    Larry the plumber came in to find the leak and fix it. I tried to explain the story of what happened and what I experienced, but he cut me off thinking he knew the issue and it was common, but then surprised when my father in-law showed a picture and said what I was going to say before he stopped me. He ended up cutting a large hole in the wall, found the leak, but it was higher. He then cut a smaller hole up higher. He went and got parts, and fixed it. It looked like it was 1 red piping tube and some metal pieces to clamp. (Hot water line leak). Im sure the work is fine, but the parts ended up being $95. Labor was $750. Seems a little steep. If you have a saws all and good with it, you might just save a few 100 bucks and do it yourself. The holes in the wall were not repaired. I do feel bad he had to go up in the hot attic. Builders did not make it easy to manage getting around at all. I cant do that stuff.On the mitigation/restoration side it was amazing service Chad walked me through everything step by step and went above and beyond to help us in our special situation. The day we discovered the leak was the day my wife and I were headed to the hospital to have our first child. Chad took care of everything over the few days we were gone and made sure to leave the floor in good enough condition to have a newborn. Were thankful we caught it before we left and that this will be covered by insurance. We just bought the house in December of 2021. Its all been quite the experience.Overall a good job, just wish there was a different plumber and they werent so pricey, but was the first one we could get out there on a Sunday so my pregnant wife could have water. It would also be nice to gave an itemized receipt of parts.

    Had a backed up shower drain. Scheduled online the night before and Alexis arrived promptly in the morning during the scheduled arrival window. He was very considerate of our house, took his shoes off to come in and cleaned up after clearing the drain. Overall service was very quick and great. Its expensive but worth it to have the hard water build up ground out of the drain deeper down than chemicals could get to.

    We had an emergency multi-toilet clogging at our commercial property. We called in a panic and they sent a very courteous and thoughtful representative within the hour. Alex was great. He walked me through the entire diagnostic process. We unfortunately didnā€™t have a clean-out access, but was able to make due, remove the toilet, locate and fix the clog. All in all, took 3 hours from panic, to fix, and now all is flushing beautifully! Big thanks to Alex and Roto-rooter Austin for helping us out in our time of need

    My husband and I were extremely impressed with this company! We are first time home owners and panicked when we saw a water leak in the bathroom. Robert/Robbie was at our house within 2 hours of my phone call to the company, traffic was really bad. He assessed the problem and explained all the options to us.     The garbage disposal stopped working at all, even after resetting it, manually grinding, and checking it on other electrical outlets. It was like if no electricity was arriving at it at all, so we feared we had burnt it somehow. The technician had to remove it from the sink and found a loose connection, a wire sloppily secured with tape at the time of the original installs ā€” a minor thing indeed but something we would have not been able fixing by ourselves. Jesus has been very professional and kind, has quickly found the problem and reinstalled the disposal fixing a small leak we had in the process! We could have not been happier of his service!

    I had an unfortunate plumbing incident happen and my pipes connected to the disposal and dishwasher over flowed and literally flooded my entire kitchen :( water was coming out from under the island at like 10pm at night. I googled emergency plumber and they were listed first so I called them first (not ever using them before bc not needed)They showed up within 20 mins late at night. Stopped the leak and unclogged the pipes.We are now in rip and replace mode! They have done all the ripping up of my floors, drying, treatments and all mitigation! Chad and Dylan and their crew have been nothing shy of awesome. We are in constant communication (Iā€™m living in CA right now for work for a few months so I canā€™t be there all the time) and they update us on everything! Always available for me to reach out to.     Friendly, straight forward, and professional in every way! CJ was prompt and jumped right into checking the cause of leak in master bathroom. After he finished his tests he had me call the insurance company to help expedite the repairs needed same day. He then relieved me from the hassles of playing middle man between him and insurance adjuster. This helped with the stress of trying to speak plumber to the insurance company. As CJ was finishing up and saying, The plumber will be here shortly. The plumber, Byron, showed up at that moment. Byron was very skilled and professional at his job. Finding the major issue in just minutes. He is a true master of his craft. Before begining work he explained to my wife and I what we would be charged for, what he was exactly fixing, and that the water would off for the duration of his work. After agreeing to workload and seeing the leak inside our wall he got right to work. He completed the job in a very timely and professional manner.
